This morning on Fox News Sunday, Liz Cheney states the obvious and can explain why President Barack Obama finds himself with a 42% approval rating. Barack Obama is out of step with America and what he is presenting to the American people, is not capitalism.”

This president is completely out of step with history and out of step where most American people are. he does not fundamentally believe that the private sector creates jobs.

He [Obama] doesn’t think that he ought to be able to keep more than  he needs from the government. The notion that the government some how decides what the American people needs and ought to be able to keep is not any type of recipe for economic hep and certainly is not capitalism.

It’s about time that Hanoi Jane understands that there are consequences to one’s actions.This delusional lib actually thinks that she can be allowed to use her First Amendment rights of freedom of speech to write a book; however, others are not allowed their freedom of speech to protest and denounce the same said book.  Jane Fonda actually is whining (link is to Fonda’s liberal blog) over people protesting her book and her shilling it on QVC? Seriously? This from the woman, better known as Hanoi Jane, who sided with the enemy during the Vietnam War. How ironic that the leftist, pinko is now trying to make $’s using the capitalist system of QVC to sell books. Imagine taking pics with the very people who were shooting down American service men in Vietnam and some who this clown thinks she has never done anything against her country.

I was to have been on QVC today to introduce my book, “Prime Time,” about aging and the life cycle. The network said they got a lot of calls yesterday criticizing me for my opposition to the Vietnam War and threatening to boycott the show if I was allowed to appear. I am, to say the least, deeply disappointed that QVC caved to this kind of insane pressure by some well funded and organized political extremist groups.

Bottom line, this has gone on far too long, this spreading of lies about me! None of it is true. NONE OF IT! I love my country. I have never done anything to hurt my country or the men and women who have fought and continue to fight for us.

Really Jane? Because the picture above of you with the enemy didn’t hurt the United States or the soldiers fighting for this country or those being held in POW camps. You just go on believing that lie. As stated at Jammie Wearing Fool, all one has to do is a simple Google search to find Fonda’s long record of treason.

A note to Jane Velez Mitchell, it is not unfortunate that the crowd yelled, “killer, killer”. That was there right to freedom of speech endowed by their Creator. These people peacefully protested this miscarriage of justice. They were also their top protest any media outset that would be stupid enough to do business with Casey Anthony. Businesses, organizations and the media will be boycotted if they give blood money to Casey. JVM, what is unfortunate is that Caylee Anthony is dead with no justice and even more so, the unfortunate and misguided verdict by a jury who just either did not get it or did not care. THAT IS UNFORTUNATE!

Gallup Poll: President Barack Obama Down to 42% Approval Rating

GALLUP POLL: 42% Approval Rating!

President Barack Obama is watching his presidency and reelection bid crumble before his very eyes. His handling of the economy has been nothing short of a disaster. Obama promised jobs and he come through with butkis. In fact, the unemployment rate has been increasing. Obama had no problem wasting America’s time passing Obamacare; however, when it came time for job creations … Obama has been an unmitigated disaster.

Enter the debt ceiling debates and President Obama showing his true liberal colors and trying to scare old people by saying that he was not certain whether social security checks would go out. How sad that Obama would turn to the oldest game in the Democrat playbook, scaring old people.

The result is that in the latest Gallup poll, Barack Obama has a 42% approval rating, while 50% disapprove. Hey Barack, you’ve come a long way baby from the 2008 Presidential election where you won with 53% of the vote.  Who really believes that after Obama’s first four years in office, anyone is going to vote for him again in 2012 like they did the first time around? “Hope & Change” has been replaced with a track record of failure.

Turnabout Gets You Arrested … Yukari Mihamae Gropes TSA Agent’s Breast at Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport Security Checkpoint

It turns out when dealing with the TSA, turnabout is not fair play … it gets one arrested.

61 year old Yukari Mihamae has been arrested and charged with one count of  felony sexual abuse for grabbing the breast of a female TSA agent at Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport security check point. Oh the irony. But of course it is perfectly ok for a TSA agent to fondle and grope the breasts and crotches of airport passengers. It’s even ok for TSA agent to grope 6 year old little girls. But when the tables are turned, they arrest the individual. Any one seeing the double standard here?

But now, a Colorado woman is accused of putting her hands on a TSA agent at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix.

Court records show 61-year-old Yukari Mihamae grabbed the left breast of the female agent Thursday at the Terminal 4 checkpoint.

Police say she squeezed and twisted the agent’s breast with both hands.

Officers say Mihamae admitted to the crime.

