      This is how Obama and his DOJ plan to destroy the civil police forces and let the blacks run wild in the big cities.

      We already have a case where a border patrol agent was beaten by an black because the agent was afraid to use his weapon to subdue the perp.

      There will always be those in the police that exceed their lawful authority, but it is a very few and they can be identified.
