How desperate has President Barack Obama become? Even at a fund raiser with uber-libs is Blue, Blue New York, the Obamamessiah compares himself to Martin Luther King, Jr.  I guess falsely comparing Obama to Lincoln and Reagan was not working. Unbelievable that Obama would even reference his name in the same sentence as MLK Jr. How smug must Obama really be?

What ever happened to the 2008 Barack Obama brand of “Hope & Change”?  Its safe to say that its been shown to be a fraud. The real issue is with Obama is that he has to try and compare himself with some one else, because as Barack Obama he has been a complete and total failure.

Before leaving, Obama likened himself to one more figure. Martin Luther King, Jr.

“I think that we forget when he was alive there was nobody who was more vilified, nobody who was more controversial, nobody who was more despairing at times,” he said.

Not only has the US credit rating been downgraded, it would appear so has Barack Obama has been downgraded as well. Move over Jimmy Carter … American has Barack Obama, the worst President in modern American history. What more damage can Obama do to America? I am guessing he contemplates that while golfing.  The fact of the matter is that confidence in Obama is gone and is in no sign of ever coming back. Obama has done out of his way to implement policies that have failed and continues down the same path of failed polices and agendas. Obama has never been a leader, he was a talker and a campaigner. All of America is finally figuring it out. HAS A COUNTRY EVER HAD MORE BUYER’S REMORSE IN A PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION?

The unemployment rate continues to be over 9% and the underemployment is at 18.1%. Barack Obama is the first US President to reside over an economy that has had a downgrade of its credit rating.  Add one more notch to Obama’s belt … consumer confidence has dropped to the lowest level in three decades. Not since the Presidency and “MISERY” of  Jimmy Carter has the consumer confidence been so low.

Confidence among U.S. consumers plunged in August to the lowest level since May 1980, adding to concern that weak employment gains and volatility in the stock market will prompt households to retrench.

The Thomson Reuters/University of Michigan preliminary index of consumer sentiment slumped to 54.9 from 63.7 the prior month. The gauge was projected to decline to 62, according to the median forecast in a Bloomberg News survey.

The biggest one-week slump in stocks since 2008 and the threat of default on the nation’s debt may have exacerbated consumers’ concerns as unemployment hovers above 9 percent and companies are hesitant to hire. Rising pessimism poses a risk household spending will cool further, hindering a recovery that Federal Reserve policy makers said this week was already advancing “considerably slower” than projected.

According to a recent Gallup poll, only 8% of Americans think that the economy is good or excellent, while 55% believe its poor. It gets worse, or better if you are Barack Obama … 80% believe the US economy is getting worse, only 16% believe its getting better. That 16% either need their heads examined or root for the total destruction of America.

The numbers on the consumer sentiment index fell to 54.9 in early August, down from 63.7 in July, and the index has fallen for three straight months. Gallup has economic confidence at -56. Thanks Barack Obama.

Unemployment at 9.1 percent of the workforce, low wage rises, and the protracted debate in Congress over raising the U.S. government debt ceiling spooked consumers, survey director Richard Curtin said in a statement.

“Never before in the history of the surveys have so many consumers spontaneously mentioned negative aspects of the government’s role,” Curtin said.

“This was more than the simple recognition that traditional monetary and fiscal policy measures were largely spent. It was the realization that the government was unable or unwilling to act,” Curtin added.

Bad economic times were expected by 75 percent of all consumers in early August, just below the all-time peak of 82 percent in 1980. Buying plans for household durables and vehicles declined in early August, falling back to their recession level lows.

Barack Obama and his policies have crushed the spirit of Americans. According to a recent Rasmussen poll, only 32% say America’s best days are in the future. What inspiration Barack has given us. Is it any wonder why Obama has a -22% Rasmussen Presidential Index and an overall job approval rating of -6.3%.

As the Gateway Pundit states, its Barack Obama’s “MISSION ACCOMPLISHED”. 2012 can not get here fast enough. “We the People” need to take our country and future back in 2012 and throw this clown out of office in resounding and “landslideable” fashion.

Michelle Obama Spent 42 Days on Vacation This Year … Have You?

LET THEM EAT CAKE …

While many Americans find themselves out of work, underwater in their mortgage, or having economic trouble making ends meet … first lady Michelle Obama has spent 42 days on vacation this year, on the tax payers dime. This does not even count the 9 days that Michelle will spend on vacation in Martha’s Vineyard later this month. I guess this must be Michelle’s SACRIFICE and SKIN IN THE GAME that her husband Barack Obama refers to.

