A homeless man in Ohio becomes the voice of reason when describing the “Occupy” protesters. David Gray, a homeless man for 10 years stated the following … “they don’t have a message, they really don’t. They just don’t have any money or any jobs … they just come down here and occupy. Brilliant, how bad is it for the ‘Occupy” crowd when a homeless many calls you out and has your protest message 100% correct. They don’t have one.

“They don’t have a message, they really don’t,” said David Gray, who said he has been homeless for 10 years. “They just don’t have any money, they don’t have jobs, and they can’t go shopping.  So they’ve got nothing else to do but come here to occupy.”

How comical, when interviewed they claim they want change, but when asked what they would say … the response is that is not for them to say. Huh?

Generic GOP Candidate Leads President Barack Obama 46% to 38%

Barack Obama continues to trail against an unnamed Republican candidate.

According to the most recent Gallup Poll, a Generic Republican candidate leads President Barack Obama 46% to 38% among registered voters. No matter how one looks at this polling, the fact that only 38% would vote for Obama as opposed to any GOP challenger in the 2012 election must cause concern for Team Obama. As Hot Air opines, all the Republican party has to do is nominate a Republican candidate with plain wrapping and a blue stripe.

U.S. registered voters, by 46% to 38%, continue to say they are more likely to vote for the Republican presidential candidate than for Barack Obama in the 2012 presidential election. The generic Republican led by the same eight-percentage-point margin in September, and also held a lead in July. The August update, conducted just after an agreement to raise the federal debt limit, had Obama with a slight edge.

Is this a guarantee that the GOP nominee will defeat Barack Obama in 2012, no.  However, the fact that an incumbent President is polling at 38% against an unnamed challenger should send chills through the reelect Obama minions. According to recent Rasmussen polls Obama narrowly leads Romney and Cain; however, when an incumbent President has a job approval rating of 43% and under the magical 50% … its time to be concerned that you provided America with no hope and they want change.

UPDATE I: The Olive Garden apologizes for the American flag controversy.

Olive Garden has issued public statements apologizing, including on its Facebook page.

“We are very sorry for any misunderstanding about this issue,” the Facebook post reads. “We do not have a policy at Olive Garden concerning bringing the American flag into our restaurants. Some members of our team were misinformed about company policy by our corporate office. As a company, we take responsibility for that and we regret it. …

“Like all Americans we have nothing but the utmost respect and admiration for the American flag and everything it symbolizes, and we welcome anyone who wishes to bring the flag into our restaurants. In fact, we periodically provide American flag collar pins to our employees to wear while serving guests.”

A note to the Kiwanis Club and any other organization, you have many other places that would welcome your business and not even begin to think that an America flag would cause a concern. What country do we live in where anyone would think that the display of an American flag would disrupt patrons?

Female Coast Guard Member Harassed & Spit on by ‘Occupy Boston’ Protester … Yup, Just Like the Tea Party … Hardly

Do Democrats really want to support the extremist “Occupy …” protesters,  this is hardly the way to win over Independent voters.

The LEFT likes to compare the “OCCUPY” protest crowd to the Tea Party. Democrats also seem to support the “Occupy” protesters, Democrat House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi even stated … “God Bless them”. So this is what the Democrat Party wants to attach themselves to, huh? These are the same politicians that called the Tea Party extremists.

So the following is what they condone, eh? A female Coast Guard member was harassed and spit on by an “Occupy” Boston protester. Nice, what a bunch of classy folks.  Of course the Occupy crowd is quick to deny that the party responsible was affiliated with their protest group. Really, because they are such a peaceful and respectful group. To date, More than 140 Occupy Boston protesters were arrested earlier this week for refusing to cooperate with police on the Rose Kennedy Greenway. However, as stated at The American Thinker … “the spokesman for the demonstrators can apologize all he wants, it doesn’t change the fact that from San Francisco, to Berkeley, to Chicago, to Boston, leftist protesters have made their utter disregard and contempt for those in uniform abundantly clear.”

The Coast Guard in Boston confirmed that a woman in uniform was harassed and spat upon near Occupy Boston protesters.

The woman was walking to the train and said protesters spit on her twice, called her foul names and even threw a water bottle at her.

