Yup, Barack Obama is just President 99%, isn’t he? Obama hangs out with the 1% who pay $35,800 to meet with “The One” behind closed doors. What ever happened to the most transparent presidency ever? The populist President, eh?
On the same day a report revealed the names of a number of top donors to presidential campaigns, President Barack Obama spent time with around 25 wealthy donors who paid $35,800 each to talk with him behind closed doors at a Washington hotel.
The hourlong fundraiser Friday afternoon at the upscale Jefferson Hotel near the White House was closed to press coverage.
As Weasel Zippers aptly states, money has its privileges. Especially with President Hypocrisy.
