29 year old Kimberly Dawn Lowery and 27 year old Nathan Todd Vallini of Nebo, North Carolina have been arrested after the four children living with them tested positive for methamphetamine. The couple were charged with four counts of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. The four children living with the suspects ranged in ages from 4 to 12. As if its not bad enough these two losers are screwing up their own lives with meth, but they are ruining the lives of young children? Lowery and Vallini are scheduled to appear in court in McDowell County on April 25. Throw the book at them and take these kids away from them while the children still have a chance!

Two people have been arrested after children living with them tested positive for methamphetamine.

Kimberly Dawn Lowery, 29, and Nathan Todd Vallini, 27, both of Nebo, are each charged with four counts of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

McDowell County deputies told WHNS that four children living with the suspects — ranging in ages from 4 to 12 — tested positive for methamphetamine.
