My how CNN has fallen. The once most trusted name in news is now the one that uses racial slurs for ratings. What is going on at CNN these days? For the second time in two weeks CNN has used a foul racial slur on live TV. First they did it when covering the death of Trayvon Marin. Now they have done the same while discussing the murders in Tulsa, OK.

As we reported yesterday, Jake England, one of the murder suspect in the death of 5 blacks in Tulsa, OK had posted on his FACEBOOK some rather damning comments.  However, CNN took it one step further and decided to actually verbalize the profane racial slur on live TV while reporting the story. Candiotti used the “n” word while reading aloud what one of the suspects in the shooting, 19-year-old Jacob England, wrote recently on his Facebook page.

“Now, this, according to relatives, has troubled him ever since and CNN has also discovered what police have,” Candiotti said. “There was a Facebook posting made just the other day, written by the suspect in this case, that police are examining.”

“And it reads like this: ‘Today is two years that my dad has been gone, shot by’ — and please excuse the language, it’s very sensitive — ‘Shot by a fu@king ni&&er. It’s hard not to go off between that and [England's fiancée] Sheran.’”

At the end of the segment, “CNN Newsroom” anchor Fredricka Whitfield apologized to viewers for the slur. One has to wonder how that was ever allowed to be said in the first place. WOW! I guess they are going to have to update the late George Carlin’s “The 7 words you cannot say on TV. CNN may want to use the Carlin video below for HR employee/reporting sensitivities training. A 15 year old Hispanic boy was beaten and assaulted by 7 black teens as he walked home from the Cactus Middle School in Southern, CA. During the assault, the black teens made racially derogatory statements toward the Hispanic boy that were captured on video. The  teen thugs kicked the Hispanic boy multiple times in the head, knocked out several teeth requiring dental surgery and left shoe impressions on his skin.

Seven black teens have been arrested on suspicion that they committed a hate crime when they attacked a 15-year-old Hispanic boy while he was walking home from school in Southern California, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The March 14 beating in Palmdale was captured on video and posted on YouTube, but has since been removed from the site. The seven boys, ages 13 to 16, were arrested Wednesday for investigation of assault and committing a hate crime, Lt. Don Ford said.

The attack happened near Cactus Middle School, but Ford didn’t know if any of the teens involved were students there.

Seven teens have been arrested on suspicion that they committed a hate crime; however, the police are seeking three more suspects. No arraignment date has not been set yet. How come All Sharpton is not calling for escalated civil obedience until the 3 remaining suspects are are arrested and all of the black teens are charged and convicted of a hate crime? I guess the story does not fit Sharpton’s narrative. How about you Barack Obama, why did you not interject yourself into this horrible event?

So the question remains, are all hate crimes created equal? This is what happens when the President of the United States Barack Obama picks “hate crime” winner and losers. Dear Mr. President, you once said there are no red states, no blues states, only the United States. Prove it. Or like the murders of  James Cooper and James Kouzaris, it does not fit your narrative nor is it have any “political value” to you?

Robert Zimmerman, the father of George Zimmerman, stated in an interview with My Fox Orlando that he was shocked and never foresaw the level of hate coming from President Barack Obama, the NAACP and the Congressional Black Caucus. Every one is trying to gain notoriety or profit from this in some way. Zimmerman;s dad says he hopes at one point every one will go beyond the hate that they have.

“It’s my understanding that Trayvon Martin got on top of him and just started beating him,” the 64-year-old Robert Zimmerman said.

He said he felt his son has been portrayed in the wrong way.  He also said he and his family have received death threats and asked that we not show his face on camera.

Because there has been a lot of break-ins in the area, Robert said George thought it suspicious that someone would not be walking on the street or the sidewalk on a rainy night — that Martin would be walking between the town homes.  He said after making those observations, his son decided to call the police

Of course President Barack Obama had to interject himself into the death of Trayvon Martin and really did nothing more than fan the flames. Doing so before really any facts were known of the case. We can remember that Obama did the same thing in Massachusetts with the Cambridge police acted “stupidly” and was quick to cry racism.

“When I think about this boy, I think about my own kids,” Obama told reporters when asked about the case during a Rose Garden press conference.

The father of George Zimmerman says the 17-year old Trayvon Martin threatened to kill George Zimmerman and then beat him so badly that it forced his son to shoot him.

“Trayvon Martin said something to the effect of, ‘You’re going to die now’ or ‘You’re going to die tonight,’ something to that effect,” Robert Zimmerman told Orlando TV station WOFL. “He continued to beat George. At some point, George pulled his pistol. Did what he did.”

