BREAKING NEWS: Whitney Houston, dead at age 48 – R.I.P.

Troubled singer, Whitney Houston died this afternoon according to her rep. No word on the cause of death yet. May she rest in peace.

Update I: According to TMZ’s sources, Whitney died at the Beverly Hills Hotel. No cause of death has been released yet.

Reported by TMZ paramedics were called, they performed CPR then declared Whitney dead at 3:55pm. There were no signs of foul play.

Update II: No illegal drugs or alcohol were found in the room. Prescription drugs were found. Whitney was initially found unresponsive in the bathtub but was removed before paramedics arrived. An autopsy will determine if she cause of death was drowning or something else.
