Just when you thought some crime cases were over, they are back again. Dominic Casey, the private investigator hired by Casey Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, claims that that tot-mom’s attorney admitted Casey killed her two year old daughter Caylee Anthony. The PI also went on to say that Casey Anthony paid her lawyer with sex. All of this has come out from court documents that went public last month in Casey Anthony’s bankruptcy case. Casey Anthony was found “not guilty as sinin 2011 of murdering her 2 year old child Caylee by a jury of fools when the entire thinking world knew she was guilty.

More than five years after a jury in Florida cleared Casey Anthony in the murder of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee, a private investigator claimed the mom’s attorney admitted she killed the girl and hid her body.

Dominic Casey made the claim in court documents that went public last month in Casey Anthony’s bankruptcy case. He also suggested that the mom paid her lawyer with sex.

The investigator claimed attorney Jose Baez hired him days after police arrested the mom in July 2008. He said, “Baez had told me that Casey had murdered Caylee and dumped the body somewhere and, he needed all the help he could get to find the body before anyone else did.”

Meter reader Roy Kronk found the girl’s body in the woods near her grandparents’ home that December. Dominic Casey also said that before the remains were discovered, Casey Anthony allowed her legal team to try framing Kronk, “to portray him as a murderer and or kidnapper of Caylee Anthony.”

The investigator said he quit the legal team in October 2008.

UPDATE I: Casey Anthony attorney Jose Baez fires back at former private investigator.

Casey Anthony’s lawyer, Jose Baez, is firing back at court documents containing testimony from former private investigator Dominic Casey.

In a cease and desist letter to WFLA News Channel 8, Baez Law Firm said, “As you are aware, this information comes from an attention seeking, delusional individual, with a history of making false and outrageous claims, not only to court officials, but to the media.”

U.S. Defense Department Still Using 8-Inch Floppy Disks to Coordinate Nuclear Force Operations

US DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE BACK TO THE FUTURE WITH FLOPPY DISKS … “WOULD YOU LIKE TO PLAY A GAME”

As reported at CNBC, the United States Department of Defense is still using 8 inch floppy disks in 2016. Are you kidding me, I had no idea they were even still available. According to the report, the 8-inch floppy disks are used in a computer system that coordinates the operational functions of the nation’s nuclear forces. UNREAL. So lets get this straight, we are spending tax payer dollars on the US military and national defense for military trans-gender sensitivity training and creating a “green Navy fleet,” but they can’t see to upgrade the IT systems that handle and coordinate nuclear force operations?

Maybe they use the ’80s flick “War Games” as a training film, too.

The U.S. Defense Department is still using — after several decades — 8-inch floppy disks in a computer system that coordinates the operational functions of the nation’s nuclear forces, a jaw-dropping new report reveals.

The Defense Department’s 1970s-era IBM Series/1 Computer and long-outdated floppy disks handle functions related to intercontinental ballistic missiles, nuclear bombers and tanker support aircraft, according to the new Government Accountability Office report.

Floppy disk

The department’s outdated “Strategic Automated Command and Control System” is one of the 10 oldest information technology investments or systems detailed in the sobering GAO report, which calls for a number of federal agencies “to address aging legacy systems.”

The report shows that creaky IT systems are being used to handle important functions related to the nation’s taxpayers, federal prisoners and military veterans, as well as to the U.S. nuclear umbrella.
“Federal legacy IT systems are becoming increasingly obsolete: Many use outdated software languages and hardware parts that are unsupported,” the report found. “Agencies reported using several systems that have components that are, in some cases, at least 50 years old.”

Robot McDonald’s Staff ‘Cheaper’ than Hiring Human Workers at Minimum Wage

I HAVE BEEN SAYING IT FOR QUITE A WHILE WITH THESE $15 MINIMUM WAGE WHINERS, DON’T ASK FOR THINGS, THEY MIGHT JUST COME TRUE

Workers at McDonald’s and other fast food industries have been whining lately that they deserve a $15/hr minimum wage. Now it appears that if that happens, the human workers might get replaced by robots. It would seem that that at McDonald’s, a robot staffer is cheaper than a malcontent human one. I bet the robots can make change as well and have a better attitude. Who would have thought they were cheaper? Hmm, I did. For years I have been saying, the more folks whine about getting a “living wage” of $15 per hour, they more they would be replaced by machine.

A former McDonald’s CEO is warning that robots will take over jobs at the huge enterprise – because it’s cheaper than employing humans.

He said that buying highly skilled robotics is cheaper than employing people at the fast food restaurant.

The worrying forecast comes as he warns huge job losses are imminent, and that it’s ‘common sense’ to replace humans in the workplace.

This comes as a study into the future of human employment has predicted a surge in machine-led work such as robotic counsellors, body part makers and virtual lawyers.

The worrying research, by professor of management practice at London Business School, Lynda Gratton, and futurologist David A. Smith, suggests that humans will be replaced because robots are able to produce better results.

I think the exact words of warning to those complaining about wanting their pay to be doubled for doing a job that required little to no skill level was the following. By the way, minimum was meant to be a starter job, not your destination and to afford a home and children.

A note to the “Fight for 15? crowd … DON’T ASK FOR THINGS THEY MIGHT COME TRUE. If this BS is actually passed, all of you making $7.25 will most likely be fired and more competent people worthy of $15/hr will be taking your place. Or, if it were me I would automate the system and completely eliminate your position. How difficult would it be to replace order takers with kiosks both inside and outside to go? And sliding your credit or debit card into a machine to pay like at a gas station? Actually, I am surprised this has not been completely done already.
