Barack Obama, The Fear Mongerer in Chief: If I Lose Reelection, Government Will Tell People “You’re On Your Own”

Welcome to Obama’s Government Dependent States of America …

President Barack Obama is at it again, trying to scare the American people by saying, that but without me, you cannot make it on your own and you will fail. How arrogant and misguided could one man possibly be? Imagine a President of the United States saying that self-reliance is a bad thing. That being responsible for one’s actions is a bad thing and that being dependent on government is good. That is exactly what Obama did at a find raiser in San Francisco when he stated the following, If We Lose in 2012, Government Will Tell People ‘You’re on Your Own’.

It’s a bird, it’s a plane … no wait, it’s a total complete disaster as President, Super 0!

“The one thing that we absolutely know for sure is that if we don’t work even harder than we did in 2008, then we’re going to have a government that tells the American people, ‘you are on your own,’” Obama told a crowd of 200 donors over lunch at the W Hotel.

“If you get sick, you’re on your own. If you can’t afford college, you’re on your own. If you don’t like that some corporation is polluting your air or the air that your child breathes, then you’re on your own,” he said. “That’s not the America I believe in. It’s not the America you believe in.”

Really Mr. President, if you lose reelection, “We the People” are on our own and out from underneath your overreaching and overbearing job killing and over-regulating polices? As Weasel Zippers states, “is that a threat or a promise?” At least Barack Obama did not say that if he was not reelected that there would not be more rapes.

More comments from Obama from his million dollar SF fundraiser from NRO. We can dare to dream. Even in California Brack Obama’s poll numbers have slipped considerably, as his current polling data is a disaster … current proportion approving of his performance (46%) is now only slightly greater than the proportion disapproving (44%), a big change from three months ago when Californians approved of the job he was doing 54% to 37%.

“The one thing that we absolutely know for sure is that if we don’t work even harder than we did in 2008, then we’re going to have a government that tells the American people, ‘you are on your own,’” Obama told a crowd of 200 donors over lunch at the W Hotel.

A Presidency without Barack Obama and “We the People” and business on our own … BRING IT!!!

Obama is certainly making “On your own” sound very attractive. Life without Obama. I can hardly wait. How can so few make so much mischief in such a short time?

we have been on our own since January 20, 2009. this is the day America was murdered by Barack Obama and his thug followers. even now his desperation to destroy our country is evident in his waqsting of our money to abandon his position to campaign while the country is drowning in debt due to him and his selfish strongarm moneygrabbing.

    4. Moi on October 26th, 2011 2:08 pm

Ahhhh, on “our own” as America was meant to be. Self-sufficient people without government intrusion. I like it!

What do you expect of someone totally desperate for reelection without a prayer of pulling it off.

This guy is beyond the beyond. If he will get himself out of our White House post haste, we will all be a lot better off.

Ladies and Gentleman the government has been working
it’s fingers to the bone to HELP YOU for the last three to
five years (democrat congress during Bush). This same kind
of HELP is only available to you if you reelect Barry for another
      reign. What say you?

Sleep tight knowing Obummer could become a lame duck President if he gets four more years. Is that a SOBERING thought?

Moi, good point! I see him offering money to college kids now, buying their vote.

I hope America’s youth are smarter now than they were in the last election.

      Earth to Farrakhan:

Obviously, NATO knows more about the terrorist acts committed by your ‘fellow revolutionary’ than you could ever imagine. You are no better than a two-bit whore sleeping with the enemy, lining your pockets with his blood money!

America: Behold your enemy… Another mouthpiece spreading rhetoric to your ‘ brother’s’ detriment. ISLAM, the pathway to self-reliance and independance!

      :D

Dawg, more like a frightening thought.

wait until these college students figure out that Odummy’s plan only saves them under $8 a month. no help at all in repaying student loans, just another lie from the dummy and these students are so ignorant that they actually believe him.
they should all take general math to learn how to count.

    14. Moi on October 27th, 2011 3:33 pm

barbree, I read today that the “break” these students would receive amounts to about $10 per month. Um, wow?

Sadly most kids who didn’t vote in last election are probably prone to vote for zero. Those who DID are likely more disappointed…we can only hope (for change in the White House :) Unless GOP blubs for someone weak, which I doubt, zero is the 1 termer he needs to be.

Let me retract, he should have been a zero-term president!

    15. hope on October 27th, 2011 3:46 pm

Students aren’t ignorant. They are just like the rest of us… struggling through hard times.

Only a child would worry about being on their own. College students like being on their own, especially if mom and dad are picking up the tab.

Can’t help but worry about them and the bad influences who are out there taking advantage of their rebellious spirit every one of them go through at one time or another.

Teach your children well is the only advise I can give… and never give up!

      :)

      Sorry about the language…

    16. mc on October 27th, 2011 3:57 pm

      One could only hope.

    17. NGBoston on October 27th, 2011 6:38 pm

I think I’d still choose America being “on our own” as opposed to being led by a Socialist.

Thanks for the warning, Barry ! LOL

    18. barbreee on October 27th, 2011 10:32 pm

MOI, let’s also hope they are smart enough to know that spending more government money is THEIR debt. He’s not doing them any favors.

    19. Morgan on October 28th, 2011 4:27 am

Pardon me but, I just have to chime in here!

To Hope @ 3:46, of course BOTHER, purposefully misspelled, Farrakhan would have something to say.

I was awaiting his response to the death of his BFF, Ghadaffi, and find it rather amusing that he continues to sugarcoat Obama’s role in the matter, though minimal at best and hardly deserving of any real credit, truth be told.

But then Obama remains, in the maddening mind of Louis, his second BFF. It goes without saying that Farrakhan will throw his absolute support behind Obama for re-election in spite of Osama and Ghadaffi, and we can again expect to see the Black Panthers at the polls as well as the Botherhood demonstrating in our streets, thanks to Mr. F the the almighty O.

I hope to God I’m wrong but I expect Obama to find cause to declare Martial Law prior to November 2012.

      ATG, any thoughts?

I am convinced that our illusionist president and his wife would much prefer to be king and queen.

    21. Moi on October 28th, 2011 7:43 am

Morgan, I do worry some “catastrophe” will hinder the elections. Voter fraud in itself is a dangerous possibility to put zero back in office.

I was in Florida for 2 yrs and voted he Bush/Gore election while there. It was appauling to see how many people in line didn’t even speak English and there was no ID requested. The couple behind me were requesting an interpreter (they spoke Spanish). When the two poll workers would discuss in English what the problem was, I overheard that not only did they need a Spanish ballot, but they couldn’t read and needed someone to read it TO them! That couldn’t be done, so someone else behind me stepped forward and read the Spanish ballot to them. They went up and voted just before me.

What could they have known about the issues or candidates? What did the other voter behind me tell them? Who knows!? How many illegals and/or felons will manage to vote for Obama? Plenty, I assure you :(

Worst part was the fiasco of the punch cards and hanging chad where some were not pushed through, so folks on the elections board got to “decide” which candidate the ballot was meant to be for. I was in a county that got recounted TWICE and BOTH times Gore’s numbers increased. Oh, the stories I could tell you about the tensions down there at the time. I am very, concerned about November 2012 and the integrity of the election that will (hopefully) be held.

      Morgan:

I don’t know… but, I’m glad you chimed in. I was beginning to think my post fell on deaf ears.

My instinct tells me that to try to silence anyone would be met with louder opposition. With the crimes that have been committed against the real people, and by that, I mean everyone; I would expect there are some arrests coming soon. Problem is, imo, how far up the feeding chain does the corruption go?