First Lady Michelle Obama over the last year has spent a total of 42 days on vacation, or a little more than one out of every nine days, according to a White House Dossier analysis of her travel.

Her vacations, the cost of which are mostly borne by taxpayers, include trips to Panama City, Fla., Martha’s Vineyard, Hawaii, South Africa, Latin America, Vail, Colo., and her visit this week to her brother in Corvallis, Ore. [...]

Taxpayers pick up most of the cost of transporting the first lady and her extensive entourage – including Secret Service and her staff – to her various destinations. While she may in some cases pay some of the tab for her personal expenses and travel, the amount is dwarfed by the overall cost to the public.

Why should Michelle Obama set an example for Americans and show any empathy for those in the US that are struggling?  After all she does the same thing when she tells others what to eat while doing much different for herself and Barack. As stated at Weasel Zippers, last year Queen Michelle spent 1 out of every 9 days on vacation, not counting the junkets to Ireland and Great Britain.

For Barack and Michelle who love to play class warfare, how do you think the common folk are going to react to doing without, while they pay for your vacations? The notion that these people do not comprehend that going on lavish vacations while Americans are struggling will be seen in a negative shows just how out of touch they truly are. I doubt whether this is the “hope & change” that people ever dreamed of.

Suspect Arrested and in Police Custody in Case of Missing 3 Year Old Breeann Rodriguez (UPDATE: Shawn Morgan Arrested, First Desgree Murder)

Three year old Breeann Rodriguez has been missing since Saturday, August 6, 2011; however, there has been a break in the case. According to Dunklin County police they have arrested a suspect in the little three year old’s disappearance.The unnamed suspect is from Senath; however, is not related to the family. He is being held Dunklin County Justice Center pending formal charges.

Missing: Breeann Rodriguez, Missing Exploited Children

Police in Dunklin County have a suspect in custody in the case of missing 3-year-old Breeann Rodriguez, and are set to hold a press conference at Noon in Kennett.

Police say the suspect is from the Senath or surrounding area and is not related to the family. The suspect is being held at the Dunklin County Justice Center pending formal charges. There is no more information on the identity of the suspect available. The man’s name is being withheld pending formal charges.

Police say even though a suspect is in custody, Breeann is still missing.

The Dunklin County Major Case Squad, Missouri State Highway Patrol, and the Missouri Department of Conservation are currently searching for the girl’s body and her bicycle in an undisclosed area in Dunklin County.

Breeann Rodriguez was last seen August 6, 2011 riding her pink bicycle in front of her home in nearby Senath. On Thursday of this week, two small bicycle training wheels were found in an area of “heavy brush” located approximately two miles away from Breeann’s home. The FBI said may have come from the Breeann’s bicycle.

According to authorities, they are searching for the girl’s body and her bicycle in an undisclosed area in Dunklin County. One has to wonder whether the police have been provided information from the suspect as to the whereabouts of Breeann’s body in lieu of a lesser charge for his cooperation?

Dunklin County Prosecutor’s Office said that they would not comment further and will release more information after the suspect is formally charged.

UPDATE I: 43 year old neighbor Shawn Morgan Arrested and charged with first degree murder.

Shawn Morgan, 43, of Ode Johnson Street in Senath, Mo., faces charges of first-degree murder, armed criminal action and tampering with physical evidence. Authorities said they believe Morgan suffocated Breeann, although as of Saturday evening, they were still searching for her body and her bicycle in an undisclosed part of the county.

18 Year Old US Ski Team member Robert “Sandy” Vietze Pisses on an 11 Year Old Girl Abord Jet Blue Flight (Update: Vietze Given the Boot from US Ski Team)

Not to make light of the following story because its as absurd and vile as ever seen … Robert “Sandy” Vietze just “PISSED” his Olympic dreams down the drain. Sadly and most pathetically, it wasn’t down the drain, it was on an 11 year old girl, sleeping on a plane.

Robert “Sandy” Vietze, a member of the US Ski Team, in a drunken stooper peed on an 11 year old girl while she slept aboard a Jet Blue flight. Making matters worse, if possible, he did not apologize. Who does this? Who is that drunk that you would actually piss on another individual? What a POS. This is what America has on its Olympic Ski team? Hopefully not much longer as this disgrace should be booted off the team immediately.  Vietze admitted to police that he had consumed eight alcoholic beverages before boarding JetBlue Flight 166.

