I guess it is true, there is some honor amongst thieves and a certain amount of prison justice afforded to those who even offend the sensibilities of criminals. However, the sad and pathetic part of this case is that so many mistakes were made and benefits of the doubt given to this pedophile that it became an accident waiting to happen. Let this be a lesson, there is no such thing as a one time pedophile and they will escalate their crimes to meet their sick needs.

29 year old David Renz was beaten in jail after he was arrested for allegedly murdering a Syracuse Woman and raping her 10 year old daughter following a carjacking.  It is too bad they didn’t do more. I guess there is always prison for this POS to look forward to. Renz had a swollen face and tissues stuffed up both nostrils when he appeared in federal court Friday to face a probation violation charge. The assault took place at the Onondaga County Justice Center David J. Renz of Cicero  kidnapped Lori Bresnahan, 47, a library media specialist with the Liverpool School District, and her daughter Saturday night in front of the Great Northern Mall in the Town of Clay. Lori Bresnahan later died from stab wounds and her daughter some how miraculously escaped the vehicle and was helped by a motorist.  Renz was charged with first degree rape, first degree kidnapping, first and second degree murder.

 Authorities say a man accused of killing a Syracuse woman and raping her 10-year-old daughter during a carjacking was beaten and suffered a broken nose on his first day in jail.

The Post-Standard, of Syracuse, reports that David Renz had a swollen face and tissues stuffed up both nostrils when he appeared in federal court Friday to face a probation violation charge.

His attorneys say Renz was assaulted by other inmates at the Onondaga County Justice Center, where he was taken following his arrest Thursday night.

Sheriff Kevin Walsh told the newspaper he was looking into why Renz was put into a holding area with other prisoners.

Renz had previously been charged in January 2013 with possession of child pornography and allowed to remain free under terms that included staying off the Internet and away from places including schools, parks and arcades. Because we all know that human pieces of waste like this do exactly what they are told. Guess what, here comes the shock of all shocks … the pedophile did nothing according to his probation. Renz deactivated his electronic monitoring device off his ankle before he viscously attached 47 year old Lori A. Bresnahan and her 10 year old daughter.

Before Renz attacked 47-year-old Lori A. Bresnahan and a 10-year-old girl in the Great Northern Mall parking lot Thursday night, he deactivated the ankle bracelet he was fitted with when federal authorities released him from custody in January on child pornography charges.

The monitoring company didn’t detect anything until Renz had already committed the crimes and was in police custody.

Renz, who has a computer science degree from SUNY Oswego, deactivated his ankle bracelet at 7 p.m., according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Lisa Fletcher. His curfew required him to stay at his mother’s house on Lakeshore Road.

Note to law enforcement, prosecutors, judges and probation folks … don’t let pedophiles out in the public, let alone ones with computer science degrees and given them electronic ankle bracers.

Murder/Suicide: Gregory Rodriguez, Sportsman Channel Host of “A Rifleman’s Journal,” Killed by Gunman in Montana Who Then Killed Himself

Gregory Rodriguez, the host of the Sportsman Channel show “A Rifleman’s Journal” was shot and killed by 41 year old Wayne Bengston in Montana after he had been found by the presumed “jealous” husband visiting his wife on a business trip. It is reported that Bengston then beat his wife, took his 2 year old son to a relative’s house and drove to his home in West Glacier, where he apparently committed suicide and killed himself. According to reports, Bengston’s wife told police that Rodriguez was in town on business and visiting her at her mother’s house in Whitefish when her husband showed up Thursday night at approximately 10:30pm. According to Fox News, Rodriguez and the woman, who works for a firearms manufacturer in the Flathead Valley, met at a trade show and struck up a casual relationship that police do not believe was romantic.

Gregory Rodriguez not only hosted his own hunting show, he was also an editor of Shooting Times and wrote for Guns & Ammo magazine. Rodriguez was also the CEO of Global Adventure Outfitters, a hunting supply store. Greg Rodriguez leaves behind his wife Lisa and his two children,  Chloe and Cole.

A Montana man shot and killed Gregory Rodriguez,  the host of the Sportsman Channel show “A Rifleman’s Journal,” when the shooter found the TV personality visiting his wife, police said Friday.

Wayne Bengston, 41, then beat his wife, took his 2-year-old son to a relative’s house and drove to his home about 25 miles away in West Glacier, where he apparently killed himself, Whitefish police said.

The victim, Rodriguez, was 43, from Sugar Land, Texas. Bengston’s wife told police that Rodriguez was in town on business and visiting her at her mother’s house in Whitefish when her husband showed up Thursday night.

It wasn’t clear how Rodriguez and the woman were acquainted.

