Iran’s Guardian Council Admits Voter Fraud (Irregularities) in Presidential Election Over 100% voted in 50 cities) … While Protesters are Beaten & Killed in the Streets

Say it Isn’t so … Over 100% voted in 50 cities … no voter fraud here.

Of course the brutal Iranian regime gives a knew meaning the the term “hanging chads”.

Who knew that the Iranian Presidential elections were actually illegitimate and a fraud? Go figure. Where there is voter smoke fraud there is fire so the following comments by the Guardian Council spokesman hold little water, “the vote tally affected by such issues could be over 3 million and would not noticeably affect the outcome of the election”.

Iran’s Guardian Council has suggested that the number of votes collected in 50 cities surpass the number of people eligible to cast ballot in those areas.

The council’s Spokesman Abbas-Ali Kadkhodaei, who was speaking on the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) Channel 2 on Sunday, made the remarks in response to complaints filed by Mohsen Rezaei — a defeated candidate in the June 12 Presidential election.

“Statistics provided by the candidates, who claim more than 100% of those eligible have cast their ballot in 80-170 cities are not accurate — the incident has happened in only 50 cities,” Kadkhodaei said.

From The Astute Blogger … YES, VIRGINIA, THERE REALLY WAS MASSIVE FRAUD IN THE IRANIAN ELECTION

So wait, Iran admits voter fraud and yet the Iranian people marching in the street over said voter fraud are being beaten and killed. Would not this admission from the Guardian Council make the protesters right? As Hot Air states, “no rigging here” and all should be reminded that this admission comes from Iran’s own state run media.

Who knew that Boss Tweed was alive and well in Iran?

Um, as reported at CNN … Iran’s election authority has rejected claims of voting irregularities by a defeated presidential candidate, while acknowledging that the number of ballots cast in dozens of cities exceeded the number of eligible voters there, state-run TV reported Monday.