Now, the Coast Guard is warning all staff working on Atlantic Avenue to avoid those protesters while in uniform.

As previously stated Democrats like President Obama and Nancy Pelosi have praised the “Occupy” protesters. Red State also asks, “does Elizabeth Warren, the Democrat challenger for the Massachusetts US Senate seat, also support spitting on our troops?”

I ask this because back at the beginning of October Ms. Warren seemed to be very much in favor of the entire Occupy Wall Street ‘thing.’ As the Boston Globe noted: “All of the candidates expressed support for the controversial protesters who are part of the “Occupy Boston” movement downtown.”

Just curious, when have you ever heard of a Tea Party member ever spitting or hurling profanity at a military member? Can you imagine the answer is that Coast Guard members were told not to go near tent city, not that these scum bags should be jailed.

Yea, there are like the Tea Party … NOT ON YOUR LIFE!

President Obama Has Unemployment Beer Summit With a Man Arrested for DUI

YOU JUST CAN’T MAKE THIS STUFF UP, DO THESE PEOPLE VET ANYONE?

President Barack Obama had some beers with four out of work construction workers in Florida on the day his jobs bill met defeat on Capitol Hill. Imagine that, Obama using unemployed Americans for a photo-op, who would have thought? What a lame attempt at Obama trying to pretend he is one of the common, blue collar folk.  The “Beer” Summit just got more lame …

Obama met with the group at Harp and Celt Restaurant & Irish Pub in downtown Orlando. He solicited opinions on the jobs situation and said he was trying to figure out how to get the construction trades back to work.

The three unemployed pipe fitters and one unemployed plumber drank beer and soda; Obama had a Guinness. They all toasted “to more jobs.”

However, what has become so typical with the Obama White House, they did not do their homework and decided not to properly vet those that drank suds with Obama. It turns out that one of the attendees was arrested for a DUI. Oh the irony, a participant at Obama’s “unemployment “beer” summit was previously arrested for DUI. UNREAL. According to WDBO, court records show that Mark McKim of Sanford was arrested in August 2006 for DUI and possession of cannabis.

Do we really wonder why Obama has been a complete failure as President and the economy is in the gutter … these folks cannot even properly put together of photo-op.  What a bunch of screw up … is this Administration incapable of vetting individuals?

VP Joe Biden Says, Pass the Obama Jobs Bill or There’ll Be More Rapes and Murders

So this is what it has come to from the Obama Administration … how pathetically sick!

Vice President Joe Biden said in Flint, MI that unless you pass Barack Obama’s jobs bill there will be more rapes and murders. The folks who promised you hope and change are now presenting the American people with nothing more than fear and envy. It really does not get any lower than this type of message. Obama/Biden are unelectable and they will say and do anything to remain in power. They certainly cannot run on their record.

“In 2008, when Flint had 265 sworn officers on their police force, there were 35 murders and 91 rapes in this city,” Biden said. “In 2010, when Flint had only 144 police officers, the murder rate climbed to 65 and rapes–just to pick two categories–climbed to 229. In 2011, you now only have 125 shields. God only knows what the numbers will be this year for Flint if we don’t rectify it.”

HUH? As questioned at PJ Media, “I wonder, is there a demonstrable correlation between economic plight and violent crime?”  Me thinks the Democrats need to get their talking points straight. Wasn’t it Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (NV-D) who previously stated  that men become abusive toward women when they are out of work? One would further suspect that unemployment and terrible economic times would cause more crime as well. Its not that police and firemen don’t have jobs, its the fact that the people don’t have jobs that is causing the crime. Especially when we have a President that participates in class warfare.

Harry Reid then went on to say the following:

“Women don’t have jobs either, but women aren’t abusive, most of the time,” he said.

“Men, when they’re out of work, tend to become abusive,” the majority leader added. “Our domestic crisis shelters in Nevada are jammed.”

One might say that because the Obama administration has preached class warfare and the rich are to blame for the ells of society that they have had a hand in the crime and violence. How about them apples Joe?

