This morning in Portsmouth, NH at a presser Donald Trump took credit for President Barack Obama finally releasing his “long form” certificate of live birth. Trump played the role of the conquering hero in making Obama finally say “uncle” as Trump stated, “I am very proud of myself”.  Of course the question will always remain, why did Obama wait so long to release the document, why did the Hawaii Governor say it did not exist and why would Obama spend millions to prevent it’s release?

“Today I am very proud of myself, because I’ve accomplished something that nobody else was able to accomplish,” Trump said after landing in the Granite State.

Was Trump really to credit for Obama’s release of the birth certificate as recent polls shows an alarming amount of people who definitely believed Obama was born in the USA? Or did Obama release his “TRUMP” Birth card in order to get some type of bounce in the polls so that he would not go below 40%?

Hmm, for an issue that is supposedly so bad for Republicans, why is the President giving this issue even more legs and credence? The President has finally buckled to the pressure. As the bias MSM is inclined to do, in carrying water for Obama, they collectively stated that the “bither” issue was harming the GOP. WRONG. This issue of the lack of an Obama birth certificate and the pounding that Trump had dome on the issue was harming Barack Obama. Le·gal In·sur·rec·tion is 100% correct, Trump has done damage to Obama. So much so that the President feels the need to have a presser on it amidst total chaos in the economy, gas prices and the Middle East.

What an amazing coup for Donald Trump in that he seemingly has forced President Obama to release his birth certificate. Something that many have asked, including the Hillary Clinton during the Democrat primaries.

UPDATE I: As reported at the Drudge Report, Obama was to release Long Form Birth Certificate. Um, WHERE IS IT? As similarly reported at Le·gal In·sur·rec·tion, isn’t this the same “certificate of live birth.”  Not a birth certificate, not also another certificate of life birth.  Although this form does have more info, one has to wonder if this is all that Obama and the WH is going to release, this story is in no way over.

UPDATE II: Barack Obama has presser on “Birth Certificate”. He stated that we are not going to be able to solve difficult issues if we are distracted by side shows. Obama just called Trump a “carnival barker” in his presser. Really Mr. President, you mean like the Obamacare being a distraction to jobs and the economy. Wow, Obama’s tone and comments were like former president Clinton’s “I did not Have Sex with that Woman”.

Obama has his own “Bill Clinton” moment, “I was not born outside the United States, not a single time, and now I have to go back to the work of the American people.

So now is the time for serious debate, says Barack Obama. Really Barack … actually the time for seriousness and dealing with important issues like the economy, jobs, unemployment and the out of control federal deficit was day one that you took office.

So the question is, why now? Why would Obama and his minions wait until now to release something that should have been done years ago? Obviously the internal polling data was worse than reported by the state run media. Also, with the rising gas prices and Obama’s falling poll numbers, Team Obama may have wanted to create a fire wall so not go into the 30% job approval.

UPDATE III: Obama going to get to the work of the American people. What the hell have you been doing since you were in office sir?

President Obama said today he released new copies of his Hawaii birth certificate today because the flap over his birthplace threatens to overshadow the “enormous challenges” facing the nation.

“We’re not going to be able to solve our problems if we get distracted by sideshows and carnival barkers,” Obama said.

In a recent USA Today poll, only 38% of Americans definitely believe that President Barack Hussein Obama was born in the United States. 38%!!! This is certainly representative of a cross section of many more people that do not believe Obama was born in America than democrats would lead you to believe. 38%!!!

The so-called ‘birther’ conspiracy appears to have maintained its traction on American voters ahead of next year’s elections, as a new poll shows fewer than four in 10  believe President Barack Obama was definitely born in the U.S.

However, the theory appears to have backfired on its most high-profile proponent, as it emerged that fewer than half believe Donald Trump was definitely born in the country.

As stated by Weasel Zippers, there must be many more closet racists than MSNBC thought.

The Hill brings up some other polling data from the USA Today/Gallup poll, namely that Americans oppose 2012 GOP hopefuls as much as they do Obama. However, Obama is the incumbent, such negatives are more detrimental to an incumbent President residing over a terrible economy, no jobs, inflated unemployment, high gas prices and a Middle East in flames. What do such numbers tell us? All it will take is a yet unnamed GOP candidate who inspires the electorate, connects with the people and explains a comprehensive way for America to get on track and become energy independent to walk away with the 2012 election.

It appears that challenge to Barack Obama’s eligibility to occupy the Oval Office is not over as the SCOTUS has scheduled another “conference” regarding Obama’s eligibility.

