Destiny Norton Disappearance; Police Release Sketh of Person of Interest

Posted in: Main

The FBI and Utah police have released a sketch of a picture of a person of interest in the disappearance of Destiny Norton. This person of interest is wanted by police for questioning.

Destiny Norton Sketch

The composite was created with the help of a witness who says he saw a girl matching the description of Destiny Norton with the man in the sketch around 8 p.m. Sunday night. The witness works as an attendant at a Smiths gas station in Farmington.

Police issued an Amber Alert late Sunday night based on information provided by the eye witness.

Initially police sought a green truck but canceled the Amber Alert after that truck was found, say investigators. The girl was not in the truck and investigation continued.

Now police say they are now seeking a Black Dodge pickup truck with the words “Sport 4×4” on the back.

The Smiths grocery store where the sighting took place provided investigators with surveillance video of the vehicles but authorities say they are unable to see the license plate number of the truck in question.

Police tell us the attendant says he saw the girl and the driver through the windows of the truck.
