President Barack Hussein Obama’s regime in cutting a peace deal with the Taliban . contemplates handing over Taliban GITMO detains to Afghanistan… So the Obama regime is considering sending Taliban terrorists to Afghanistan to a prison that will soon he taken over by the Afghan government this September.  Good grief, how else is this President and his minions going to insult America? Promoting peace with the Taliban, are you frigging serious!!!

The Obama administration is considering a new gambit to restart peace talks with the Taliban in Afghanistan that would send several Taliban detainees from the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to a prison in Afghanistan, U.S. and Afghan officials told The Associated Press.

Under the proposal, some Taliban fighters or affiliates captured in the early days of the 2001 U.S. invasion of Afghanistan and later sent to Guantanamo under the label of enemy combatants would be transferred out of full U.S. control but not released. It’s a leap of faith on the U.S. side that the men will not become threats to U.S. forces once back on Afghan soil. But it is meant to show more moderate elements of the Taliban insurgency that the U.S. is still interested in cutting a deal for peace. [...]

The Taliban have always been indifferent at best to negotiations with the Karzai government, saying the U.S. holds effective control in Afghanistan. The Obama administration has set a 2014 deadline to withdraw forces and is trying to frame talks among the Afghans beforehand.

Under the new proposal, Guantanamo prisoners would go to a detention facility adjacent to Bagram air field, the largest U.S. military base in Afghanistan, officials of both governments said. The prison is inside the security perimeter established by the U.S. military, and is effectively under U.S. control for now. It is scheduled for transfer to full Afghan control in September.

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta would have to sign off on the transfer and certify that the men did not pose a danger. He would not confirm details of the new proposal at a Pentagon news conference Friday, but he said discussions continue to try to promote a peace deal.

US Rep. Allen West (FL-R) voiced his opinion as to Democrat House Minority leader Nancy Pelosi’s response to the SCOTUS ruling that Obamacare. West called Pelosi “some what delusional” to her comment regarding Obamacare, “if it’s good for the country, basically, who cares how we got there?” This might be the first time I have disagree with Col. Allen West. Somewhat delusional sir? How about completely delusional? This coming from the individual when she was Speaker of the House, that “we need to pass the bill in order to find out what is in it.”    West also pointed out that the Obamacare was a deception on the American people from the outset. Once the healthcare bill was passed along a Democrat party vote in the House and Senate, we found out what was in the bill … IT WAS A TAX!!!

Allen West, a freshman member of the Republican Study Committee, called former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) “somewhat delusional” Thursday evening during an interview on Fox News in response to a question from Fox’s Patti Ann Browne.

“You heard Nancy Pelosi saying, look, if it’s good for the country, basically, who cares how we got there?” Browne said. When asked for his response, West didn’t hold back.

“Well, I think that former Speaker Pelosi is somewhat delusional, but also you have to remember that this was the person that said that we have to pass this bill in order to find out what is in this bill,” West said from the Capitol Rotunda.

“There has been a deception against the American people from the onset … the president said that this was not a tax. Now we know it is only constitutional because it is seen as a tax.”

Sarah Palin: “Nancy Pelosi is a dingbat …”

“Nancy Pelosi is a dingbat and the perfect spokesman for Barack Obama and the entire  agenda of the far left.”

However, “some what delusional” has been trumped by Sarah Palin calling Pelosi a Dingbat. Priceless. Palin gets an A+ for using an Archie Bunker, ‘All in the Family’ reference. This is why Sarah Palin resonates so well with those on the RIGHT and drives the LEFT up the wall and off the ledge. Is there a better word to describe Peloso’s and the Democrats vision? Sorry, but I am going to have to go retro and use “dingbat” rather than the current “moonbat” reference. OMG, next thing Palin will call Harry Reid a “meathead”. If that happens I know that I have died and gone to Heaven.  If I were elected President, I would make Sarah Palin my Press Secretary and have here drive the inside the Beltway, White House media insane. That would be must see TV … JMHO.

Say it isn’t so … Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are headed to splitsville. 33 year old Katie Holmes has filed for divorce  in New York on citing “irreconcilable differences.”  According to TMZ, Tom Cruise was blindsided by the news. How could Cruise have been surprised by the news, didn’t he star in the movie ‘Minority Report’ where they prevented crimes from happening before they actually occurred? Hmm, this is interesting, looks like it may be a “War of the Worlds’, as Holmes has asked for sole legal custody of their 6 year old daughter, Suri. Something must be amiss and not amicable split.

We know Katie filed the divorce docs in New York on June 28, citing “irreconcilable differences.”  She is asking for sole legal custody and “primary residential custody” of the couple’s 6-year-old daughter, Suri.

We also know Katie is asking for a “suitable amount” of child support .. this according to the divorce docs.

Katie also asks for a division of property in her divorce docs, although we know there was a significant prenup that is based on California law.  Katie makes no mention of the prenup in her filing.

We’re told Tom is “very sad” and “did not see this coming.” He was spotted wearing his wedding ring just this week while filming in Iceland. Interestingly, Katie also wore her ring this week.

There is no truth to the rumor that Cruise is looking for a defense attorney at ‘The Firm’. Looks like yet another Hollywood marriage has turned out to be a ‘Mission Impossible’.

Hot off the presses, The RNC did not waste much time in creating the following political ad that Obamacare is a tax, yet another Barack Obama broken promise. From yesterday’s US Supreme Court decision where Obamacare passed Constitutional muster because it was deemed a tax.  This was yet another broken promise from Barack Obama. However, it is worse than that, Obama lied to the American people in passing off his signature piece of legislation saying that it was not a tax.

Everyone knows that if Obamacare was initially passed off to the American people as a tax, there would have been 70% opposition to it. This is the reason why Obama was so adamant when interviewed by ABC’s George Stephanopoulos (VIDEO) that Obamacare was absolutely not a tax.That was before Obama had his legal council argue that Obamacare was a tax.

Long said the “pay first, litigate later rule” could not be waived except by Congress, and it made no such provision in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. He said the penalties called for in the act should be considered the same as taxes because of the way they are collected.

‘We the People” gave the Democrat party a shellacking in 2010 over Obamacare, now in 2012 the Democrats face yet another shellacking over the economy, jobs, unemployment, debt and the $1.7 trillion Obamacare.
