Occupy Chicago … Protester Robert Reitz Arrested With Child Pornography

21 year old Robert Reitz who was involved with the Occupy Chicago protests was arrested Monday for aggravated child pornography. Get this, Reitz’s involvement with the Occupy crazies was with security. WOW, DON’T YOU ALL FEEL SAFE? Doesn’t this pretty much sum up the entire movement.

A man involved with the “Occupy Chicago” movement has been charged with child pornography.

Robert Reitz, 21, of the 2000 block of South Canalport Avenue, was arrested Monday in the 100 block of West Quincy Street for an active warrant for aggravated child pornography, police said. He is being held without bond, according to the Cook County Sheriff’s office.

At the time of his arrest Reitz said he was involved with security for Occupy Chicago — a claim that was denied by protest organizers.

Reitz was arrested after officers smelled burnt cannabis and approached to investigate. Officers did a name check and learned he was wanted for a probation violation by the sheriff’s police.

In a statement Wednesday morning, Occupy Chicago said, “We are an open movement, without a vetting system for our participants. Our community is based on trust. It is to be expected that the problems of society at large are sometimes present in our movement.

Oh contraire Occupy folks, when you put some one in charge of security, you better be vetting them. Isn’t this just like people who will whine about others, yet fail to have their own house in order.  Don’t worry thought, the Occupy has finally set their standard at child pornographer. I guess Jerry Sandusky would not be welcome either.

Country super star Taylor Swift is fighting back against the web site that allegedly claims they have a pic of the 21 year old Swift topless. In a post entitled, “Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked, the website Celebrity Jihad has seemed to have bit off more than they can chew. As reported at TMZ, Taylor Swift and her legal team are prepared to sue Celebrity Jihad claiming their site contains “false pornographic images and false ‘news” about the singer.

The Legal team for Taylor Swift has sent a letter demanding the web site remove the faux pic of the 21 year old country singer. Do people never learn? You don’t mess with Texas and country sweet heart Taylor Swift. Just ask Kanye West what happens when you take on Taylor Swift. Supposedly the web site is weighing their options.  Is it really that difficult a question to consider? At this point the website is just trying to get what they can off of the pic story. Sorry, but Taylor Swift is well branded and is genuinely a nice girl with a squeaky clean image. Sorry if gossip sites cannot accept that fact.

Taylor Swift may look and sing as sweet as she can be but make no mistake about it, Taylor Swift is a multi-million corporation who will rightfully destroy this BS gossip site that is in way over their head. I guess some people think this is amusing, could you get any more pathetic and sick … exposing children to porn!

Porn hackers took over the ‘Sesame Street’ YouTube page over the weekend. The children friendly content was replaced with adult hard core porn movies.  UNREAL. Account to accounts, the NSFW content was available for all the world to see for approximately 20 minutes, before the channel was suspended by YouTube for “repeated or severe violations of our Community Guidelines.”

Don’t worry, the above video is a real Sesame Street one, not porn.

Hackers appeared to have commandeered the YouTube page of the venerable “Sesame Street” children’s show Sunday, reprogramming the page with content brought to you by the letter “X.”

The show page was taken offline Sunday afternoon, and visitors were greeted with a message from the video website informing them it had been shut down “due to repeated or severe violations of our community guidelines.” Users who called up the account earlier had found explicit sex videos instead of Muppets.

“YouTube’s Community Guidelines prohibit graphic content,” a YouTube representative told CNN. “As always, we remove inappropriate material as soon as we are made aware of it.”

The Children’s Television Workshop offered an apology.

You really have to be a low-life, bottom feeder to do such a thing and cause harm to innocent children by exposing them to such material. Just plain sick!

Call it the Occupy Porn Protest Against Unfair Ban on Pornography in Connecticut Prisons

First there was “Occupy Wall Street,” will there now be “Occupy Porn” coming soon to a prison near you.

Prisoners of the Connecticut Department of Corrections have begun a letter writing protest against the porn ban calling it unfair. Connecticut prisons announced that it would be banning all material that contains “pictorial depictions of sexual activity or nudity” from the prisons beginning next summer. Of course some how prisoners think they have a right to porn.

