Barack Obama, Clueless About Jobs and Just Plain Clueless

IT’S STILL ABOUT THE ECONOMY STUPID!

Why is it that President Barack Obama and his minions just can’t seem to comprehend that his entire reelection is based on the economy and whether people are working? How could the Obama Administration continue to be so obtuse when it comes to the economy and jobs? It is as if they actually do not want to create jobs, if one did not know any better. June’s increase of the unemployment rate to 9.2% and a pathetic 18,000 jobs created is a complete embarrassment. Or, at least it should be. However, sadly for the United States Barack Obama and his peeps have been clueless from the outset and continue to spew their BS. Following the terrible job numbers, Obama mouth piece Jay Carner continued to insult the common sense of Americans.

Responding to the Friday jobs report, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney doubled down on Plouffe’s analysis: “Most people do not sit around the kitchen table and analyze GDP and unemployment numbers. They talk about how they feel, their own economic situation . . . whether they’re making their house payments.”

With the rate of foreclosures continuing to climb on Obama’s watch, maybe “house payments” isn’t the best metric.

But his naive logic shouldn’t surprise.

It’s been clear from Day One that this White House is clueless when it comes to the economy

According to the Rasmussen report, following the terrible job numbers on Friday where unemployment went up to 9.2%, consumer confidence has fallen to a near two year low.

The Rasmussen Consumer Index, which measures the economic confidence of consumers on a daily basis, fell two-and-a-half points on Saturday to 68.6. That’s the lowest level of confidence measured since July 24, 2009. Consumer confidence is down two points from a week ago, six points from a month ago and eight points from three months ago.

Make no mistake about it, the American voters will remember that Obama said that the $878 billion stimulus would keep unemployment below 8% and that then Democrat Speaker of the House Pelosi said that Obamacare would create 400,000 jobs instantly. Come 2012 there will be a reckoning and Democrats are going to pay an even steeper price than they did in the 2010 midterms.

What a scam at the tax payers expense!!!

It would appear upon further investigation, 90% of President Barack Obama’s travel has been in part political and campaigning. However, because Obama does a little official business along the way, We the People get to foot the bill. What a bunch of bunk and not just because Obama is doing it; however, as stated by the Lonely Conservative, Obama just seems to take the abuse to new levels.

Since returning from vacation in Hawaii Jan. 4, Obama has embarked on 25 domestic trips involving use of Air Force One. Of the total, 22 have involved either a fundraiser, travel to a presidential battleground state, or both.

Obama has traveled to 2012 campaign battleground states 16 times, hitting key states like Indiana, Iowa, North Carolina, Michgan and Wisconsin and landing multiple times in Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio, electoral vote-rich states he needs to win.

Of the 11 excursions Obama has made that included a fundraiser, nine have also featured an “official” event, which helps the Obama campaign stick more of the bill to taxpayers. While it is impossible to prove that the official events were solely created to defray campaign travel costs, it is widely assumed  that this White House and those that preceded it map official travel at least in part to mitigate the cost of jetting around the country to raise money and campaign.

The most egregious of these kinds of voyages appears to have occurred on April 27, when Obama and the first lady jetted to Chicago to tape the Oprah Winfrey show, and then the president flew on to New York for fundraisers. Mrs. Obama flew directly back to Washington, creating an expense for taxpayers instead of for Mrs. Winfrey, who presumably could have flown to the White House to tape the interview.

Sorry, but whether there is a Democrat or Republican in the White House, Air Force One and the American tax payers should not be exploited by any President. The American public should not have to pay for any President doing fundraisers. Why can’t it be like any corporate expense account, it should be determined what percentage of the trip was actual official business and what was fund raiser or bolstering a candidate. What ever is deemed partisan political campaigning must be repaid by the Democrat or Republican campaign fund. PERIOD!

3 Year Old Amish Girl Killed as Tractor Tailer Crashes into Buggy in Hopkinsville, KY … Driver Mark Bohms Charged with Murder & DUI

Terrible story out of Hopkinsville, Kentucky …

52 year old Mark Bohms, is being held at the Christian County Jail after the tractor trailer he was driving crashed into a horse drawn buggy, killing a young Amish girl and injuring three members of her family. A 3 year old little girl is dead and the buggy was literally flattened as the other injured were flown to Vanderbilt Medical Center. The accident took place on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville, KY.  Bohms is being held for murder, operating a vehicle under the influence, criminal mischief and three counts of assault.

The accident occurred at 8:30 p.m. in the northbound lanes between Interstate 24 and Crenshaw Boulevard, which is the entrance to the Wal-Mart Distribution Center.

The tractor-trailer, driven by Bohms, was behind the buggy, driven by Abram Smoker, 58, of Herndon, in the right lane, said Hopkinsville Police Department spokesman Paul Ray.

Bohms attempted to move into the left lane but could not shift over soon enough to avoid hitting the buggy. Barber Smoker, 3, was pronounced dead at the scene, Ray said.

