The Reason Why No One Trusts The MSM Anymore … This Week & Meet the Press Discussing Van Jones Resignation and Attack Bloggers with Internet Disinformation

The following is exhibit 1 why the liberal MSM loses viewers and readership every day … BLOGS 1 , MSM 0.

The MSM is afraid, very afraid of the new media. When one feels the need to try and trash another because of the fantastic work they have done to expose the Left, you know that you have done your job and are considered a treat to their power and control. Welcome to the age of … The Internet Investigative Journalist!

So sorry MSM that we do not rely on you for our news with your liberal agenda as to what story you will or will not cover. You all have egg on your face today as the blogs

This weekend we were presented with two old guard Lame Steam media TV shows, “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” and “Meet the Press both discussing the resignation of Obama’s Green Commie czar Van Jones. Both were prefect examples of why no one trusts the media anymore to get answers.

Welcome to the new age where the Internet Blogger is the new investigative journalist.

Obama Press Secretary Robert Gibbs was on “This Week with George Stephanopoulos.”  So much for answering the questions and so much for Stephanopoulos pressing the questions of the Van Jones resignation.

The question to Gibbs was does the President believe as Van Jones states in his resignation that he was the victim of a vicious smear campaign or does he believe that Jones’ actions and words merited resignation. Gibbs response, “well what Van Jones decided that the agenda of this President was bigger than any one individual.” Hmm … was that the question?  Although, Gibbs also said that Obama does not endorse Jones’ previous controversial comments, but he thanked him for his service.

In as much as “This Week” interview with Gibbs was lame and a softball, NBC’s “Meet the Press” was a disgusting display of journalistic jealousy, hypocrisy and bias.

If the Internet is an open sewer of untreated, unfiltered information, what is the MSM?

Every one is a target in this information age? Huh? You can be a target really fast. Wha? Not if you are a Lefty, Commie and the MSM decides to never cover a story like the Van Jones one. Full transcript HERE.

Let me understand this, the blogs are being chastised for properly vetting a commie truther from the White House? Something that Obama should have done in the first place and the MSM second. Welcome to liberal media bias, they are made because the blogosphere was right! Kudos, Gateway Pundit.

When every one has a cell phone, everyone is a photographer
When everyone has access to YouTube everyone is a film maker
When everyone is a blogger, every one is a newspaper.
Tell your kids be careful … Every move they make is now a digital foot print. You are on Candid Camera.

Welcome to the new world. Dude, it’s called accountability. It is not a matter of not saying anything controversial. Its not a matter of not saying anything controversial. What it is .. if you do decide to say some thing or make a stand, you better be able to support your decision to the fullest. Not sign a 9–11 Truther statement and then claim that you did not read what you signed. It’s called if you decide to call people a$$holes for comic relief, then you lose the right to be a part of an administration that claimed it would surround itself with moderates, not communist loons.

The Internet is an open sewer of untreated, unfiltered information. It would appear that so is the liberal MSM.

Tom Brokaw dare say that you have to vet what’s on the Internet. Really, no kidding Tom. BTW Mr. Brokaw, you also have to vet what is in the MSM and in “Meet the Press”. He claims there is so much disinformation out there and that it is frightening. Are you referring to MSNBC? Or the White House?

While Tom Brokaw is on the topic of vetting information on the Internet, maybe Dick Gregory might have asked where Obama’s White House was in vetting Van Jones? Hmm! How about where was NBC, ABC, CBS, Washington Post, New York Times, Boston Globe … every MSM outlet in questioning Van Jones’ past. Not until Van Jones resigned did they cover the story. CNN wants us to believe that Obama did not order Van Jones to resign. It was his own decision, please! Van Jones was not ordered, he was politely asked to step under the bus.

THEY WERE NO WHERE!!!

It took the hard work and the perseverance of a Blogger like the Gateway Pundit  and others to find the truth. It took the work of those who cared to find the truth. I have said for years that journalism is dead and the only true investigative journalists are on the web.

If we had to wait for the MSM to cover this story and vet Van Jones, this guy would still be the Green czar and no one would have known of his past. One that, even Van Jones felt was too much of a distraction to Obama.