A group of prisoners has begun a letter-writing campaign to protest what they see as an unfair ban on pornography inside the state’s correctional institutions.

The Department of Correction announced in July that it would be banning all material that contains “pictorial depictions of sexual activity or nudity” from the prisons beginning next summer.

The state says the ban is intended to improve the work environment for prison staffers, especially female staffers, who might be inadvertently exposed to pornography.

Maybe the Occupy Wall Street crowd can coop this protest and head off to Connecticut prisons to protest?

Steven Powell, Father-in-Law of Missing Susan Powell Arrested for Possessing Child Porn … Missing Utah Mom’s Kids in State Custody

Susan Powell has been missing since 2009; however, it appears that there are big happenings have exploded in this missing persons case.

Steven Powell,  the 61 year old father-in-law of missing Susan Powell was arrested and accused of secretly videotaping Susan Powell  and young girls taking baths and sitting on the toilet.  Steven Powell pleaded not guilty on Friday and his bail has been set bail at $200,000 and ordered him not to have contact with his grand sons. Steven Powell is charged with child pornography possession and 14 felony counts of voyeurism.

They said Utah police investigating Susan Powell’s disappearance found “thousands of images of females being videotaped without their knowledge, including Susan Powell,” on tapes and disks at his home in an Aug. 25 search.

The videos were found in Steven Powell’s bedroom. Prosecutors said the images were of women’s buttocks and breasts and included minors. The images included shots of two girls who were as young as 8 and 10 years old at the time, authorities said. They determined that the girls lived near Steven Powell from June 2006 to August 2007.

The children of missing Susan Powell are now in state custody.

They are in state custody as the paternal grandfather they lived with in Washington state sits in jail, accused of possessing child pornography and secretly videotaping their mother, other women and naked neighbor girls.

Now, the family of the boys’ mother, Susan Powell, who has been missing since 2009, is for the first time publicly accusing their father of being involved in her disappearance. On Friday, they asked, for the first time, to get immediate custody of the boys, ages 4 and 6.

Teen Sexting Ring Busted in Milton, VT … Don’t These Teens Understand This is Child Porn, the State Doesn’t?

Twenty two high school students in Milton, VT find themselves in big trouble as the police have busted a high school sexting ring.  The students are between the age of 14 and 17 and used school issued laptops to view pics  of nude and partially nude adolescent girls. GOOD GRIEF. When will teens ever learn that actions have consequences? Who thinks up such an elaborate scheme for sexting and disseminating porn. Then again, who is so stupid to go along with it?

You know why teens don’t think their actions have consequences? Ask the enablers in the liberal, socialist Republic of Vermont  that finds it more important to pass gay marriage than they do to hand out punishment and charges for what has to be considered child pornography. Why would Vermont police waste their time, money and energy if they were not going to press charges?

The Milton Police Department said in a statement Wednesday that after investigating the sexting ring for six months, the case was now closed and that none of the juveniles would face criminal charges.

Big Bear High School Year Books Recalled after Child Pornography Pic Discovered

YIKES!!! DOES ANY ONE EDIT YEAR BOOKS ANYMORE?

The 2011 year books at Big Bear High school in San Bernardino County, CA were asked to be returned in order to edit a photo that appeared in the book that does not comply with federal and state laws regarding child pornography. Most students have returned the book for editing; however, some have not. Authorities have warned that those who are still in possession of the book with the photograph risk criminal charges involving the possession of child pornography.

San Bernardino County sheriff’s officials said they became aware of the picture on Tuesday and have asked students to return the 2011 Big Bear High School yearbooks to the school to “facilitate editing of the yearbooks to comply with federal and state laws regarding child pornography.” Most students have done so, officials said, and officers are contacting those who haven’t to round up the missing yearbooks.

UPDATE I: The pic that seems to be at the center of this controvery depicts a 17 year old male student with his hand inside the clothing of a 15 year old female student. That’s the pic that is considered child porn? Can you imagine the photos that are on high school student’s phones across America?

Cindy Bachman, a spokeswoman for the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, said the students appear in the background of the photo and “are not the intended focus of the photograph.” The picture was taken at a school dance.

