Susan Sandusky Martin Missing Since 11/20/14 in Lawrence County, TN (Update: Found Deceased)

Susan Sandusky Martin has been missing since Thursday, November 20, 2014 in Lawrence County, Tennessee. Her family reported  Susan Sandusky Martin missing after they had no contact with her and she failed to pick up her child from school on Thursday afternoon. Police said she may have been going to Walmart in Lawrenceburg or Pulaski, TN.

Martin is described as a white female who is 6’ 0?, 230 lbs, with blue eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing black, capri-style exercise pants, purple tennis shoes, and light hooded purple pullover. She may be driving a red 1996 Chevrolet Monte Carlo with the Tenn. license plate number A9448B with factory wheels and no tint on the windows.

The Sheriff’s Department said Martin left the Leoma, TN area with a possible destination of Wal-Mart in Lawrenceburg or Pulaski, Tenn.

UPDATE I: Missing Lawrence County, Tenn. woman found dead, no foul play suspected.

A woman reported missing Thursday after she failed to pick up her child from school was later found deceased inside her car. No foul play was immediately suspected.

Family members of Susan Sandusky Martin told NewsChannel 5 her body was discovered early Saturday morning inside her car in the Leoma community.

Her cause of death was not immediately known, but according to her family, Martin suffered an apparent medical incident while driving, and drove through a stop sign on Pattershack Road.

The car continued where it ultimately came to rest in a small, wooded area.
