Breaking: Fox News is Reporting that Physical Evidence Found

Fox report that the Aruban authorities said that there was physical evidence. This was said as part of a short update about the prosecutor saying they could prosecute without a body. Mostly like these are reassurances that the case is not stalled and that they are not covering up anything, rather than an announcement of new info.

If this is true, then probably all three will continue to be held for another 60 days starting Tues, July 5th. If this is true, there may be enough evidence for a trial date to be set. If not true, all three may be out on Tuesday, July 5th. (Thanks to contributors from the board.)

Aruban Police Superintendent Jan van der Straten: You always have to be hopeful, but I don’t believe anymore that we will find Natalee alive.

Rep: Why not?

Aruban Police Superintendent Jan van der Straten: Because I know the details of the investigation and you don’t !

Netherlands uses F16′s in search for Natalee Holloway

THE HAGUE – The Netherlands sends tree F16′s to Aruba to assist in the search for the missing American girl Natalee Holloway. The planes leave this weekend. From Monday they will use special camera’s to search the Island and the ocean around it. The F16′s can search at night with infrared camera’s.
Justice minister Donner and Kingdom relations minister Pechtold and defense undersecretary Van der Knaap decided that this Friday.
The offer is talked over with Aruban justice minister Croes who asked for dutch help earlier this week.

According to our reader and Netherlands correspondent Gerben, The Dutch JD have used Royal Netherlands Air Force F16 before in searches, mainly for graves, but not on this scale and not on Aruba.
