HIS MOUTH FINALLY GOT HIM ARRESTED …

Alec Baldwin was arrested for disorderly conduct in NYC after being stopped by police for riding his bicycle the wrong direction down Fifth Avenue, at 16th Street, around 10:15 a.m. Tuesday. Baldwin reportedly became belligerent with the police, surprise, surprise.  When Baldwin could not hand over a photo ID, they handcuffed him, loaded him into the back of a patrol car, took him to the 13th Precinct station in Gramercy Park, and seized the bicycle. Which is rather ironic that he could not, or would not produce a photo ID because isn’t it Baldwin who asks us in those credit card commercials, “What’s in your wallet?”

Baldwin was issued two summonses, one for riding a bike the wrong way and one for disorderly conduct. He was later released.

ALEC BALDWIN JUST WANTS TO RIDE HIS BICYCLE …

Actor Alec Baldwin was arrested in Manhattan for disorderly conduct after he got into a verbal confrontation with police officers who stopped him for riding his bike the wrong way down a street, a law-enforcement official said

Mr. Baldwin was allegedly riding his bicycle north on Fifth Avenue in the center of the street between 15th and 16th streets, the official said.

Officers approached Mr. Baldwin told him he “was riding his bicycle the wrong way,” an NYPD spokeswoman said.
Mr. Baldwin was not able to produce identification and “then he got belligerent and started to argue with the officers,” the spokeswoman said.

He was placed in handcuffs. Mr. Baldwin was taken to a local police precinct and was later released, the official said.

Maybe some one might want to tell Baldwin that mouthing off to the police is a no-no. But of course he managed to go off the handle and with a tirade of expletives … he got cuffed. Baldwin also used the patented elitist line, “don’t you know who I am” line.

“He became belligerent, yelling and screaming at the officers, ‘I don’t have ID. Just give me the f—–g summonses,’” one police source said.

Rene Cardona, 44, of the Bronx, backed up the cops’ account.

“They confiscated the bike from him,” he said. “He got loud.”

With Baldwin dropping F-bombs, the cops marched him to a police car, a moment captured by a lensman from InTouch Magazine.

“How old are these officers?” Baldwin groused. “They don’t even know who I am.”

The Twitter universe has fun at the expense of Alec Baldwin and his arrest at Twitchy.

UPDATE I: Alec Baldwin takes to Twitter after Incident and pokes the Bear.

Following his arrest Alec Baldwin took to Twitter and said, “New York City is a mismanaged carnival of stupidity that is desperate for revenue and anxious to criminalize behavior once thought benign.”
