Democrat Delaware Governor Jack Markell inadvertently sent out an “inappropriate” photo of a woman in bondage gear yesterday on his Twitter account. The original tweet, seen below, was promoted the Governor’s announcement of a new education initiative for disadvantaged children. So education in Delaware is now Reading, Writing and Bondage? Hmm, Democrats … How’s that war on woman going? Just curious Mr. Governor, how exactly do you even have this picture in the album, so-to speak? I guess it could have been worse, could have been a nude selfie of Anthony Weiner.

Delaware Gov. Jack Markell’s (D) office said Thursday that an “inappropriate” photo of a woman in bondage gear was accidentally sent out from the governor’s Twitter account due to an unfortunate link mix-up.
The original tweet, which promoted the governor’s announcement of a new education initiative, was accompanied by an image of a blonde woman wearing what appeared to be bondage gear and making a peace sign. The tweet was quickly deleted, but not before WHYY reporter Shirley Min caught a screen grab:
Markell later tweeted an apology to anyone who was offended by the photo, which was “inadvertently” sent out.
UPDATE I: Delaware Gov. Jack Markell (D) apologized for sending out a picture of an unidentified woman in bondage gear from his official Twitter account Thursday.

I’m willing to believe that the bondage picture was included in his Twitter posting by accident, but the question remains, why was that picture on his computer and handy to inadvertantly tweet? I’d say there might be a fine collection of S&M on his computer.