Mark Bohms is presently in the Christian County Jail.

Dennis Miller in the Bill O’Reilly “No-Spin Zone” Discussing the Casey Anthony Verdict … Jury of her Peers … “They Found 12 Other Morons”

There is outrage in the case of the Casey Anthony murder verdict because the decision by the 12 Pinellas County jurors defies all logic and understanding. The fact that the jury got out of Dodge and was whisked away from Orlando, Florida following the verdict is quite telling.

Dennis Miller on Bill O’Reilly’s “No Spin Zone” said exactly what most in the MSM wanted to say but felt compelled not to. Sorry, but even the defense team of Jose Baez and Cheney Mason were shocked by this verdict and must have thought to themselves … “they bought it”?

Dennis Miller went on to say in his analysis, “Well, I think the system held up in one regard. You are guaranteed a jury of your peers and she is a moron and they found 2 other morons to form a  Morons Baker’s dozen down there …

I would have stopped it when they said a 2 year old was lost and she waited 30 days to call the cops. I would have just thrown my flag and said guilty. I don’t even to know what the rest of it is, give her some time. Because any one that waits beyond 30 minutes, much less 30 days is guilty of something … Something is rotten is Denmark”.“. Actually, something was rotten in Orlando.

Bill and Dennis are basically of the opinion, that reasonable doubt has been replaced with “silly certitude”. Make the crime so unheard of, so insane and so beyond the pale that an average citizen could never do such a thing. This jury could not believe that Casey Anthony could do something unfathomable. The idea that this jury could not hold Casey Anthony accountable for this crime speaks to the fact that Casey Anthony has never been held accountable for anything in her life. A jury jury allowed a sociopath to get away with murder and all they saw was a young, attractive mother who people said was a good mom because she fed her child.

One has to wonder how a jury can deduct that a little 2 year old could wind up in a swamp, in a plastic bag with duct tape on her face as Casey Anthony lives the “la Bella Vita” clubbing, drinking and sexing with her friends and that translates to drowning in a pool and an acquittal. This jury allowed a 2 year old baby to never have justice, they could not even figure out who Caylee’s primary care giver was. If they felt so strongly that death was not the proper punishment, there was always “aggravated manslaughter” or “aggravated child abuse”. This was not a life or walk proposition. Instead the jurors such as juror #3 want to save face and find solace in their decision to say we did not  find her innocent. I beg to differ … Casey Anthony gets out next Sunday, you most certainly did find her innocent.

To the Casey Anthony murder trial jurors, take a good look below to who you decided to not provide justice for. You can be sick yo your stomach all you want, not half as sick as people who watched the same evidence that was presented to you and know that justice was not served and you blew it.

Paradigm Talent Agency Decides Not to Represent Casey Anthony Lawyer Jose Baez … Casey Anthony Cashing In Too?

BECOMING FAMOUS AND RICH MIGHT NOT BE AS EASY AS JOSE BAEZ THINKS …

Paradigm Talent Agency has done a reversal of fortune and has decided not to represent acquitted murderer Casey Anthony lawyer Jose Baez. Earlier in the day, Paradigm had signed Jose Baez to representation. Not so fast and “NO SOUP FOR YOU” Jose Baez … the talent agency has reversed their earlier decision. Paradigm has reversed their earlier decision and have gone on to say that we have no intention of ever representing Casey Antony.

So what caused the about face? Was it the phone calls and emails they received outraged that they would represent an individual where all polls show that America believed her to be guilty of murdering her 2 year old daughter Caylee Anthony?

Could it have been that individuals contacted others who are already represented by Paradigm? They say that there are 7 degrees of separation; however, I believe in this day and age it is down to 3 to 4. Were those in music, movie, TV and News represented by Paradigm contacted by the outraged public by email, Facebook, tweets of their displeasure? Or was it as some have speculated, those in the News that were snubbed by Jose Baez for his first exclusive interview told Paradigm, it’s Baez or me. Let’s face it, Jose Baez is a flash in the pan while others represented by the Paradigm Talent Agency are giants in their industries.

Betty Ford, Former First Lady Dead at the Age of 93 … Rest in Peace

Betty Ford, the former first lady and the wife of President Gerald Ford, has passed away at the age of  93.  With her family at her bedside, Betty Ford died Friday at the Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, CA. She was the founder of the Betty Ford Center for substance abuse and drug addiction. Ford will also be known as an advocate of woman’s rights and health. It was  Betty Ford who brought breast cancer to the fore-front, center issue as she increased the visibility of the disease which gave rise to many woman getting breast screenings. It know it made a difference with many in my family, including my mom.

Betty Ford, wife of former President Gerald Ford and the founder of the Betty Ford Center for substance abuse and addiction, has died at age 93.

In public, she was one of the most visible and outspoken first ladies in history. In private, she triumphed over serious personal adversity.

She was married to Gerald Ford for 58 years. Shortly after becoming president in 1974, Ford said, “I am indebted to no man and to only one woman, my dear wife.”