UPDATE I: How pathetic that the LEFT would use the death  of Gregory Rodriguez as a way to use National Rifle Association CEO Wayne LaPierre’s claim against him that, “the only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun” doesn’t always hold up. Really? This just shows that there is no way to stop all crazed killers. At least I would want a fighting chance vs. cowering in the corner waiting to be killed.

16 Year Old Cypress Lake High School Student Who Wrestled Loaded Hand Gun Away from Another Teen Gets Suspended for Three Days

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE COUNTRY I GREW UP IN … now we punish teenagers for a heroic acts.

A 16 year old Cypress Lake High School student in Fort Meyers, FL who wrestled a loaded hand gun away from another teen threatening to shoot, is being punished with a three day suspension. WHAT!!! That’s is correct, this is the lessons that we are teaching students in out dysfunctional public schools these days. The student managed to get the gun away from the 15 year old suspect on the bus ride home. Witnesses on the bus said that the suspect aimed the weapon point blank at another student and threatened to shoot him. The 16 year old who wrestled the .22 caliber loaded revolver from the teen most likely saved a kids life. What did he get for his heroic actions … a three day suspension. I can remember a time when such an act would have been praised. I can remember a time when it was expected that one do the right thing and prevent bullying and stand up to those on school buses who would try to cause harm to others.

The student, who Fox 4 has agreed not to identify because he fears for his safety, says there’s “no doubt” he saved a life by disarming the gunman. And for that he was suspended for three days.

“I think he was really going to shoot him right then and there,” the student said. “Not taking no pity.”

The student says he wrestled the .22 caliber RG-14 Revolver away from the suspect, a football player, who witnesses say threatened to shoot a teammate because he had been arguing with his friend.

“No doubt,” the student said, “he was going to shoot him point blank.”

The teen we spoke to and authorities both confirm the Revolver was loaded. According to the arrest report the suspect, who Fox 4 is not naming because he is a minor, was “pointing the gun directly” at another student and “threatening to shoot him.”

That’s when the student we spoke with says he and two others tackled the teen and wrestled away the gun. The next day the school slapped him with a three day suspension.

What have our schools become and what messages are they teaching our children? as the American Thinker stated, Our children are being intimidated and punished by a malicious government and an ever-weakened society. According to the idiots from the Lee County School District, a teen should be suspended for doing the right thing. I guess the school administrators would rather have their kids look the other way and have students killed? Get this, the teen who saved lives is being suspended because of being part of an “incident” where a weapon was present. WTF!!! Are you telling me that the school does not differentiate between the shooter and the hero? The 15 year old suspect was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm on school property and assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. How do they know it was not intent to kill? These school administrators should be ashamed of themselves. What has happened to the country I grew up in?

According to the referral, he was suspended for being part of an “incident” where a weapon was present and given an “emergency suspension.”

Nevada Democrat Assemblyman Steven Brooks Arrested for Attacking Family Member and Grabbing for Police Officer’s Weapon

It’s bad enough when one attacks a family member, but grabbing for a police officer’s weapon … that will get one in a world of hurt.

It would appear that Nevada Democrat Assemblyman Steven Brooks life and career is spirally out of control. The 40 year old Assemblyman Brooks  was arrested on Sunday for physically attacking a family member and attempting to grab for a police officer’s weapon.  The arrest came only days after the North Las Vegas Democrat began a leave of absence following a string of bizarre events that began with his January 19, 2013 arrest for threatening Assembly Speaker Marilyn Kirkpatrick.  Brooks was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on misdemeanor charges of domestic battery and obstructing a public officer. His bail was set at $4,000.

At least six parents have sued a Carson preschool following revelations that their children were allegedly involved in sexual acts with each other on school grounds.

Attorney Greg Owen filed the lawsuit Tuesday against First Lutheran Church of Carson School on behalf of the parents, who claim staff members failed to supervise the students and allowed them to engage in the inappropriate behavior.

Richard McCarthy said his 5-year-old son was molested in an unlocked bathroom in Oct. 2012.

“A teacher opened the door and saw this girl performing oral sex on my son,” he said.

A woman’s basketball coach at Martin Luther King Jr. High School in Detroit. Michigan shot two would be attackers with his conceal license hand gun. The coach protected himself and two other female basketball players who he was walking to their car in the school parking lot from two thugs. One of the attackers pulled a gun and grabbed the coach. The 70 year old coach, who had a conceal permit, pulled his gun and shot the two punks. He wounded one and killed the other. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Police sources tell 7 Action News that a women’s basketball coach from Martin Luther King, Jr. Senior High School shot two men who attacked him as he was walking two basketball players to their cars in the school parking lot.

Police sources say the coach was walking the two girls to their cars when two men allegedly approached and one pulled out a gun and grabbed him by his chain necklace. The coach then pulled out his gun and shot both of them, according to sources.

