Mitt Romney Voices His Disagreement with SCOTUS Decision on Obamacare (ObamaTax) … 21 Tax Increases in the Health Care Law Costing more than $675 Billion … “To Get Rid of Obamacare, We Have to get Rid of Obama” (VIDEO)

WHY WOULD IT SHOCK ANYONE THAT DEMOCRATS WANT TO RAISE TAXES ON AMERICANS … WAKE UP AMERICA!

Following the Supreme Court’s decision on Obamacare, namely Chief Justice John Robert’s ruling that Obamacare was Unconstitutional in that it was deemed a tax, GOP presumptive Presidential nominee Mitt Romney expressed his disappointment and disagreement with the Court’s ruling. However, as much as this may seem as a beyond questionable decision by Roberts and a short-lived win by Barack Obama as The One and his minions spike the healthcare affordable act football … Chief Justice Roberts calling Obamacare a tax just handed the GOP a huge game changing issue not only for Mitt Romney, but also for numerous House and Senate election in 2012. As Romney stated in his post SCOTUS decision, “the only way to get rid of Obamacare is to get rid of Obama”. Add to that regain the US Senate and maintain the House.

Mitt Romney … “Only way to get rid of Obamacare, is to get rid of Obama”

“They’ll like it even less when they understand it’s a tax,” Mr. Lee said on Fox News.

The high court’s ruling leaves in place 21 tax increases in the health care law costing more than $675 billion over the next 10 years, according to the House Ways and Means Committee. Of those, 12 tax hikes would affect families earning less than $250,000 per year, the panel said, including a “Cadillac tax” on high-cost insurance plans, a tax on insurance providers and an excise tax on medical-device manufacturers.

“This is a clear violation of the president’s pledge to avoid tax hikes on low- and middle-income taxpayers,” said a statement from the panel, which is chaired by Rep. Dave Camp, Michigan Republican.

Everyone thought that Democrats, especially those in swing states in close elections, were running from Obamacare like a gazelle from a cheetah in a Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom with the dearly departed Marlin Perkins prior to the SCOTUS ruling … vulnerable Democrats will be AWOL when it comes to discussing Obama’s victory in healthcare of creating the largest tax on the American people in the history of the world.

Barack Obama gets angry and says Obamacare is not a tax, “its absolutely not a tax increase …” Obama even mock George Stephanopoulos for looking up the definition of tax in the dictionary. How dare he.

President Barack Obama promised that there would be no tax increases on families making less than $250,000 a year. That would be a lie, Obamacare has 12 tax hikes would affect families earning less than $250,000 per year, the panel said, including a “Cadillac tax” on high-cost insurance plans, a tax on insurance providers and an excise tax on medical-device manufacturers. President Barack Obama and the Democrats said that Obamacare was not a tax. In the VIDEO above in an interview with George Stephanopoulos, Obama stated that absolutely Obamacare was not a tax. Guess what … IT IS. It’s safe to say that it will be difficult for Obama to run from his lie and the misrepresentation he perpetrated on the American public.

Some are questioning whether Roberts actually changed his decision at the last minute. Was the dissent vote actually the majority vote at one point and the individual mandate was to be declared unconstitutional? Who knows at this point and it changes little if it was proved to be true. The decision is the decision, as wrong and misguided as it was. It would appear that Roberts was more concerned with a result orientated decision and making the Court look non-political than actually following the US Constitution. However that being said, good luck to Obama and Democrats spinning their way out of this one in the 2012 elections. The voters hammered Democrats in 2010 in a show of disapproval … get ready for the shellacking x’s 2 in the upcoming ones. We will see how this plays out in the polls the energy it provides to Republicans, Conservatives and the Tea Party for the 2012 elections. Since the decision has been made, Romney has raised over $4 million in donations. Gloat all you want now Obama … we shall see who is dancing after the 2012 elections.

While I think that the Supreme Court should not be in the business of making law or stretchng a law to fit a percieved notion, this may turn out to be a win for the American People.

The congress is put on notice that the commerce clause is off limits in the future to extend the reach of the federal government, it opens up another avenue in a much larger way through taxation.

If a Democrat is talking about governance in any way and his lips are moving, it is not to the benifit of the citizens. It is only to benifit a political agenda or unions or other special interest group including themselves. The Democrats cannot help lying because their entire existance is built on lies.

…AND replace the Senate and House ‘Progressives’ that
      have nested therein.

Rohmey’s only worry is the “Cadillac tax” cuz his wifes own’s a couple of them. Of course we all know the supremes should stick to “appointing” presidents and such. Romney likes to fire people, allow them to go backrupt if the cap their insurance coverage is exceeded, kids excluded from coverage for prior medical conditions. I’ll enjoy watching him provide non answers to all the important questions ask… oh yea…what happened to jobs, jobs, jobs?

So how many jobs do you think Obama has cut with his failed green energy companies like Solyndra and Abound Solar, etc?

I do find it comical that you pick out 2 aspects of Obamacare, cap and prior conditions, out of 1200 pages. Nice. Sorry, but its the other 1190 pages that America has the issue with.

JOBS, JOBS, JOBS … LOL, LOL, LOL … if jobs were so important to Obama why didn’t he spend as much time on them like he did Obamacare? Sorry, but I an involved in the insurance environment and have been a consultant for years and Obamacare is not the answer. Does there need to be reform, yes. But not under this President or this Congress.

[...] US Rep. Allen West (FL-R) voiced his opinion as to Democrat House Minority leader Nancy Pelosi’s response to the SCOTUS ruling that Obamacare. West called Pelosi “some what delusional” to her comment regarding Obamacare, “if it’s good for the country, basically, who cares how we got there?” This might be the first time I have disagree with Col. Allen West. Somewhat delusional sir? How about completely delusional? This coming from the individual when she was Speaker of the House, that “we need to pass the bill in order to find out what is in it.”    West also pointed out that the Obamacare was a deception on the American people from the outset. Once the healthcare bill was passed along a Democrat party vote in the House and Senate, we found out what was in the bill … IT WAS A TAX!!! [...]