From the Lonely Conservative comes some some heart felt comments that ring very true. Betty Ford’s battles with breast cancer and substance abuse made her human and like us, not just a typical first lady that is put on a pedestal.   We do not always have to agree with one’s politics to know and understand that what some do during their lives should be celebrated and make such a huge difference for people years to come. What we do in life echos an eternity.

President Barack Obama remembered the former first lady as a “powerful advocate for women’s health and women’s rights” and someone who “helped reduce the social stigma surrounding addiction.” His predecessor, George W. Bush, added that “because of her leadership, many lives were saved.”

Some of the many others offering praise and sympathy included Nancy Reagan (calling Ford “an inspiration), and former presidents George H. W. Rascal Flatts Sings a Tribute to Caylee … Caylee Anthony Song … Goin Places

I have always been a huge Rascal Flatts fan and now I know why. The Country super stars have put out a tribute to Caylee Anthony, the little two year old girl who was murdered, her mouth duct taped, double bagged and thrown in a swamp like trash. The individual responsible was some how found “not guilty” by 12 jurors who have to be the most out to lunch group of people ever assembled in one deliberation room.

However, Caylee Anthony is loved by all and she’s America’s little girl. It must be difficult for the narcissist Casey Anthony that it is her daughter who still gets all the attention and is loved by a nation. Take a listen to Rascal Flatts tribute to Little Caylee, “Going Places” … its a tear jerker.

“Just a baby barely two-years-old.  A story that shouldn’t have to be told.  See that little girl with big brown eyes.  Stole our hearts and touched our lives,” and then addresses her hopes and dreams with: “She wanted to learn to play guitar.  Be a ballerina or movie star.  She could have gone so far.”

It is too bad that the jury of 12, or the Ship of Fools as many refer to them as could npt have kept the perspective of what this case was about … the murder of a two year old who was too young in life for her life to be taken.

In light of the controversial acquittal of Casey Anthony, who was accused of killing her adorable 2-year-old daughter Caylee, Rascal Flatts‘ lead singer, Gary LeVox, co-penned a tribute song called ‘She’s Going Places’ to the little girl.

Country parody singer Cledus T Judd got serious, along with Jimmy Yeary, to co-write this piano-driven ballad. A Nashville demo singer also contributes vocals to the song. Country station KICKS 105 alerted us to the song, which the artists hope will spread virally.

TSA Agent Bagged, Stole $50k in Goods After iPad Found in Pants

Who should be frisking who? Well, well, well, isn’t this rather ironic.

A TSA agent, Nelson Santiago, has been busted for for stealing $50,000 worth of electronics from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Get this, he found found with an iPad in his pants. I guess it is the TSA agents who need to be groped and padded down, not the airport passenger.

While most Transportation Security Administration employees are busy groping people or taking naked pictures of them, the cops say one of those employees was putting fliers’ electronics down his pants.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office says 30-year-old Nelson Santiago stole around $50,000 worth of electronics over the past six months from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport’s Terminal 1.

Santiago — a TSA officer since 2009 — was caught earlier this week by a Continental Airlines employee taking an iPad out of someone’s luggage and stuffing it into his pants, the cops say.

OBAMANOMICS … Unemployment Rate up to 9.2% for June 2011, Only 18,000 Jobs Created

UNEMPLOYMENT RATE FOR JUNE 2011 … 9.2%, ONLY 18,000 JOBS CREATED!

Welcome to the failed economic policies of Barack Obama … the US added 18,000 jobs in June 2011. The unemployment rate for June 2011 went up .01% to 9.2%. OUCH!!! Take a look at the dismal unemployment numbers from the DOL. The unemployment rate is headed in the wrong direction and President Obama and Democrats talk about tax increases. Really?

Nonfarm payroll employment was essentially unchanged in June (+18,000), and the
unemployment rate was little changed at 9.2 percent, the U.S. Bureau of Labor
Statistics reported today. Employment in most major private-sector industries
changed little over the month. Government employment continued to trend down.

Household Survey Data

The number of unemployed persons (14.1 million) and the unemployment rate (9.2
percent) were essentially unchanged over the month. Since March, the number of
unemployed persons has increased by 545,000, and the unemployment rate has
risen by 0.4 percentage point. The labor force, at 153.4 million, changed
little over the month. (See table A-1.)

Among the major worker groups, the unemployment rates for adult men (9.1 percent),
adult women (8.0 percent), teenagers (24.5 percent), whites (8.1 percent), blacks
(16.2 percent), and Hispanics (11.6 percent) showed little or no change in June.
The jobless rate for Asians was 6.8 percent, not seasonally adjusted. (See tables
A-1, A-2, and A-3.)

Is it any wonder why just the other day Senior Obama political adviser Plouffe made the comment that the people will not vote based on the unemployment rate, trying to spin in advance these terrible economic numbers.  It’s time for all to admit that Barack Obama’s policies on the economy are a complete failure.
