More Data Not Provided to “We the People” … Obama Administration Hid Record Food Stamp Numbers Until After 2012 Election

Transparency eh? More from the Obama win reelection at any cost … the Reelection Obama campaign worked the “Mushroom” principle perfectly on “We the People” and they fell for it.

The Artful Dodger … Obama’s “Mushroom” principle worked like a charm in getting him reelected president for a second term. Thanks to a corrupt and in the tank media and an apathetic electorate Obama’s “Mushroom” approached won. For those of you who do not know what the “mushroom” principle is, it is keeping the public in the dark and feeding them bull shit. As reported at Zero Hedge, the Obama Administration hid the record number of food stamp recipients from the public for several days until after the election.

All-Time record - 47.1 million Americans were on food stamps last month

While there had been speculation that the BLS may delay the release of its October nonfarm payroll number until after the election, it turned out there was no reason to worry. Perhaps this is because the number, while at stall speed, was not quite as horrible as some had expected (even if the change in average hourly earnings did tumble to new all time lows) and so boosted Obama’s reelection chances. There was, however, another closely tracked number which perhaps is far more indicative of the economic “growth” in the past 4 years, which certainly had a delayed release. The number of course is that showing how many Americans are on foodstamps, and usually is released at the end of the month, or the first day or two of the next month. This time the USDA delayed its release nine days past the semi-official deadline, far past the election, and until Friday night to report August foodstamp data. One glance at the number reveals why: at 47.1 million, this was not only a new all time record, but the monthly increas e of 420,947 from July was the biggest monthly increase in one year.

The Obama administration stonewalled and misrepresented the facts in the attacks on Benghazi and the murder of four Americans. They played four-corners with the CIA Director Petraeus resignation. Jobs data has been questionable. Let us not forget about Iran trying to shoot down one of our drones, that was only reported until after the election as well.  All this was pushed off until after the election so that the public would not have all the facts prior to a presidential election. Of course with the aid of a willing and complicit media.

For the people who voted Obama back into the White House, facts and data only get in the way.

We can blame the MSM to a certain extent, and they DO deserve a lot of blame in withholding vital information. Hell, we still, don’t know much about the prez other than he’s “black.”

Where was he born? We’re not sure.

What was his role in Benghazi? They’re not saying.

What was his plan for a second term? He didn’t say what that was either, before the re-election.

The people who voted him in just voted for him because of the color of his skin, and that he’s a liberal. It was a no-brainer, right?

the republicans lost because they were blind to the actual demographics of this country.
You will never get woman, minorities or immigrants.
You spent the last 10 years trying to destroy those groups.
Contrary to your views your base voted……Your problem is the rest of the country isn’t your base and never will be.
The majority of this country hate the republican social views.

SM: Actually you are wrong. Granted the GOP has much work to do but they do not need to be moderates. They have run two back to back moderate candidates and have lost. Like it or not we are still a center right country. However, if you do not inspire your base, you cannot win. Obama is the most far left president ever who got nearly all of his base out to vote.

Mark my words, if the guttless establishment Republicans continue to run candidates who cannot inspire the base, they will lose.

My hope is that the GOP has a far better bench than the Democrats. Sadly they were about 4 years away from being able to run a serious campaign. The GOP also needs to understand that you have can’t bring a political knife to a political gun fight.