Amber Alert Issued for Missing Child William McQuain in Germantown, MD … Mother Jane McQuain Found Murdered Inside Home (UPDATE: Body of William McQuain Found)

Maryland State Police have issued an AMBER ALERT for 11 year old William McQuain who was last seen in Germantown, Maryland on September 30. The boy’s mother, 51 year old Jane McQuain, was found  murdered inside her home at the 13100 block of Briarcliff Terrace about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in Germantown, MD.  Investigators said the death was caused by blunt force trauma, and is being called a homicide. Police believe that William McQuain has been abducted.

William McQuain, described as a light-skinned African American, is five feet tall, 85 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Authorities say the boy was last seen at his home on the 13100 block of Briarcliff Terrace in Germantown.  Investigators believe the boy may be with his mother’s 2011 black Honda CRV with MD plate number 5AG9405, which is also missing from the scene.

News accounts make no mention of the boys father or if there were any boyfriends. Police have made no mention of who they think might have abducted William McQuain.

If anyone has any information regarding missing William McQuain Sparks, please call either 911 or Montgomery County Police at 301-279-8000.

UPDATE I: Curtis Lopez, the husband of murdered Jane McQuain was arrested and  taken into custody around 9:30 a.m. Thursday. He was charged with first degree murder; however, 11 year old William McQuain is still missing.

The husband of a slain woman was arrested in North Carolina on Thursday and charged with first-degree murder, but police said they were still searching for her missing 11-year-old son.

Curtis Lopez, 45, was taken into custody around 9:30 a.m. Thursday as he was leaving an EconoLodge in Charlotte, N.C. The arrest came after Jane McQuain was found dead in the bedroom of her condominium on Wednesday night in Germantown, about 30 miles northwest of Washington.

UPDATE I: Sadly the body of missing 11 year old William McQuain has been found.  Curtis Lopez, who already has been charged in the killing of Jane McQuain, is also thee “prime suspect” in William’s death. Look for another first-degree murder charge for him as well in the death of William McQuain.

The body was found Tuesday morning by in a wooded area of the westbound shoulder off Route 121 near Route 355 in the Clarksburg area.

“This is not the ending we were hoping for, everyone involved in this held on to a shred of hope that we would find William alive,” said police spokesman Capt. Paul Starks.

RISING CAIN … NBC/WSJ Poll: Herman Cain Leads the GOP Presidential Contenders

For those who say that Mitt Romney is a sure thing to win the Republican Presidential primary … not so fast! Could we possibly be saying President Herman Cain in 2012?

In the most recent NBC/Wall Street Journal poll comes the following surprising result, Herman Cain leads the pack of GOP presidential contenders. Herman Cain, the former God Father’s pizza CEO garnered 27% of GOP voters,  for Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney 23% and Texas Governor Rick Perry 16%. Herman Cain is on a roll lately and has gained considerable momentum, Perry is sliding fast and Romney is polling sure and steady.  However, it is obvious that Cain is on a roll and has catapulted himself into the limelight and the GOP primary lead. Now it is a matter of can he sustain his new found support.

Cain checks in as the first choice of 27 percent of Republican voters in the poll, followed by former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney at 23 percent and Perry at 16 percent. After those three, it’s Texas Rep. Ron Paul at 11 percent, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich at 8 percent, Bachmann at 5 percent and former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman at 3 percent.

In the previous survey, conducted in late August, Perry led the field at 38 percent, Romney stood at 23 percent, while Cain was at only 5 percent.

“He isn’t a politician”

Cain’s numbers are sky-high among Republican primary voters. Fifty-two percent view him favorably, versus just 6 percent who see him unfavorably. Among Tea Party supporters, his favorable/unfavorable score is 69 percent to 5 percent. And among Republicans who identify themselves as “very conservative,” it’s 72 percent to 2 percent.

The full polling results can be seen HERE. The fact that Cain has never been a politician is resonating with the GOP voters. Imagine a Cain-Obama Presidential match up and BO trying to tell America he is a DC outsider because his campaign is based out of Chicago.

Doug Ross says, “Shhh… no one tell the Axis of Fail that Herman Cain is currently leading Mitt Romney in the polls, having jumped 22 points in the last six weeks.” However, the Legion of Gloom has gotten the memo as Democrats, the LEFT, the liberal MSM and black celebrities are on a full scale attack on Herman Cain.