The drunken JetBlue passenger who treated a sleeping 11-year-old girl like his personal potty is a member of the US Ski Team who refused to apologize yesterday for the high-altitude humiliation.

Robert “Sandy” Vietze, 18, is among the 75 most elite skiers in the nation — but he may have blown his chance to compete in the 2014 Winter Games in Russia.

His name was bumped from the team’s developmental roster yesterday afternoon, although officials refused to comment about his status.

The leaky loser expressed no remorse outside his family’s palatial Vermont home, where he ignored questions about the incident and showed no interest in apologizing to his victim.

Wait, the story gets even worse if possible. The dad of the young girl who Vietze pissed on as state 4 cancer. What kind of a miserable, entitled individual does not apologize? BUT WAIT, every one has seemed to have missed one fact due to the appalling nature of someone peeing on and 11 year old. HE ADMITTED TO HAVING 8 DRINKS! Um, he is 18 years old … who was serving a minor 8 drinks at the airport bar?

56 Year Old Daniel Torroll Music Teacher Arrested for Having Sex with Doll Outside Elementary School in Spring Hill, TN

SICK, SICK, SICK!!!

Daniel Torroll, a 56 year old music teacher was arrested by police for having sex with a child-like doll outside of an elementary school in Spring Hill, TN. WTF!!! The 56 year old perv was caught engaging in a lewd act on a two-foot-tall baby doll he had cut holes into on the property of the Allendale Elementary School on Prescott Way in Spring Hill.  Authorities charged him with public indecency, a misdemeanor, and ordered to stay off the school property. That’s it? Talk about your accidents waiting to happen.

Officers were called to Allendale Elementary School on Prescott Way in Spring Hill amid reports of a white male with a duffle bag under a bridge on school property.  The bridge provides access to the school from the main road.

Spring Hill police told Nashville’s News 2 the responding officer witnessed the man, identified as 56-year-old Daniel Torroll, performing sex acts on a child-like doll police later discovered he’d cut holes into.

The officer reported the man was naked and in a location where he could be seen by people driving up to the school.

Doesn’t this sound like the typical comment from a child sex predator? According to Torroll, he  claims he suffers from an attention deficit disorder which affects his inability to resist certain sexual impulses, though none of which involve children. IS ANY ONE BUYING THIS? I wonder how many of the parents or his students were aware of his disorder …

On his web site, which has since been taken down, although we have the CACHED VIEW, he claims to privately teach kids from the ages of 7 to 12. Um, parents you might want to start questioning your children as to any inappropriate behavior by this perv. Where there is smoke there is fire and a smell the cockroach principle for this cockroach. All too often with sex offenders, they offend many, many times before they are ever arrested.

On the Web site DannyTorroll.com, the Web site for the Danny Torroll Skool of Music and Art, Torroll says he teaches “eight very gifted students” ranging in age from seven to 12-years-old.

He describes the school as “an anomaly in the upper education platform for serious students of all instruments,” according to the site.

Torroll also claims to be an instructor at the Montessori School of Franklin, however the school said in a release, “Mr. Torroll is not and has never been an instructor at MSF.   Nor does he have a relationship of any kind with the school.   We have instructed Mr. Torroll to remove that statement from his Web site.”

A sex predator in waiting … Spring Hill, you have been warned, do not brush this aside until he acts on his urges and replaces the doll with a child. Seriously, its quite one thing for this perv to do this in his home, quite another in public. Obviously, he is escalating his perversion.

Obamacare: 11th Circuit Court of Appeals Strikes Down Obama’s Individual Mandate as Unconstitutional

INDIVIDUAL MANDATE OF OBAMACARE RULED UNCONSTITUTIONAL BY THE 11TH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS …

In the battle against Obamacare and its unconstitutionality, this is the big one. The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the individual mandate in Obamacare is unconstitutional. Twenty six states, that include Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming, are battling Barack Obama as to whether the US government has the right to force Americans to buy health care insurance.

Previously in January 2011, Judge Roger Vinson ruled on Obamacare and struck the entire law finding that the mandate could not be severed from the rest of the law. The 11th Circuit ruled that the mandate was unconstitutional, however, they did not throw out the entire law, finding that the mandate could be severed. This hardly makes sense with regards to severability.In any event, this is headed to the SCOTUS.

That last part makes little sense, since the law had no severability clause in it. Kill one part, you kill it all has been the theory. Kicking out the mandate but leaving the rest intact makes things even messier, in my opinion.

