Another bogus poll Gives Obama the lead…
With just five days to go before the 2012 Presidential election, the final CBS/NY Times/Quinnipiac poll is out and it has Barack Obama in the lead in Ohio, Florida and Virginia. Pie in the sky sampling gives Obama lead in poll of three swing states.
Mr. Obama now leads Romney 50 percent to 45 percent among likely voters in Ohio – exactly where the race stood on Oct. 22. His lead in Florida, however, has shrunk from nine points in September to just one point in the new survey, which shows Mr. Obama with 48 percent support and Romney with 47 percent. The president’s lead in Virginia has shrunk from five points in early October to two points in the new survey, which shows him with a 49 percent to 47 percent advantage.
However, not so fast. The small Obama lead was a result of questionable over-sampling of Democrats. As stated by Hot Air, at least the poll is consistent in their over-sampling. The CBS/NY Times/Quinnipiac polls used the following sampling, FL: 37D/30R/29I, OH: 37D/29R/30I, VA: 35D/27R/35I. The +7D in Florida, +8D in Ohio and +8D in Virginia os greater than the 2008 one in a life time wave election of Obama in 2008. No one thinks that Obama will find lighting in a bottle and recreate 2008. So why does this poll them skew the sample as if Obama will?
In each of these three states, the CBS/NYT/Q-poll shows Republicans at a lower percentage level of turnout than in the 2008 election. If one makes that assumption, it’s not too difficult to be guess that Obama might be ahead. However, that’s exactly the opposite of what all other polls rating enthusiasm are telling us what the electorate will look like on Tuesday. In fact, it’s not even what this poll shows, with Republican enthusiasm +16 over Democrats in Florida, +14 in Ohio, and +7 in Virginia.
The PJ Tatler has more on the under-sampling of Republicans in polls in order to give the appearance of Obama in the lead.
I have to ask, what do these polling outfits think they are accomplishing? No one in the future will deem them credible, so why skew a poll? If one needs to over-sample Democrats in order to show he has a lead, what good is this? No one but no one believes that the turnout will be like 2008 for Obama in 2012. If anything, Romney and the GOP have the enthusiasm on their side.
The end result is that there are going to be many polling folks with egg on their face and a lot of explaining to do on November 7th. At some point in the future polls are going to have to be checked for their sincerity prior to being released as a news. All polls are not created equal and the liberal MSM obviously has slanted much of this data to favor their candidate.
UPDATE I: If the Q-poll cannot be trusted for a +8D sampling for an Obama lead, the same has to be said for thinking that the VA Senate race is not skewed as well.
Kaine is now ahead of Allen, 50 to 46 percent, according to a Quinnipiac University poll. The Republican has gained ground since earlier in October, when Kaine was up 51 to 44 percent in the same poll. Among independent voters in the most recent poll, Allen was ahead of Kaine, 56 to 38 percent, according to Quinnipiac. In contrast, the poll earlier this month showed independents supporting Kaine over Allen, 51 to 42 percent.
Newt Gingrich Says There is a Rumor that Two Major Networks Are Holding Emails From White House Canceling Plans to Assist Benghazi Heroes on 9-11
This could be big if it is released before the Presidential election and if true. However, it would surprise no one.
Last night Newt Gingrich told Greta Van Susteren that there is a rumors he heard from a “credible” Senator that two major news networks have emails proving the Barack Obama White House canceled plans to assist US personnel on the ground in Benghazi on 9-11-12.
From The Daily Caller:On Tuesday night’s “On the Record with Greta Van Susteren” on the Fox News Channel, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said that major news networks might have secret emails proving that the White House canceled plans to assist the besieged U.S. consulate in Benghazi.
Gingrich said that the bombshell emails could be revealed within the next two days.
“There is a rumor — I want to be clear, it’s a rumor — that at least two networks have emails from the National Security Adviser’s office telling a counterterrorism group to stand down,” Gingrich said. “But they were a group in real-time trying to mobilize marines and C-130s and the fighter aircraft, and they were told explicitly by the White House stand down and do nothing. This is not a terrorist action. If that is true, and I’ve been told this by a fairly reliable U.S. senator, if that is true and comes out, I think it raises enormous questions about the president’s role, and Tom Donilon, the National Security Adviser’s role, the Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, who has taken it on his own shoulders, that he said don’t go. And that is, I think, very dubious, given that the president said he had instructions they are supposed to do everything they could to secure American personnel.”
Joe Biden is 2016 dreamin’ … Because Biden is just so Presidential.
Biden has not even completed making gaffes as VP in the 2012 Presidential election and this guy is making comments about running on 2016? Sorry Joe but the only reason you are VP is because you happen to the the running mate of the first black president. No one voted for you as frankly you scared the living daylights out of most people that you are a heart beat away from the presidency.
“Look, I’m not trying to talk you into voting for me, I just wanted to say hi to you. And after it’s all over, when your insurance rates go down, then you’ll vote for me in 2016. I’ll talk to you later,” Biden said, according a pool reporter traveling with the vice president.
