Soon to be New York ex-Governor Elitot Spitzer was not a complete heel in his reported $80,000 spending spree in prostitution. According to one of his former servicers, Eliot Spitzer “didn’t do anything that wasn’t clean and was a good tipper.” Well there ya go … how would one like that to be their political epitaph, “he was a good tipper”.

A 22-year-old escort found on another call-girl Web site claimed to ABC News in a phone interview that Gov. Eliot Spitzer had been one of her customers two years ago when he was New York attorney general and that he was a nice guy who tipped well.

“He didn’t do anything that wasn’t clean,” she said, adding that she knew who he was because he had made calls from the attorney general’s office in Brooklyn, N.Y. (ABC News)

NEW YORK (CBS) Eliot Spitzer is going to resign his post as governor. Sources tell CBS 2 HD he’s using the resignation as a bargaining chip with the feds. But after negotiating all day there was still no deal Tuesday night.

Spitzer doesn’t have the luxury of playing deal or no deal. Experts agree that his involvement in a prostitution ring makes him damaged goods.

“I think his career is politically at an end,” noted criminal defense attorney Ronald Fischetti told CBS 2 HD.
