RSSOnly in America … Illegal Immigrants Allowed to Practice Law in California
This might be the greatest irony of all times …
Illegal immigrants who have broke the laws of the United States by entering the country illegally are now allowed to practice law in California. Thanks to a bill signed by California Governor Jerry Brown, individuals who have broke the law and should not even legally be allowed to be in the United States are now allowed to practice the very laws in said country. You just can’t make this stuff up.
Illegal immigrants can be licensed to practice law in California under one of eight bills expanding immigrant rights that were signed by Governor Jerry Brown on Saturday.
The California Supreme Court, which finalizes requests of applicants to be licensed as a lawyer in California, is now authorized to approve qualified applicants regardless of their immigration status.
Other new laws prohibit law enforcement officials from detaining immigrants based on federal government instructions except in cases of serious crimes or convictions, and make it illegal for employers to retaliate against workers on the basis of their citizenship.
“While Washington waffles on immigration, California’s forging ahead,” Brown said in a statement. “I’m not waiting.”

I was told by a Mexican in 1973 that they intended in taking back California, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas by crossing the border illegally until their numbers were large enough to have a political effect on these states. This is exactly what has happened. The USA has been under invasion in a mostly peaceful way for forty years.
California is the first to give up.
Both political parties are at fault for not closing the border. Instead, they think they can gain votes by giving these invaders amnesty as was done for the so called 11 million in the 1980′s. The truth is that there were already twice that number of illegals in the country.
Once again there is a push for a similar amnesty solution which plays into the invaders agenda. The figure quoted by Senator Rubio and others pushing the new amnesty bill is about one-third of the true number.
No country in the world can survive such an invasion and keep its culture intact.
OBAMA knows this and is aiding in the takeover of the United States. too bad that the Mexicans are too dumb to realize that they are being used as slaves. just as he has done to his own people, Obama will abandon the mexicans after he gets what he wants from them.
California will dissolve into the ocean soon enough and take it’s illegal population with it.
If a convicted felon, who is a US citizen, cannot obtain a law license then this CA law is unconstitutional since It does not provide equal protection.
