   Maybe that handshake is a good thing being Cuba has lots of poorly paid doctors looking to improve their lot

   American congeniality could be life defining for some sick Americans.

   From Florida, Cuba is about an 18 to 20 minute air travel trip. I foresee American medical tourism of the Cuban beaches as common occurrence.

   Canadians have been vacationing there for years.