 In a stunning move, the U.S. Supreme Court has scheduled another “conference” on a legal challenge to Barack Obama’s eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, but officials there are not answering questions about whether two justices given their jobs by Obama will participate.

The court has confirmed that it has distributed a petition for rehearing in the case brought by attorney John Hemenway on behalf of retired Col. Gregory Hollister and it will be the subject of a conference on March 4.

David Gregory pressed Speaker Boehner during the interview asking him whether it is his repsonsibility to “stand up to that kind of ignorance,”and do the bidding of the President. One would think that the MSM had that job well in hand. Boehner responded, “It’s not my job to tell the American people what to think. Our job in Washington is to listen to the American people.”

Arizona Set to Pass Law Requiring Presidential Candidates to Prove Their Citizenship Status for 2012 … Will Obama Provide Long Form Birth Certificate?

Arizona to pass a law that would require all presidential candidates to prove that they are eligible to occupy the office of the President of the United States. The bill will be proposed by Rep. Judy Burges. However, its not just Arizona, 5 other states also working on legislation that will require the ling form birth certificate. So who will provide Obama’s long form birth certificate?

A plan in Arizona to require presidential candidates to prove their eligibility to occupy the Oval Office is approaching critical mass, even though it has just been introduced.

The proposal from state Rep. Judy Burges, who carried a similar plan that fell short last year only because of political maneuvering, was introduced yesterday with 16 members of the state Senate as co-sponsors.

It needs only 16 votes in the Senate to pass.

Obviously this law will apply to all, but it is most likely targeted at President Barack Hussein Obama and his lack of producing a long form birth certificate. The issue has long dogged the president and has picked up much momentum lately as it appears that no “long form” birth certificate even exists.

Abercrombie Admits There Are No Obama Birth Records In Hawaii

“I think every American should consider it of prime importance to ensure that all candidates for the highest elected position in our nation meet all constitutional requirements,” she told WND. “We do not accept the federal government’s unconstitutional treatment of states as one of their extended branches.”

The Arizona bill also requires attachments, “which shall be sworn to under penalty of perjury,” including “an original long form birth certificate that includes the date and place of birth, the names of the hospital and the attending physician and signatures of the witnesses in attendance.”

The Barack Obama Hawaii Birth Certificate Saga Continues … Release, Not Release, and Why Not?

The saga continues as to the Barack Hussein Obama Hawaiian birth certificate …

Lately it would appear that those on the LEFT are acting more like “bithers” than actual birthers. It has been the LEFT and the MSM that has been pushing the Obama birth certificate authenticity story almost more than those that began question BO’s place of birth. Recently, even MSNBC’s Chris Matthews jumped on the “birther” band wagon and questioned why President Obama would not just release the document and put all the nonsense to an end.

 Chris Matthews Asks the simple question … why doesn’t the President just release the document?

Newly elected Democrat Governor Abercrombie stated he was going to get to the bottom of the long form birth certificate and release it. However, privacy laws that shield birth certificates has prompted Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie to abandon efforts to dispel claims that President Barack Obama was born outside Hawaii.

“There is nothing more that Gov. Abercrombie can do within the law to produce a document,” said Dela Cruz. “Unfortunately, there are conspirators who will continue to question the citizenship of our president.”

Abercrombie, who was a friend of Obama’s parents and knew him as a child, launched an investigation last month into whether he can release more information about the president’s Aug. 4, 1961 birth. The governor said at the time he was bothered by people who questioned Obama’s birthplace for political reasons.

But Abercrombie’s attempt reached a dead end when Louie told him the law restricted his options.

Hawaii’s privacy laws have long barred the release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who doesn’t have a tangible interest.

However, the sudden back track from Gov. Abercrombie leads many, including those on the LEFT, to wonder why. Everyone will remember that Abercrombie promised that once he was elected Governor he would prove Obama’s birth certificate existed because he would march down to the Hall of Records and demand its production from the archives. So why the back track?  This is rather unbelievable as two things would have had to take place prior to Abercrombie’s promise, one, he would have to have had Obama’s approval and two, he would have known the privacy laws of the state he was about to become governor of.

I, like Republican House majority leader Eric Cantor believe that Barack Obama is a US citizen, I happen to believe there is another reason why Obama has spent so much money and gone to such vast lengths to suppress the document. I always believed that there was other embarrassing or thought otbe damaging information on the certificate like race of Obama being “caucasian”.
