What Iconic ‘Jeopardy’ Game Show Host Suffered a Heart Attack … Who is Alex Trebek.

 

Alex Trebek, the long time, ionic ‘Jeopardy’ game show host suffered a heart attack. The 71 year old Trebek was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA where he is said to be in good spirits and is currently under observation and undergoing further testing. Trebek previously suffered a heart attack in December 2007. ABC News reports, “He is expected to fully recover and be back at “Jeopardy!” when production begins taping in July for the new season, the show’s 29th”.

The iconic game show personality was admitted into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Saturday, and is currently under observation.

Alex Trebek, longtime host of the iconic game show Jeopardy!, was admitted into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Saturday after suffering a “mild heart attack.”

According to a statement released Sunday by Sony Pictures Television, “Trebek is in good spirits and is currently under observation and undergoing further testing. He is expected to fully recover and be back at Jeopardy! when production begins taping in July for the new season, the show’s 29th.
