First, I must express my deepest condolences to this lovely young teachers family. I’m so sad about this! Her poor family must be sick over this not to mention this quiet community… It’s unconscionable that this monster had gotten away with this and walk out of there dragging her body in a recycling bin. Were they the ONLY two in the school building at the time? Did anyone hear anything? He walked into a restroom? come on! Camera’s? Were there any school hallway monitors? When I was a student 35 yrs. ago in a town nearby, our school had hallway monitors (yes, real live people monitoring the hallways) and you didn’t get away with anything..yes, the matron was even in the bathrooms, yes, including even after school hours. Not to mention, the janitors were pretty visible as well. Where were other teachers/students the time? didn’t someone notice something? Hear something? Obviously, no one was watching the umteen 120 camera’s! Was she tutoring him after hours? What the heck! So awful!!!
Time to re-evauluate security @ Danvers High School and in surrounding communities. Such a shame for a beautiful aspiring teacher to have her life taken in such a way… it’s sickening. So sad, it makes one cry even. I have no words!~ God Bless her and may she RIP… I wish I could hug her Mom.

Theory. to act in such rage?? Perhaps he had a crush on her? felt no one should have her? He targeted her…or he desired her and she rejected him and he went berserk… or she caught him doing something he should not of, drugs?… or was going to turn him in… omg, it’s so evil. So evil. It just doesn’t make any sense as to why he’d do this unless psychotic. Seemed more calculated from the sounds of it… evil and so sick…

My prayers to her family, to her friends, the students and her associates ~ and especially her Mother and Father ~ this is heartbreaking.

Maybe teachers now need to get a class A license to carry pepper spray, consider having self defense course…it’s truly disturbing still that no one heard a thing. I find that most hard to believe that no one heard/saw anything. Devastating for her family. our prayers are with them tonight.. this has shaken up a very beautiful community.

The people in Mass. need to wake up as they do in many states. Our politically correct society has lost its way. This young woman could have protected herself if she had a concealed carry permit and the training it takes to get it.

This guy may have used a knife or it could be a small caliber pistol that would not make a big sound.

Think a 13 or 14 year old can’t do harm to others. This and many other cases around the country prove otherwise. He is between 5’10″ and six feet in an adult body with the brain power of a 10 year old. He is an athlete that makes him stronger and quicker than most his age.

I suspect that the motive could be he was failing her class and possibly loosing his opportunity to play football or basketball. Or, it could be a sexual motive.

Prayers to the family and community.

Grandfather in Texas, I wholeheartedly agree w/you and teachers perhaps aught not only get a class A license to carry a concealed weapon, I feel every teacher, girl and boy here in Massachusetts needs to consider taking a self defense class and perhaps, it could be in addition to physical education class for kids. Educating oneself, having proper training for concealed weapon… yes, yes, yes! You have to wait 9 months to get your permit… if approved after writing an essay as to why you should carry…
This monster tird used a box cutter he apparently got from an art class and I say this in deepest respect and will repeat what the news said… “he slit her throat”, how he could place her in a recycle bin and drag her lifeless body out of the building from the bathroom where the crime was committed in the High School at 3:30 in the afternoon with NO one around, hearing any commotion is so confusing and very disturbing…. Where the heck was anybody? and I am all for license to carry. On the local news a young girl having been interviewed shared that apparently he was asked by this teacher to stay after school, for who knows what? No word, if he was her student or not and for such a horrific crime, I feel it could of been both of your suggestions for what motive may of been. Unconscionable and very disturbing, for sure and sadly, this community will never be the same after this and I join you and many others in prayer for her family, friends and this quiet community… shame, a damn shame. She was pretty amazing from what her friends being interviewed on the news is saying about her and what a dear loss to her students and her beloved family who will never be the same. And Texas Grandfather, we need some Texas whoopass up here in Massachusetts with the PC liberal mentality up here… I’ve family in Texas and often have thought very similar lines as you… enough of the PC B.S. oh, could we talk. You know how bad it is up here? If my son left his current $14,000.00 a year job, he’d get $10,000.00 more a year AND health benefits to boot. (he’s waiting for his review to see how much salary he’ll make a year)… yes, you heard me right, he’d get more money on welfare and unemployment and have health benefits up here in dear Massachusetts… I ask you, what incentive is it for our young adults who WANT to work and make an income? for what! It’s pretty pathetic state of affairs up here. Our country is imploding.

this beautiful young lady, a beautiful teacher will not be forgotten and prayers are being lifted for her family, friends and community… God Bless them as they grieve and so sad, that this young man took her life as he was infatuated w/her and she did not appreciate/like his advances… devastating. God be with her family.. you’re in our thoughts and prayers and our deepest condolences for your immense loss ~ many are speechless and feel so sad and sorry for something no parent should ever endure… bless.
