16 Year Old Monica Helberg Missing Since 1/8/14 in Royal City, WA … Thought to be with 22 Year Old Miles “Logan” Moncada (Update: From Amber Alert to Endangered Missing Person, Now Considered Runaway)

16 year old Monica Helberg has been missing since Wednesday night, January 8, 2014 in her home town of Royal City,Washington. She is believed to be with 22 year old Miles “Logan” Moncada.  Police have canceled an AMBER Alert and issued an ‘endangered missing person advisory’ for a Royal City teen.

16-year-old Monica L. Helberg is described as white female, 5-foot-7, 140 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes

Authorities are looking for 22-year-old Miles L. Moncada, 6-foot-1, 165 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.

They may be traveling in a yellow 2010 Ford Focus 4-door with California plates: 7AME520, possibly en route California.

According to police, Helberg is believed to have been in Albuquerque, NM on Saturday night. Investigators say Albuquerque police also found evidence that she or the man she’s thought to be with may have tried to change how they look.

Albuquerque police are trying to help find a missing teen girl from Washington thought to be with an older man. It’s suspected she’s in danger and was spotted in the metro area.

Monica Helberg, 16, has been missing for four days and investigators from Washington state believe she was in Albuquerque on Saturday night. Investigators say Albuquerque police also found evidence that she or the man she’s thought to be with may have tried to change how they look.

“We don’t know where she is, we haven’t heard from her, not a call, not a text, not anything,” said Lisa Helberg, Monica Helberg’s mother.

According to sheriff’s deputies in Grant County, Wash., Monica hasn’t been seen since last Wednesday night when she was in her home city of Royal City, Wash.

“She was discovered missing the next morning,” said Kyle Foreman, public information officer for the Grant

UPDATE I: Sheriff’s Office: Royal City Missing Teen is now Considered Runaway.

The Grant County Sheriff’s Office confirms a 16-year-old Royal City girl is now considered a runaway.

It’s been five days since Monica Helberg’s parents reported her disappearance.

“There’s no words to describe we’re just broke down and tired we love our daughter we miss her we really want her home,” said her father, Jon Helberg.

Monica has been listed as missing and endanegred since Saturday.
