Appeal Cases to be Heard today in Aruba

According to sources in Aruba …
“The appeal on behalf of Joran will appear on July 12th 9.30 before the Joint Court of Appeals. It’s not a given that the decision will be made immediately.
A completely new judge will be sworn in and sent immediately to Aruba to deal with the case. Our source worries that this may create criticism that Aruba is using an inexperienced judge. Never mind that when experienced judges are used, it’s implied that buddy politics is at work.
