Check out all of the pictures at TMZ that they are claiming to have been verified and 100% authentic. Slim-Fast and Methadone. What are the odds that Howard K. Stern would be in two rooms where two people died, one of a mixture drug overdose and the other still to be determined?

The methadone is compelling, as Smith’s son Daniel died from a combination of drugs that included methadone. Law enforcement sources in the Bahamas tell TMZ that at least one witness has come forward and said Howard K. Stern supplied Daniel with methadone just before he died, and flushed the remaining stash down the toilet. That witness is expected to testify next month at the coroner’s inquest into Daniel’s death. During the initial autopsy the other day the coroner stated that there were no visible pills found in Anna Nicole Smith’s stomach. Could that have been because the methodone ingested was a liquid and not a pill? As the methodone seen below.

UPDATE II: Methadone Overdoses, Deaths on Rise in U.S.

Drug experts are stunned over the increase in methadone overdoses and deaths because the drug, which does not provide a quick or potent high, lacks the qualities typical of a substance that would be abused. (Join Together)

What is the most important information I should know about methadone?

• Never use more methadone than your doctor has prescribed.
• Do not stop using this medication suddenly without first talking to your doctor.
• Do not drink alcohol while you are taking methadone. It can increase your risk of a fatal overdose.
• Avoid using drugs that make you sleepy (such as cold medicine, pain medication, muscle relaxants, and medicine for seizures, depression or anxiety). Methadone may increase the effects of these other drugs and could also result in a fatal overdose.
