Thanks Again US Supreme Court

Posted in: Bizarre,Judicial

Looks like these two teen killers will be spared the death penalty thanks to the SCOTUS changing the death penalty laws for minors. One of teenage boys who was accused in “the beating and stabbing death of a 13-year-old learning disabled youth pleaded guilty to second-degree murder Thursday and was sentenced to 14 years in prison.”

So the teen killers were spared death due to the reversal by the Supreme Court. That’s more than I can say for Craig Sorger, the 13-year-old learning teen who was senselessly murdered.