Le-gal In-sur-rec-tion has highlighted  many of the major points of the Court’s opinion.

We first conclude that the Act’s Medicaid expansion is constitutional. Existing Supreme Court precedent does not establish that Congress’s inducements are unconstitutionally coercive, especially when the federal government will bear nearly all the costs of the program’s amplified enrollments.

Next, the individual mandate was enacted as a regulatory penalty, not a revenue-raising tax, and cannot be sustained as an exercise of Congress’s power under the Taxing and Spending Clause. The mandate is denominated as a penalty in the Act itself, and the legislative history and relevant case law confirm this reading of its function.

Further, the individual mandate exceeds Congress’s enumerated commerce power and is unconstitutional. This economic mandate represents a wholly novel and potentially unbounded assertion of congressional authority: the ability to compel Americans to purchase an expensive health insurance product they have elected not to buy, and to make them re-purchase that insurance product every month for their entire lives. [...]

Obviously, Obamacare is headed to the US Supreme Court and most likely right before the 2012 Presidential election. This will be disastrous for Democrats and Obama reelection bid in 2012. Democrats ran from the Obamacare issue in the  2010 midterm elections as no Democrats wanted to embrace the fact that they rammed government sponsored healthcare down the throats of Americans and signed into law with no GOP votes a law that forced Americans to buy healthcare. Obamacare is hated by the American people and an overwhelming majority want it repealed. Presently, the polls at Real Clear Politics have only 38.8% in favor and 50.6% opposed. Good luck to Democrats dealing with this headache during the 2012 elections, a situation that they brought about themselves by going against the will of the American people. There will be retribution by We the People in 2012.

As reported at the Gateway Pundit via the AP, the White House disagrees with the 11th Circuit court’s decision. That’s it Barack, you keep touting Obamacare, you run on that in 2012, I am sure the American people will embrace it.

Obama adviser Stephanie Cutter says the White House strongly disagrees with an appeals court ruling Friday that struck down the insurance requirement at the center of a law.

She says the White House is confident that ruling will not stand.

BREAKING NEWS: Casey Anthony Ordered Back to Orlando for Probation!

In a document filed today, Judge Belvin Perry has ordered Casey Anthony back to Orlando to serve her year of probation in the check fraud case. Anthony must report to the Department of Corrections by Friday, August 26 for probation.

Regarding the Defense Attorney:

Perry goes on to scold Anthony’s defense attorney, Jose Baez. Perry writes that Baez had a duty to intervene when it was apparent his client’s sentence was not being imposed according to the judge’s orders.

Casey Anthony has been hiding out since her release. The last known location was in Ohio when TMZ posted photos of her.

Robyn Gardner Missing in Aruba … Suspect & Travel Companion Gary Giordano Remains Quiet … Email Account Active?

Robyn Gardner has been missing in Aruba since August 2, 2011. There has been no contact from the missing woman since the missing American tourist in America was reported missing. According to her travel companion Gary Giordano she vanished while the two were snorkeling at the Nanki Country Club in southern Aruba. However, Aruba LE have stated that his stories have been inconsistent.

We had an opportunity to get the scoop from Jossy Mansur, the Managing Editor of Diario – Aruba with regards to the case of missing Robyn Gardner. Jossy took the time to share the following information that he learned after discussing the missing persons case with Aruba AG Taco Stein.

He explained that the American Tourist, Robeyn Gardner, disappeared between Baby Beach and Rodgers Beach, which is the part behind Nanki Club.

According to Stein, the detention of Gary Giordano ends Monday and after that he will have to present himself before the Judge of Instructions, where it will be determined whether he will have to stay 8 more days in preventive detention.
Stein could not give more details of the case so as not to obstruct the investigation going on, but until he spoke to the DIARIO he indicated that no new evidence has come forward. If and when that happens, it will be given out in a press release by the Prosecution.

As for the way Giordano was detained at the airport, he explained that since he offered to stay voluntarily in Aruba, the authorities did not tell him to stay. He explained that when the call came in that the woman was missing they saw no need to treat him as a suspect. It was afterwards, when they evaluated the case better, that they decided it was best to detain him as a suspect. By then, Giordano had gone to the airport to abandon Aruba and was arrested before he could leave.

Stein as asked by the DIARIO if the possibility existed that the body could have been dragged far away from the place by the currents, but experts indicated that on the day of the incident, the current was not strong.