Biden, of course, hasn’t said whether he would run for president in 2016 and has been intensely focused on getting President Obama reelected next week, serving as the president’s chief attack dog on the trail.
I am going to go out on a limb and say there is no way Biden in the Democrat nominee for president in 2016. But as we stated above. Joe has not even finished making an ass out of himself in 2012 yet. Today Biden told supporters, “As they say in my business. I’m Going to Give You the Whole Load”. Um, huh? Exactly what business are you referring to Joe?
Who would trust this man with the keys to the White House? Some how I doubt that America will be so forgiving with Biden’s gaffes when he is running for the top spot as opposed to Obama’s cabana boy.
OBAMA LEADS ROMNEY 41% TO 8% IN RUSSIA!!!
Finally, the Obama campaign has something to cheer about. They are leading by 33 points over Romney. The polling is outside the margin of error and points to a certain Obama victory and provides momentum for Team reelect Obama in the swing states. Oh wait, the poll was taken in Russia. Oh, NEVER MIND!
An overwhelming percentage of Russians said the reelection of US President Barack Obama would better serve Russia’s national interests as opposed to the presidential challenger, Mitt Romney.
With the presidential race in the United States going down to the wire among American voters, Mitt Romney must be thankful that Russian citizens are not eligible to vote in US elections.
In a nationwide poll that tracked Russians’ political attitudes, a whopping 41 per cent of respondents said they want to see President Obama voted back into the White House, while just 8 per cent expressed preference for Republican challenger Mitt Romney.
Makes one wonder about Obama’s off-mike comments to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, “This is my last election. After my election, I have more flexibility.”
Pollster frank Luntz appeared on FOX News with Sean Hannity and reviewed some of the most effective political ads. The key to the effective and influential ads are that they are positive. Watch for yourself … Obama has gone negative. What else can an incumbent president do with a failed first term.
Who is Politicizing Hurricane Sandy? Obama Electioneers During Hurricane Press Conference – Tells Team to “Lean Forward” in Their Response
It looks like Obama is taking Rahm Emanuel’s advice … “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste.”
Democrats and the bias MSM are so quick to accuse Romney of politicizing Hurricane Sandy, but who is really politicizing it? One needs to look no further than Barack Obama and the following comments told his hurricane support team, to “lean forward” in their response to the hurricane cleanup.
Oh, by the way if you did not realize, that is his campaign slogan.
As reported at the Washington Times, ‘Forward: Obama gets a little electioneering in during FEMA briefing’.
President Obama may have suspended his campaign rallies due to Hurricane Sandy, but he managed to squeeze in his campaign slogan — intentionally or not — during a briefing Tuesday with federal emergency officials.
“The president made clear that he expects his team to remain focused as the immediate impacts of Hurricane Sandy continue and lean forward in their response,” the White House said in a statement about Mr. Obama’s video-teleconference that he conducted from the White House Situation Room. “Forward” is the slogan of his re-election campaign.
Lib Fools at MSNBS & Democrats Ridicule Romney for Collecting Food and Supplies for Hurricane Sandy Victims
Can MSNBC really be considered a news network anymore? So now Romney is considered evil for helping people?
The bias, in the tank for Barack Obama MSNBC bashed Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney for collecting food and supplies for Hurricane Sandy victims at an Ohio event. It was initially supposed to be a campaign event; however, due to the sever death, damage and destruction of Sandy, Romney changed the event as a way to help victims. That did not stop MSNBC in trashing and criticizing Romney.

ANA MARIE COX: I found that sort of fake relief rally, whatever it is, to be pretty offensive and also wrong-headed. You know, the Red Cross is put in this awkward position of saying, you know, “We don’t need canned goods, thank you very much, Mr. 1950s. You know, like we need money, we need people to donate blood.” And I think that sort of is Mitt Romney sort of writ small as it were, right? Like to not only do something so craven, but to do it in a way that’s not even helpful on a small scale.
MARTIN BASHIR: So Ana Marie, was it purely a photo opportunity? Was it purely for the sake of having people walk past him, hand him cans, and be on television?
COX: Well, it almost has to be seeing as how the thing he was doing was not something that the Red Cross actually needed. And so it almost has to be purely for politics purely as a photo-op. I mean, that’s his entire campaign, purely a photo-op really.
BASHIR: Karen, you wanted to add something to that.
KAREN FINNEY: Well, I was just going to say, you know, Martin, the thing is like when you have a platform or an opportunity to communicate a message particularly in a time like this, I think it’s incumbent on you to make sure that you’re communicating what is the most effective, helpful thing. And as a former governor, I would think that he would know that what the Red Cross needs in times like this is money and blood. Of course, it is human nature to want to help your fellow American that’s in trouble and to think “Oh, I’ll buy food or I’ll buy clothes.” But again, as we’ve been doing here on MSNBC and I hope other networks are doing, sort of helping, being a part of helping direct people to websites where they can donate or find out exactly what’s needed. I mean, that really should be the role. If they wanted to do something helpful, that would actually be the thing they could have been doing that would be helpful.
