Barack Obama and his surrogates, who are supporting Hillary Clinton and her party, the Democratic Party. Who were using the… intelligence activities to surveil members of the Trump campaign, and to put that information out in the public.”

Thus we had a sitting president going after a political enemy using the FISA court and the powers fo the federal government. The below is a must listen to audio tape. “We absolutely know this is true, the FBI did a preliminary criminal investigation based on a potential connection between a server in Trump Tower and a couple of Russian banks. That turned out to be a dry hole, but one of the most outrageous things I’ve ever seen… totally uncovered by the media. Instead of closing the investigation, the Obama administration tried to turn it into a FISA court investigation in June [2016]. Apparently the first application they submitted named Trump.”

“Even the FISA court said no. There wasn’t enough evidence to make out probable cause involving Donald Trump,” he said. “In the middle of the campaign the administration was actively having Trump investigated.”

The MSM continually wants their WATERGATE, yet they only want it if it is the GOP that is being investigated. NOTE TO MSM … INVESTIGATE OBAMA AND YOU WILL HAVE YOUR WATERGATE!!!

If the reports are true — and they certainly appear to be — Obamagate is 100 times bigger than Watergate.

In short, a sitting president wiretapped the nominee of the opposition party, before the election, using the security apparatus of the federal government.

RUSH SPEAKS THE OBVIOUS TRUTH ABOUT THE DEMOCRAT WITCH HUNT …

Rush Limbaugh stated on his show yesterday that this story is not about Jeff Sessions. This story is not about illegal talks between Trump and his campaign people and the Russians. This story is about Barack Obama and the Democrat Party attempting to sabotage the Trump presidency.   Rush went on to say that the LEFT’s attacks like this of Trump is all this failed party has left. After President Trump’s amazing Address to Congress speech, the LEFT had no alternative but to double down on the sabotage.

This story is not about Jeff Sessions. This story is not about illegal talks between Trump and his campaign people and the Russians. This story is about Barack Obama and the Democrat Party attempting to sabotage the Trump presidency and do everything they can to either render it meaningless and ineffective or to get him impeached or force him to resign. That’s what the story is. And that is what has to be attacked, not defended.

We have no reason to be on defense all the time. We won the election. These people are barely hanging on. This is all they’ve got. And there’s no evidence, despite a year and a half of allegations of illegal contact between Trump, his campaign, and the Russians. There is no evidence.

How are they going after Sessions? Sessions lied. Sessions lied to Franken. Now Trump has no choice but then to get rid of Sessions. This is what they’re trying to do. Now, do not misunderstand me. I’m not saying Sessions doesn’t deserve to be defended and I’m not saying this shouldn’t be explained, because I’m gonna do that today. I’m talking about tactics and strategy, the immediate knee-jerk reaction when these allegations come is to accept their premise, and once we do that, we’re cooked.

No matter how much brilliance we come up with, no matter how much evidence to refute what they’re saying, if we accept the premise, we’re cooked. We have got to redefine what this is really all about. It is all about Barack Obama and the Democrat Party attempting to unseat President Trump. It’s all about sabotage and a scandal from the highest levels of the Democrat Party. That’s what is happening here. And that’s what people need to be told.

All of this needs to be explained to casual observers, American citizens, as to what is really going on. You know, I can play the game of defending Sessions. I’ve got all the Claire McCaskill tweets that show she met with the Russian ambassador and bragged about it even though she’s saying that Sessions should quit for having to do it. Sessions in his testimony during his confirmation hearings, this was not even about anything official. It was about that phony, fake dossier that the media and BuzzFeed had published.

Sessions was being asked questions about a dossier that was packed full of lies that nobody even maintained was true except the media. As I say, I’m gonna get to all of this in due course, but I actually think, folks, that the focus here needs to be on Obama and the Democrats and their motives. And I’ll tell you what’s driving this is Trump’s speech. Trump’s speech on Tuesday night has scared the devil out of these people.

They thought Trump was gonna continue to be what they think is a bumbling fool, you know, fortunately, luckily running into good things and eventually he was gonna start bumping into bad things, and he’s gonna screw everything up. He didn’t know politics. He didn’t know the establishment. It was gonna be easy to do end runs around him, and that speech came, and in their minds, that’s the greatest speech they’ve ever heard, and it scared the hell out of ’em.

Now, they were gonna do what they’re doing today anyway, but their intensity has been ratcheted up. I mean, I could point out all of the hypocrisy I want. Remember when special prosecutor was appointed for Loretta Lynch’s meeting with Bill Clinton just before the election? No, you don’t remember that because it didn’t happen. What was at all about? The Clintons and their Crime Family Foundation were under FBI investigation. They might still be, for all we know. But we don’t hear any clamoring to get to the bottom of that.

It looks like the Democrats were conspiring to cover up influence peddling and God knows what else. The Clintons were out selling access to the White House and her future presidency. Last time I checked, all of this is what led to the Republicans being elected. The Democrat Party has soiled itself in front of the American people, and they don’t want any more of them. That’s why Trump won.

President Trump responded when asked whether Obama was responsible for organizing some of the recent political protests against him and other Republicans … “No, I think he is behind it. I also think it’s politics — that’s the way it is.” Would it really come as a surprise that behind the scenes Obama made every effort to derail the Trump presidency so to maintain any type of legacy? This is what Obama is, a community agitator.

President Donald Trump delivered a scathing accusation against former President Barack Obama in an interview released Monday night.

Trump was asked whether Obama was responsible for organizing some of the recent political protests against him and other Republicans — including the widely publicized demonstrations at GOP town-hall meetings.

“No, I think he is behind it,” Trump said in a preview of an interview with “Fox and Friends” released Monday night. “I also think it’s politics — that’s the way it is.”

“You never know what’s exactly happening behind the scenes,” Trump said. “You never know.”

“No, I think that President Obama’s behind it because his people are certainly behind it. And some of the leaks … possibly come from that group … But I also understand that’s politics, and in terms of him being behind things, that’s politics, and it will probably continue.”

Hmm,  what happened to global warming? When you search the climate change page … poof!!! The test of the Trump presidency will be dismantling the last 8 years of damage that Obama has done to the United States and putting us back on the right track to make America Great Again!

At 11:59 am eastern, the official White House website had a lengthy information page about the threat of climate change and the steps the federal government had taken to fight it. At noon, at the instant Donald Trump took office, the page was gone, as well as any mention of climate change or global warming.’

Barack Obama Transfers 4 More Gitmo Detainees on His Way Out the Door, 41 Terrorists Left

Lame Duck Barack Obama has transferred out four more terrorists out of GITMO on his way out the door. Nineteen inmates have been transferred since Election Day. This now leaves 41 terrorists at the US military prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. So in the end, thankfully, Obama was never able to close GITMO as he promised back in 2008.

The Pentagon announced Thursday that four more inmates were transferred out of the US military prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, marking the final such transfer under President Barack Obama and leaving the facility’s population at 41.

Thursday’s transfer concludes the Obama administration’s final push to empty the facility as much as possible prior to Friday’s inauguration, with 19 inmates being transferred since Election Day. One of the inmates is going to Saudi Arabia and the other three are being taken in by the United Arab Emirates.

There were 242 detainees at Guantanamo when Obama came into office in January 2009 and he had pledged to close the controversial center within one year in an executive order he signed shortly after his own inauguration. But in recent days, administration officials have acknowledged that this goal was out of reach.

“I don’t anticipate that we will succeed in that goal of closing the prison, but it’s not for a lack of trying — that, I assure you,” White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest told reporters Tuesday.
