One test of a law “gone to far”:
Can the law be used to penalize an innocent person – for spite?

In other words, is there an irony in the possibility of using this law to “bully” an innocent person?

Let’s say, someone’s daughter doesn’t make the cheerleading squad but is chosen instead as an alternate… Can this lawsuit be brought against one of the people who DID make the squad – just to give the alternate a chance to perform.

Laws can always be abused, but can people manipulate this law to abuse the innocent?

We do not need this law. Instead, society needs to concentrate on teaching quality values and behavior.