However, authorities said they were concerned enough about the picture that they demanded that all Big Bear High School students return their 2011 yearbooks to the school so that the photo can be removed or covered up. They also warned that those possessing the photograph risk criminal charges involving the possession of child pornography.

TSA Screener Thomas Gordon Jr. Charged with Distributing Child Pornography

How many times have we questioned that the TSA airport pat downs of children bordered on child assault and if it were not the TSA doing it, a crime would be charged. The groping and inappropriate touching of children, all in the name of anti-terrorism. Sure it is. It is all supposed to be for our protection. But what about the screeners, who screens the screeners? Looks like no one … Doesn’t this just instill the utmost confidence in the TSA? Just how many children did this man pat down and isn’t it special that because of privacy laws the TSA withheld this info from the public?

Enter Thomas Gorden, Jr, a Philadelphia International Airport passenger screener arrested and charged with the distribution of child pornography. ISN’T THIS SPECIAL! Gorden has been charged with distributed more than 100 images of child pornography via Facebook.

Federal agents also allege that Transportation Safety Administration Officer Thomas Gordon Jr. of Philadelphia, who routinely searched airline passengers, uploaded explicit pictures of young girls to an Internet site on which he also posted a photograph of himself in his TSA uniform.

Homeland Security agents arrested the TSA officer March 24, and he is being held without bail.

According to accounts, Gordon began working as a TSA screener at the Philadelphia airport in December 2005. If Gordon is convicted of the child pornography charges, he faces a faces a minimum mandatory sentence of five years and maximum prison term is 250 years and the top fine is $3.2 million.

Initially a tip came the authorities that  included evidence that Gordon had uploaded five explicit photographs of young girls onto the web site Photobucket. His Photobucket account also included Gordon of pics of himself in his blue TSA uniform. Thankfully this child predator is also a stupid person. Sorry, alleged stupid person. The indictment against the TSA screeneer also alleges that Gordon used at least six Facebook accounts and employed multiple names “to upload and store images of sexual exploitation of minor children,” that included 104 illicit photos.

The charges detail 104 illicit photographs allegedly uploaded over four weeks in February.

Authorities also seized from Gordon an HP laptop and a four-gigabyte flash drive that they say contained more than 600 images or movies containing child pornography, according to court filings.

Convicted Sex Offender Phillip Garrido Pleads Not Guilty to Kidnapping & Raping of Jaycee Lee Dugard

So much for the news that Phillip Garrido was going to plead guilty and spend the rest of his life in prison. It would appear that the sex offending, kidnapping rapist has had a change of heart. Oh sorry, alleged. And sorry, one would have to have a heart to have a change of one.

Convicted sex offender Phillip Garrido and his wife  Nancy Garrido both pleaded not guilty today in the kidnapping and raping of Jaycee Lee Dugard. They have been charged  of kidnapping of a person under 14, kidnapping for sexual purposes, rape, false imprisonment, child pornography and committing lewd acts on a child.

However, instead of taking a guilty plea, that was widely reported in advance by attorney Stephen Tapson to spare would spare Dugard and her daughters from having to testify. Obviously a sex offender could care less of sparing anyone anything. Instead, the sex offender’s lawyer wants to play games contended the grand jury was improperly selected.

A convicted sex offender pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges of kidnapping and raping a Northern California girl when she was 11 and holding her captive for nearly two decades.

The plea came as a surprise after an attorney said Phillip Garrido had made a deal with prosecutors to plead guilty. It would have sent him to prison for the rest of his life.

Jaycee Lee Dugard was 11 years old when she was kidnapped and held for 18 years and had been missing since 1991 before she miraculously walked into a Northern California police station in 2009.   If convicted on all counts, the maximum sentence for Nancy Garrido would be 181 years, while Phillip Garrido could get 431 years. No, WHEN THEY ARE CONVICTED. Sorry, but the Garrido’s defense attorney can try and play all the legal games in his bag of tricks … both of these dirt bags are getting the max. My apologies to dirt bags.

In the end there will be JUSTICE FOR JAYCEE.