Nice Deb has the Democrat/Obama/MSM meme that Romney committed gaffes by helping people. Really folks, is this how low you have sunk?
Democrats play politics as well with Hurricane Sandy as Ohio Democratic Party Chairman Chris Redfernsaid, “Look, I’m a partisan. I’ll let others judge this. But I think someone of Gov. Romney’s wealth could have just written a check for $10 million to the American Red Cross.” Let’s face it, the bias MSM and Democrats would have found fault in anything that Romney did. As Redfern said above, he is partisan.
These people are just sick and show exactly what Obama’s “Hope and Change” has become.

17 Year Old Austin Sigg Charged as Adult with 17 Counts Including Felony Murder, Kidnapping & Sexual Assault in Death of Jessica Rideway and Attempted Kidnapping in Ketner Lake Earlier this Year
Sorry, 17 year old’s need to face the death penalty as well.
Austin Sigg, the 17 year old teenager who confessed to the death of 10 year old Jessica Ridgeway, has been charged as an adult. Austin Sigg has been charged with 17 different counts that include felony murder, kidnapping and sexual assault. Eleven of the counts are related to 10 year old Jessica Ridgeway that include, murder in the first degree, two counts of second-degree kidnapping, robbery and sexual assault on a child.
Sigg also faces an additional six charges relating to an attempted kidnapping of a 22 year old female jogger in Ketner Lake earlier this year. In this case, Sigg is charged with attempted murder in the first degree, attempted sexual assault and attempted second-degree kidnapping.
The teenager accused in the kidnapping and murder of Jessica Ridgeway has been charged with 17 different counts including felony murder, kidnapping and sexual assault.
Austin Sigg, 17, made his first court appearance in Jefferson County court Tuesday morning.
He will be charged as an adult in the case.
Sigg faces a total of 11 charges directly related to Jessica Ridgeway’s death. They include: four counts of murder in the first degree, two counts of second-degree kidnapping, robbery and sexual assault on a child.
Austin Sigg will be charged as an adult; however, sadly he will not face the death penalty thanks to the Supreme Court ruling in Roper v. Simmons that the death penalty was cruel and unusual for people who committed crimes while under the age of 18. Really, because of months we cannot stick a needle in a killers arm? If there was ever a case that cried out for the death penalty, it was the heinous kidnapping, sexual assault, murder and dismembering her body.
Sorry, but when a person hits the trifecta of kidnapping, murder and dismemberment, you should not be allowed to live no matter how old you are. Today, 15 year old’s are no different from 18 year old’s. We need to ask ourselves as a society, who do our laws protect? Are you kidding me that we let this twisted, evil SOB live!
So Much for the Obama Early Voting Advantage: Gallup Poll Finds Romney Up 52% – 46% Among Early Voters
Hmm, Gallup reports that, “In U.S., 15% of Registered Voters Have Already Cast Ballots”. That’s not the headline … the following is, Romney leads Obama by 7% in early voting!!!
Team Obama, his minions and the in the tank Obama MSM have been spinning for weeks that Barack Obama has the advantage in early voting and that they are way out ahead of Mitt Romney. NOT SO FAST. Just like everything else they spew about Obama, its a myth. According to Gallup, Romney is leading Obama in early voting 52% to 46%. This is an amazing 22 point drop by Obama from 2008.
Romney Leads Among Early Voters, Similar to His Likely Voter Lead
Thus far, early voters do not seem to be swaying the election toward either candidate.
Romney currently leads Obama 52% to 45% among voters who say they have already cast their ballots. However, that is comparable to Romney’s 51% to 46% lead among all likely voters in Gallup’s Oct. 22-28 tracking polling. At the same time, the race is tied at 49% among those who have not yet voted but still intend to vote early, suggesting these voters could cause the race to tighten. However, Romney leads 51% to 45% among the much larger group of voters who plan to vote on Election Day, Nov. 6.
The Lonely Conservative has an very interesting factoid, the GOP is way out ahead of absentee ballots over Democrats in Pennsylvanian.
In 2008 the GOP edged the Democrats by just 2% in absentee returns. As of today the GOP’s lead is 18.8% — a 16.9% bump in a state Obama won by 10% in 2008. Republicans have turned in 55.2% of the absentee ballots to date while the Democrats have returned just 36.4%.
The Romney Victory team has been on the ground in Pennsylvania for months with over 60 staff and dozens of offices. We have made over 5 million volunteer voter contacts including over 1 million volunteer door knocks across Pennsylvania.
Let’s be realistic, who really is motivated to vote for another Obama four years? Anyone can plainly see that there is no enthusiasm for Obama in 2012. There is no hysteria for Obama like there was in 2008. Frankly, why should there be. Just as many wanted to vote into office the first black president, many are making sure they vote out a president who has been an epic failure.