 You will never hear Obama, his minions or the national MSM touting such acts of defense by an American using their Second Amendment right to bear arms.

In an Obama, anti-gun world, the two thugs would have robbed these three victims, possibly killed them and done God knows what to the two females. All of this would have taken place before police could have ever been called to the scene. One which would have been a crime scene. Instead, in this case Americans took it upon their own to protect themselves and not be made victims. This is why we do not depend on government for self-protection.

15 Year Old Special Needs Girl Gang Raped Under her Desk during Class as Teacher Ignored Assault at Martin De Porres Academy in Elmont, NY

A 15 year old special female student was allegedly gang raped under her desk at the Martin De Porres Academy in Elmont, NY as the teacher did nothing. According to the law suit, the victim was sexually assaulted for 10 minutes as another student  ’hit her on the head whenever she tried to escape,’ during a science class at Martin De Porres Academy in Elmont, NY. The lawsuit states that the teacher was only a couple feet away from the rape and did nothing. The sick SOB’s forced the mentally challenged student to perform oral sex on them and also tried to anally sodomize her while one of them danced on her desk, all without attracting the attention of her teachers. How is this possible. But wait, it gets worse … when the girl reported the horrific incident the next day, school officials did nothing and failed to report it.

 Who thinks that one mentally challenged girl among 13 boys is a good idea? Who was the rocket scientist that thought this was a suitable situation, especially when some of the boys were residents of Casa De La Salle, a home for juvenile delinquents?

The girl’s mother, who filed the suit, alleged that the teacher ignored the assault even as one student danced on the desk while another attempted to sodomize K.J.

Though the girl told a school social worker the next day, school officials failed to report the crime.

K.J. has an IQ of 60 and was sent to De Porres by city.

She was the only girl in her class of 13 boys.

Her alleged attackers all had known ‘violent propensities’ and are residents of Casa De La Salle, a home for juvenile delinquents.

For every heroic teacher we hear about like the ones at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT who gave their lives to protect the children under their care, we sadly are witness to a dirtbag, useless piece of waste who just collects a pay check and turns the other way while a child is raped. Thankfully the teacher was fired and should never be hired again at any academic institution.

Martin De Porres executive director Ed Dana said the school conducted an internal investigation as soon as it heard of the abuse and fired a teacher as a result. “We want the community to know that we hold our teachers to a high standard. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of the children in our care,” Dana said in a statement.

It’s probably safe to say these juvenile delinquents are lost causes yet the bleeding heart liberals will find every excuse to ban guns but not rid society of this evil that walks among us.

31 Year Old Female Suspect Who Pushed Man to his Death in NYC Subway in Custody (Update: Erika Menendez Charged with Hate Crime, “I’ve hated Hindus and Muslims since 2001 …”)

The woman who earlier this week pushed 46 year old Sunando Sen to his death in a New York City subway has been arrested and is in police custody.  The 31 year old suspect’s name with be held until she is formally charged.  The suspect shoved Sen in front of a speeding subway train and then fled the subway station following the attack. According to police she has made a statement that implicated herself in the subway incident.

A woman is in custody in the death of a man who was shoved in front of a speeding subway train, and she “made statements implicating herself,” New York City police said Saturday.

Detectives questioned her but aren’t releasing the 31-year-old suspect’s name until she is formally charged, NYPD spokesman Paul Browne said in a brief statement. Among other things, investigators were arranging for witnesses to positively identify the woman in custody as the attacker, police said.

Sunando Sen, a 46-year-old Queens resident who was born in India and ran a printing shop, died Thursday night when a woman who had been muttering to herself on a train platform in Queens suddenly knocked him on the tracks as a train entered the station.

This is the second subway incident this month that has seen an individual push another onto the tracks to their death in NYC. So when will Mayor Bloomberg, Sen. Schumer and the rest of the Democrats call for a banning of subways?

UPDATE I: 31 year old Erika Menendez has been charged with second-degree murder after confessing to killing Sunando Sen following her arrest this morning. She has also been charged with a hate crime as she stated,  ”I’ve hated Hindus and Muslims since 2001 since they put down the Twin Towers. I have been beating them up since.”

A Muslim-hating woman was charged with murder as a hate crime for senselessly shoving a Queens man to his death in front of the 7 train, officials said today.

Erika Menendez, 31, was hit with a second-degree murder charge after confessing to killing Sunando Sen, 46, following her arrest this morning.

“She is accused of committing a subway commuter’s worst nightmare,” Queens DA Richard Brown said. “(He was) suddenly and senselessly pushed into the path of an oncoming train, shoved from behind with no chance to defend himself.

“She told police that she pushed a Muslim off the train tracks. She said, ‘I’ve hated Hindus and Muslims since 2001 since they put down the Twin Towers. I have been beating them up since.’”
