Sanford, waging a bid for political redemption three years after his fall from grace, went into the final day of the special election with a head of steam. Polls showed the former governor closing the gap with Colbert Busch, a Clemson University administrator and the sister of comedian Stephen Colbert, who just a couple of weeks ago looked poised for a major upset.
Mark Sanford’s Victory Speach
UPDATE I: Talk about your hypocrisy. Jammie Wearing Fool has an update from the unhinged LEFT after the spanking that Elizabeth Colbert Busch took last night in the special election run off against former SC Gov. Mark Sanford. The headline, Former Bill Clinton Adviser: ‘Sanford Wins. Women Lose’. That was the tweet from former Bill Clinton advisor Donna Brazile. I am guessing that the whole Clinton sex scandal(s) have been forgot by Brazile. Didn’t the LEFT say back during the days of Slick Willy that his personal life was between he and his family? Sorry, my bad, that only pertains to Democrats. Of course Juanita Broaddrick was unavailable for comment.
