New Jersey Says No to Obamacare, 51% in Garden State Want to Repeal Health Care Bill

Posted in: 2010 Elections,Barack Obama,Healthcare,Obamacare,Obamanation,Polls

Is New Jersey becoming a RED state? It appears they are these days as first the Garden State voters elected Republican Chris Christie in a shocker over incumbent Democrat Jon Corzine … now a majority of voters in News Jersey want to repeal Obamacare.

51% of New Jersey voters want to repeal the back room, corrupt, Obamacare deal. Although nationwide, 58% of voters want to repeal Obamacare, a 51% to 45% repeal Obamacare is rather lofty numbers considering Barack Obama won NJ in 2008 easily by a  57% to 42% margin.

My how the mighty Obama has fallen, even in true blue states like New Jersey.

Fifty-one percent (51%) of voters in New Jersey, a state Barack Obama carried handily in 2008, now favor repeal of the recently-passed national health care bill. That includes 41% who strongly favor repeal.

A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of voters in the Garden State finds that 45% oppose repeal of the health care plan, with 38% who strongly oppose it.

With this kind of opposition to Obama and Democrat policies in sure bet states like New Jersey, what fate is in store for Democrats across the United States this coming midterm election.

See you in November …