Former Rutgers University Student Dharun Ravi Convicted of Invasion of Privacy & Anti-Gay Intimidation Could face 10+ Years in Prison

20 year old Dharun Ravi, a former University of Rutgers student, was found guilty on 15 countsof invasion of privacy and anti-gay intimidation. The crimes stemmed from the much publicized case where Ravi spied on his gay roommate using a webcam and recorded his love life. Ravi set up a webcam in his dorm room in September 2010 capturing his roommate Tyler Clementi kissing another man and then tweeted about it. He then made it public. After realizing that he had been videotaped, Tyler Clementi sadly committed suicide by jumping off the George Washington Bridge. Clementi posted a final status on his Facebook: “Jumping off the gw bridge, sorry.”

A former Rutgers University student accused of using a webcam to spy on his gay roommate’s love life was convicted of invasion of privacy and anti-gay intimidation Friday in a case that exploded into the headlines when the victim threw himself to his death off a bridge.

Dharun Ravi, 20, shook his head slightly after hearing the guilty verdicts on all 15 counts against him.

He could get several years in prison — and could be deported to his native India, even though he has lived legally in the U.S. since he was a little boy — for an act that cast a spotlight on teen suicide and anti-gay bullying and illustrated the Internet’s.

Dharun Ravi’s defense attorney tried to convince the jury to no avail that his client was not motivated by any hostility towards gays, but instead he was just an immature kid. The jury did not buy it.

The most serious charges — bias intimidation based on sexual orientation, a hate crime — carry up to 10 years in prison each. Legal experts said the most Ravi would probably get all together at sentencing May 21 would be 10 years.

Ravi was not charged with causing Clementi’s death, and the suicide remained largely in the background at the trial, though some witnesses mentioned it and the jury was told Clementi had taken his life. Prosecutors were not allowed to argue directly that the spying led to his death; defense lawyers were barred from saying there were other reasons he killed himself.

More from the Barack Obama endorsed Occupy protest movement … Three Occupy Oakland protesters, Michael Davis, 32, Nneka Crawford, 23, and Randolph Wilkins, 24, have been charged with robbery and hate crimes.  The three remain in jail. Bail for Crawford and Wilkins is $105,000 and Davis is being held on $100,000 bail.

Michael Davis, 32, Nneka Crawford, 23, and Randolph Wilkins, 24, all of Oakland, were charged with the felonies by Assistant District Attorney Paul Hora. All remain jailed at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin. Bail for Crawford and Wilkins is $105,000 and Davis is being held on $100,000 bail.

Other possible suspects are being sought by police, said Sgt. Randy Wingate, the lead investigator.

Among the evidence against the three, besides the 42-year-old victim identifying them, is a video of the confrontation taken by a fellow Occupy Oakland protester.

NICE.  During the course of the crime when the 20 year old victims wallet was taken, the three Occupy Oakland protesters shouted “vulgar epithets regarding their perception of her sexual orientation. According to lead investigator gt. Randy Wingate, other possible suspects are being sought by police.  I thought the LEFT and the 99% protesters were supposed to be so liberal minded and open minded?

Michael Davis, 32, Nneka Crawford, 23, and Randolph Wilkins, 24, confronted the woman on the streets of Oakland in February after she told them not to riot in her neighborhood, the Oakland Police said in a written release.

“She was surrounded by three protestors and battered as they yelled vulgar epithets regarding their perception of her sexual orientation,” Oakland Police spokeswoman Johnna Watson said.

The female victim was not identified except as a 20-year resident of the neighborhood.

“Her wallet was taken during the crime,” Watson said. “The victim broke away from the group and called police, who were able to arrest one suspect near the scene.”

One of the protesters shot a video of the altercation, which police viewed on the Internet. The VIDEO has since been removed from the internet for obvious reasons as it will become evidence.

So these people are supposed to represent the 99% eh? Not even close.

Equal Rights Under the Law … Three Lesbians Charged With Hate Crime for Assaulting a Gay Man in Boston, MA

If it is good for the goose, it should be good for the gay as well … They gay community wanted equal rights under the law, looks like they got it. However, when hate crimes on pinned on gays, they cry foul.

Three woman who have been described as lesbians were charged with assault and a hate crime for beating a gay man at the Forest Hill T in Boston, MA. Now the question will arise as to whether a gay on gay attack can be considered a hate crime. This does show just how foolish hate crime laws are. An assault is an assault. Now we have to make some assaults more important than others because of a perceived hate?

Three women identified by their lawyers as lesbians were arraigned yesterday on a hate crime charge for allegedly beating a gay man at the Forest Hills T station in an unusual case that experts say exposes the law’s flawed logic.

“My guess is that no sane jury would convict them under those circumstances, but what this really demonstrates is the idiocy of the hate-crime legislation,” said civil liberties lawyer Harvey Silverglate. “If you beat someone up, you’re guilty of assault and battery of a human being. Period. The idea of trying to break down human beings into categories is doomed to failure.”

Prosecutors and the ACLU of Massachusetts said no matter the defendants’ sexual orientation, they can still face the crime of assault and battery with intent to intimidate, which carries up to a 10-year prison sentence, by using hateful language.

Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz Says He Will Not Vote for Obama if He Continues to be Associated with “Radical Stalinists” Media Matters

However, that appears to be the case as Dershowitz stated that he will not vote for Obama as long as he continues to associate with the “Radical Stalinists” Media Matters. Such an un-endorsement could come as quite a blow and a harbinger of things to come for Barack Obama and the Jewish vote in the 2012 Presidential election.Way to attract the Jewish vote Barack when Media Matters articles wind up on neo-Nazi websites to promote hate.

Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz who is known for his liberal views says that the left wing media watchdog group is in danger of becoming the “Jeremiah Wright” for the 2012 presidential elections for a very surprising reason; he has allegedly seen the liberal group’s anti-Israel sentiments quoted on various neo-Nazi sites.

The Daily Caller, which interviewed Dershowitz quoted him as saying, “You know where I get their stuff? I read their stuff mostly on a neo-Nazi website that sends it to me,” he explained. “Somehow I am on their mailing list. I am not on Media Matters’s mailing list. But I tend to read Media Matters articles when they’re sent to me by a neo-Nazi website.”

Will Obama denounce Media Matters? Don’t hold your breath. We shall see which matters more to Barack Obama, Jews or Media Matters. However, when Obama loses some one like Alan Dershowitz, Houston Barack you got a problem.

Chrissy Lee Polis, Victim of the McDonald’s Beating Speaks Out … Yes, This Was a Hate Crime

22 year old Chrissy Lee Polis, the transgender woman who was the victim of the attacked by two woman at a McDonald’s last week that was caught on VIDEO that went viral is speaking out for the first time. Polis stated that the attack was a “hate crime”. Sadly, most every body at the McDonald’s sat back and watched the victim be continuously beaten.

A transgender woman beaten at a Baltimore County McDonald’s spoke out on Saturday, saying that the attack was “definitely a hate crime” and that she’s been afraid to go out in public ever since.

“They said, ‘That’s a dude, that’s a dude and she’s in the female bathroom,’ ” said Chrissy Lee Polis, 22, who said she stopped at the Rosedale restaurant to use the restroom. “They spit in my face.”

Female Victims Suffers Seizure after Merciless Beating by Woman in McDonald’s (VIDEO) … (Update: Victim, Transgender Woman … Hate Crime!)

YES, THIS IS A HATE CRIME …  MC BEATING!

A woman was beaten senseless by multiple other woman in a McDonald’s. Use caution in viewing the below VIDEO as the images are alarming. As the female victim is repeatedly beaten, others just looked idly on and even joked. At the end of the video, the victim actually goes into a seizure. This is absolutely sick.  McDonald’s acknowledged that the attack had occurred in a Baltimore area restaurant and said it was working with local police.

A video of a vicious beating at a Baltimore County McDonald’s restaurant went viral Friday, garnering hundreds of thousands of views on websites and prompting the fast-food giant to issue a statement condemning the incident.

The video shows two women — one of them a 14-year-old girl — repeatedly kicking and punching the 22-year-old victim in the head, as an employee of the Rosedale restaurant and a patron try to intervene. Others can be heard laughing, and men are seen standing idly by.

Toward the end of the video, one of the suspects lands a punishing blow to the victim’s head, and she appears to have a seizure. A man’s voice tells the women to run because police are coming.

UPDATE I: McDonald’s releases a statement regarding the assault.

McDonald’s is concerned about the safety of their customers, REALLY? Maybe they would like to explain why it took an elderly woman to step in and help the victim as McDonald employees just sat back, did nothing and watched.

We are shocked by the video from a Baltimore franchised restaurant showing an assault. This incident is unacceptable, disturbing and troubling. McDonald’s strives to be a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who visits. Nothing is more important to us than the safety of customers and employees in our restaurants. We are working with the franchisee and the local authorities to investigate this matter. We are doing everything possible to make sure the right thing is done.

A McDonald’s employee has taken credit for taking the video of the attack. It turns out that the individual taking the video states that the individual being attacked is not a woman, but a man. It turns out that the victim was a transgender woman. I smell “hate crime’.

UPDATE II: Suspects have been identified in the MC ATTACK:

At one point the suspects, identified as a 14-year-old girl and an 18-year-old girl, pull the victim to the floor by her hair, even ripping off a wig. They drag her into the main dining room. Then after a powerful blow to the head, the victim appears to have a violent seizure, and as she bleeds from the mouth, spectators warn the attackers to flee before cops arrive.

KUDOS to The Other McCain for their blunt and direct account of the beating that took place and their stating the truth that had this been a couple of white tea Party Conservatives who attacked this transgender woman, it would have been head line news in every newspaper and leading the national news.

Can you imagine the political uproar if the attackers had been right-wing Tea Party types? Perhaps we can ask Paul Krugman to favor us with another one of his “climate of hate” sermons.
