Ten DUI’s over what period? This guy should have been given a long term detention a long time ago.

A disabled or impaired driver is a danger to all other drivers and pedestrians.

This guy must be the town drunk. The courts often are to blame for allowing this to continue. The judge feels sorry for the person because of his or her addiction and will not give a stiff sentence.
