Post George Zimmerman Murder Trial … Rachel Jeantel Says She Thinks Trayvon Martin Threw The First Punch, HUH, Wouldn’t that be Self-Defense?
Didn’t Rachel Jeantel just make the justification for self-defense?
In an interview with the HUFFPO, Rachel Jeantel said that she believed that Trayvon Martin hit first. Wait a minutes, hold the phone, she said what? So Trayvon, the media contrived innocent choir boy threw the first punch according to Rachel Jeantel? Go figure. So doesn’t that make this self defense at that point and would have taken murder off the table from the outset? What is more confounding about this is that wouldn’t the prosecution have known this when interviewing the witness? If they knew that their star witness thought that Trayvon Martin threw the first punch, how did they charge George Zimmerman with second degree murder?
Watch the VIDEO at the HUFFPO, is it any wonder how the prosecution’s case went down in flames when this was their star witness that was going to make their case against Zimmerman. UNREAL.
Trayvon Martin’s friend and George Zimmerman trial witness, Rachel Jeantel recently sat down with HuffPost Live’s Marc Lamont Hill during a candid interview to discuss her perception on the confrontation between the former neighborhood watchman and the late 17-year-old.
One of the key points of contention between the prosecution and defense during the trial of Zimmerman, who was acquitted of second-degree murder after killing the unarmed teen, was the question of who initiated the physical confrontation between the two.
Jeantel expounded on her thoughts on what occurred when Zimmerman and Martin met face to face. “I believe Trayvon hit first,” she said. She went on to describe how she believed that Trayvon throwing the first punch was likely caused by Zimmerman attempting to grab and detain Martin.

Little shoulder bump and Bam i get to kill you.
We cannot let the stand your ground law’s\self-defense laws get perverted like this.
We don’t want to be like Somalia, do we?
The prosecution very well knew this information. This was a politically motivated trial to satisfy the race mongers and make an issue to satisfy Al Sharpton and his crowd. This was straight from the DOJ via Erick Holder and the CRS crew.
Some people need to be disbarred and sent to jail over this trial. The expense to the county and state should be retrieved from those that participated.
Second place to start is the Governor and State AG Pam Bondi.

Only after the ‘creep’, who had been following him in the dark, grabbed him, per Jeantel; so no.

You mean “profiled as a ‘creepy-ass cracker’ gay rapist”, right?
I don’t know the laws, but hopefully he can use this to sue everyone.

They were speculating as to the followers motives, but had no idea. In any case, according to Jeantel’s testimony, the follower grabbed Zimmerman, who may have been defending himself. It was over in seconds.

SM: You mean like how Zimmerman was speculating?
If you think for one minute that Trayvon and Rachel Jeantel are innocent of no crime, then why was he wearing headphones with a mouth mike and just maybe she was listening to a police scanner?
they made a good Team..
SM: You mean like how Zimmerman was speculating?
Sure. The difference is that Martin was a juvenile minding his own business, while Zimmerman was an adult who was following Martin with a gun. Didn’t turn out well.
Everyone needs to watch the YouTube production of ”The Death of Trayvon Martin”. It is meticulously researched, based on the times of the 9/11 call between Zimmerman and the operator, even the headlights on vehicles on the clubhouse cameras are shown. NOTE as you watch that the operator asks Zimmerman specifically ”Are you following him?” after Zimmerman says ”He’s running!!” and Zimmerman replies ”Yes”. The operator then says firmly ”We don’t need you to do that”. Listen to the clicking in the background. I believe it is Zimmerman loading his 9 mm gun. The video is slow moving and carefully details everything that happened in the minutes before, during and after Trayvon is murdered. The final portion is chilling because it shows just how close Trayvon was to home and safety, where he is hiding from Zimmerman and how Zimmerman stalked him in such a creepy way. This is the time when he is speaking to Rachel Jeantel and he tells her he lost him then a couple of minutes later he says ”he’s right behind me.”and Rachel says ”Run!!!”
