President Barack Obama travels to drought plagued California and promising to create a $1 billion slush fund for individuals harmed by the extreme drought conditions in California. Obama used the opportunity to pander for global warming. Oh sorry, climate change. But isn’t that par for the course? Speaking of par, the do as I say, not as I do Barack Obama  managed to find his way on President’s Day weekend onto  “Water-Guzzling” desert golf courses. How can any one take this man seriously? Shared sacrifice? You dare lecture us and you turn around and do just the opposite. Oh that’s right, no one care dare call you out on anything or be deemed a racist. They say that there is a shortage of clowns in America.  There is supposedly a lack of wannabe Bozos. Really? No there is not, they just need to look to Washington, DC, Congress and namely 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Ha, looks like the folks at Powerline were on the same thought process. However, I would add there are also many Republicans that can be added to the list, or so-called GOP’ers.

Obama was scheduled to return to Washington late Monday.

The White House says Obama was playing on the nine-hole course at the sprawling Sunnylands estate in Rancho Mirage. Childhood friends Bobby Titcomb, Greg Orme and Michael Ramos rounded out the foursome.

Obama Plays Water-Guzzling Desert Golf Courses Amid California Drought: After preaching shared sacrifice to assuage the California water shortage, Obama has played some of the country’s thirstiest golf courses.

President Barack Obama traveled to California on Friday to highlight the state’s drought emergency at two events near Fresno, calling for shared sacrifice to help manage the state’s worst water shortage in decades. He then spent the rest of the weekend enjoying the hospitality of some of the state’s top water hogs: desert golf courses.

Vacationing with DVDs of his favorite television shows and multiple golf outings with his buddies, the duffer in chief played at two of the most exclusive courses in the Palm Springs area. On Saturday, Obama played at the Sunnylands estate, built by the late billionaire Walter Annenberg, which features a nine-hole course that is played like 18 holes. The following day he golfed at billionaire Oracle founder Larry Ellison’s 19-hole Porcupine Creek. On Presidents’ Day, Obama hit the links at Sunnylands once again.

The 124 golf courses in the Coachella Valley consume roughly 17% of all water there, and one-quarter of the water pumped out of the region’s at-risk groundwater aquifer, according to the Coachella Valley Water District. Statewide, roughly 1% of water goes to keep golf courses green. Each of the 124 Coachella Valley courses, on average, uses nearly 1 million gallons (3.8 million L) a day because of the hot and dry climate, three to four times more water per day than the average American golf course.

And the Barack Obama failures keep coming … This one was just as predictable as Obamacare.

Thanks to President Barack Obama and his premature withdrawal of American military forces out of Iraq in 2011, it would appear that the vacuum left is now being sucked up by Al Qaeda affiliates over-running parts of Iraq, including the city of Fallujah. So who did not see this coming when Obama withdrew US troops? Once again Obama’s foreign policy in the Middle East has been 100% wrong.  As The Gateway Pundit reminds us, when George W. Bush left office the War in Iraq was won. Now, just 5 short years later all of the US gains in Iraq have been lost and the Al-Qaeda flag now flies above Fallujah. But I guess Obama and Democrats will attempt to blame this on W as well.

Black-clad Sunni militants of Al Qaeda destroyed the Falluja Police Headquarters and mayor’s office, planted their flag atop other government buildings and decreed the western Iraqi city to be their new independent state on Friday in an escalating threat to Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki, whose forces were struggling to retake control late into the night.

The advances by the militants — members of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS — came after days of fighting in Falluja, Ramadi and other areas of Anbar Province. The region is a center of Sunni extremism that has grown more intense in reaction to Mr. Maliki’s Shiite-dominated government in Baghdad and the neighboring civil war in Syria.

FOX News: McCain, Graham blast Obama for Al Qaeda-related takeover of Fallujah, call situation ‘predictable’.

Republican senators on Saturday blamed the Obama administration for Al Qaeda affiliates over-running parts of Iraq, including the city of Fallujah, which the United States secured before President Obama removed all U.S. forces from that country in 2011.

Sen. John McCain, Arizona, and Lindsey Graham, South Carolina, called the recent turn of events “as tragic as they were predictable” and suggested Obama misled Americans into believing that Iraqi leaders wanted U.S. forces out of their country.

“While many Iraqis are responsible for this strategic disaster, the administration cannot escape its share of the blame,” the senators said in a joint statement. “When President Obama withdrew all U.S. forces … over the objections of our military leaders and commanders on the ground, many of us predicted that the vacuum would be filled by America’s enemies and would emerge as a threat to U.S. national security interests. Sadly, that reality is now clearer than ever.”

The Al Qaeda-affiliated fighters took over Fallujah on Friday after a bloody three-day battle, raising their flag over government buildings as a sign of victory, according to The Washington Post.

I really hope that Barack Obama is proud of himself for his ignorant and Pollyanna foreign policy decisions like Iraq where Obama has pulled defeat from the jaws of victory. As stated by the Ace of Spades says, all those “American troops spilled their guts fighting Al Qaeda in Fallujah in 2004.” And with this rank amateur president in office, it now seems all that precious American lives were for nothing.

