UPDATE III: Great grandmother, who authorities say has temporary custody of the little girl.

Altiere says the search is still on for the child who was last seen at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the State Route 45 home of her great grandmother, who authorities say has temporary custody of the little girl.

The Sheriff says he is talking with the great grandparents inside the church and that they have been very cooperative.

Altiere says that Rainn’s Mother, Brandi Bennett was out with a friend at the time of the disappearance.

That differs with what Bennett, told 21 News  Friday night when she said she was at work and her grandmother was watching her three children. The great grandmother was upstairs doing the dishes. She called for the children to come up for dinner but, Rainn was nowhere to be found.

Bennett says her two sons, ages 3 and 4, said that Rainn had gone upstairs but, the grandmother never saw her.

“We can’t find her anywhere. We looked everywhere, in the house, outside and I just hope that if anyone finds her they please call us as soon as possible because she is two years-old and she’s little and she’s out there all alone,” said Bennett.

More than half a dozen cruisers from the Sheriff’s Department were at the great grandparents home for most of the morning.  Some of the cruisers left the house shortly after 9:30 a.m.