NFL Hall of Famer Jim Brown Gives President Barack Obama a Grade of “C”

Wow, Jim Brown doesn’t think Obama is the one we have been waiting for, doesn’t think he is a special kind of person … So much for ‘Hope & Change”.

Jim Brown, NFL Hall of Famer and arguably the greatest running back of all time had a few choice words for President Barack Obama while on the Arsenio Hall show. Never at a loss for words and a man that speaks his mind whether you agree with him or not I have always respected the man because of his convictions and never beating around the bush. During his appearance he was asked what he thought of Barack Obama, his response most likely shocked many libs and blacks. As reported at The Politico, Jim Brown said, “I like him as a human being, but somehow it seems like he’s over his head or maybe he underestimated the system of government we had. [...] I give him a ‘C.”

Asked by Arsenio Hall for his thoughts on President Barack Obama, legendary football player Jim Brown expressed his disappointment in a man he once campaigned for in Ohio.

“That’s a difficult one,” said Brown. “I like his family. I like him as a human being. But somehow it seems like he’s over his head.”

Brown said he’d give the president a “C” grade and added that “maybe underestimated the system of government.”

Jim Brown and I agree, this is the reason why you don’t elect a “community agitator” and someone who has no qualifications to do the job, president. What is also interesting is even Jim Brown calls Obama a partisan.

Personally, I think Jim Brown went a bit easy on his friend, maybe a first in Brown’s career, but for Obama to get a “C”, he would have to be average. Barack Obama is not average, he is well below average and at this point gets a “D” and if Obamacare, the economy and the Middle East continue in uncertain turmoil, it will be changed to an ‘F”.

Barack Obama Approval Down 23 Points Among Hispanics in Past Year from 75% to 52%

According to a recent Gallup poll, it appears that some one’s job approval poll numbers are in free fall with pretty much every demographic, and Hispanics are at the top of the list. Barack Obama’s job approval numbers are down with Latinos this year from 75% to 52%. ¡Dios mío … I guess me can expect an Obama mad rush for amnesty.  However, that is not the only group that Obama has lost ground with. Obama has also lost Moderates (-16), 18-29 year olds (-15), Independents (-15), women (-14), Conservative Democrats (-14) , Democrats (-13), 30-49 year olds (-12), 50-64 year olds (-12) and even Blacks at -9. However, it appears that Legal Insurrection has found one group that has maintained their support for Obama, Conservative Republicans are only at -2, down from 7% to 5%. HA!

Not only does Obama not have coattails, he is now considered toxic.

Can we call this a total and complete loss of the America people? Imagine if the election was held today with the American people knowing the truth about many of Obama’s lies and the MSM was forced into not carrying the water 100% of the time for their leader?

President Barack Obama’s job approval rating averaged 41% in November, down 12 percentage points from 53% last December, his high-water mark since his first year in office. Hispanics’ approval has dropped 23 points over the last 12 months, the most among major subgroups, and nearly twice the national average.

Hispanics’ approval ratings of Obama have shown the most variation of any group’s ratings throughout his presidency. That means their views of him are less firmly anchored than those of other groups, which may help explain why their opinions of the president soured more than any other group’s in recent months. Despite the significant decline in their approval ratings over the past 12 months, a majority of Hispanics, 52%, still approve of the job Obama is doing.

A note to Republicans, namely Speaker John Boehner and the GOP leadership in the House … if you pass a BS amnesty bill you will collapse the Republican party forever. Hot Air correctly points out that the Democrats do not own the Latino vote. You have an opportunity to make real reform with immigration and deal with this issue in a common sense way.  One of those is to actually uphold the oaths that all of you took and to follow the US Constitution and uphold the laws of the land. I have always believed that Hispanics were not a monolithic voting block and were interested in many things other than immigration (amnesty), like the economy, real healthcare reform, jobs and the truth.

If the first two months of ObamaCare could push him nearly underwater with Latinos, what will another year of rate shock and shrinking provider networks do? Without lifting a finger, the GOP may be back in play for this demographic — not so much that they’d win it outright, but enough that they could close the gap to, say 15-20 points instead of 40-45. In a tight election, that would be ruinous for Democrats.

President Barack Obama Says His Dream Job Would Be To Host ESPN’s Sports Center After He Retires

Obama says he wants to be an ESPN Sports Center host after he retires as president. Scared Monkeys says, why wait …

HOPE & CHANGE … Well now we know what Barack Obama’s master plan was in getting the job as president of the United States. It was a resume builder for his dream job, to be a host at ESPN’s Sports Center. As stated at Hot Air, now it makes sense why Obama has devoted so much time and effort to March Madness brackets, the Super Bowl, and the World Series for the last five years “while casually mucking up giant parts of his day job” as president. I say, why wait? Please just quit now and go to ESPN, please! Although I will also sadly say that he is probably more qualified to be an ESPN host than he is president. I guess we now know why he takes the job so seriously.

Just don’t let him be the new Jimmy “the Greek” picking sports games, as Barack the Socialist is not very good at picking “winners and losers”.  I can see Lee Corso on Game Day doing a perpetual loop of “NOT SO FAST!”

However, I would remind all as I did intern for a short period of time at a news outlet that everything is not provided to hosts on a teleprompter. Many times a producer is talking in your ear and you have to ad-lib. I would suggest that Barack Obama nt use the video below as his audition tape.