Supposedly the TSA is supposed to make changes to the way children are searched; however, the jury is still out as to whether that is just lip service.

No felony charges will be filed against the Colorado woman who allegedly sexually assaulted a Transportation Security Administration agent in Phoenix.

On Tuesday the Maricopa County district attorney decided to turn the case of Yukari Miyamae, 61, of Longmont over to city prosecutors. She could still be charged with a misdemeanor.

Diner Owner in New Jersey May Be Fined for Flying Multiple American Flags

Only in America is one allowed to burn the American flag; however, if you display multiple American flags on a string, that is a punishable offense. What has this country come to?

The owner of the Four Seasons Diner of Middle Township, New Jersey was told by the township recently to remove his American flags which are hung by a string or face a $1000 fine. What exactly is the difference between flying the American flag, or flying multiple American flags on a string? The owner is originally from Greece and is simply showing his patriotism and thanks to a country that has afforded him opportunities. I guess the folks in Middle Township, NJ don’t have any kid lemonade stands to harass.

The township has an ordinance prohibiting any stringed banners. However, they also say the American flag may be flown or displayed without limitation. The owner, originally from Greece, said he would go to jail for the American flag.

Barack Obama Healthcare Waiverpalooza … ObamaCare Waivers Total Nears 1,500

If Obamacare is such a great health care plan for America, why does Barack Obama keep allowing waivers to be granted by the Health and Human Services Department? The “waiverpalooza” is nearing 1500. Each waiver granted just proves how much of a failure  Obamacare truly was. How can Barack Obama praise his government take over of health care and forcing people to purchase insurance, when he continually gives waivers?

The Health and Human Services Department granted 39 new waivers last month from part of the healthcare law, bringing the total to just shy of 1,500.

In September, HHS will stop the process of granting a new batch of one-year waivers at the end of each month. Companies have until Sept. 22 to file their initial application for a one-year reprieve and seek an extension to carry them through the next three years.

Department officials said they decided on the September cutoff because, by then, every company that thinks it needs a waiver would have had time to apply. The comparatively low number of approvals in June may back up that explanation. The 39 new waivers granted last month bring the total to 1,471.

Long after Obamacare was forced down the throats of Americans by a partisan Democrat vote, 53% of Americans believe the law should be repealed.  As stated at the Gatway Pundit, Senator Barrasso (R-WY) is going to introduce a bill that will allow all Americans to apply for Obamacare waivers. Why not, why should waiver only be allowed for some? This is still America, isn’t it?

Make no mistake about it, Obmacare will be a huge campaign issue in the 2012 elections, Obama and the Democrats find themselves once again on the wrong side of the issue with We the People.

Americans Brighter Than Obama & Democrats … 67% of Americans Oppose Upcoming Ban on Traditional Light Bulbs

Just this week, Democrats blocked the repeal of the  light bulb ban.  Just yet another position by Democrats and the President that goes against the will of the people. According to a recent Rasmussen poll, 67% of Americans oppose the ban of traditional incandescent light bulbs. Only 20% believe that the bulbs should be banned.

One-in-five Americans (20%) say they or someone they know has bought large quantities of traditional light bulbs to use when those bulbs disappear off store shelves next year under new federal light bulb regulations.

Such a decision to lose jobs to China and move to dim watted bulbs is the height of brilliance from President Barack Obama and the Democrat party. An amendment from Rep. Michael Burgess (R-Texas) defunding the Energy Department’s standards for traditional incandescent light bulbs to be 30 percent more energy efficient starting next year was approved rather anticlimactically by voice vote.

The Obama White House has been caught in a bold face lie. Despite their repeated denials that Obama’s White House had a war on FOX News and was trying to freeze them out of media access, White House emails obtained by Judicial Watch show that the WH had an anti-Fox News bias agenda.Isn’t it special that we are presented with a Presidential Administration that does not believe in the First Amendment and Freedom of the Press? How small is this White House that would act in such a childish, petty and media agenda driven manner?

Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that it has uncovered documents from the Obama Department of Treasury showing that the Obama administration, contrary to its repeated denials, attempted to exclude the Fox News Channel (FNC) from a round of interviews with Treasury’s “Executive Pay Czar” Kenneth Feinberg. The documents, which include email exchanges within the Department of the Treasury and between Treasury and White House staff, also provide colorful evidence of an anti-Fox News bias within the Obama White House.

The documents, obtained last week by Judicial Watch pursuant to an October, 28, 2009, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, concern a series of interviews with Feinberg, who served as the Special Master for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) Executive Compensation, on October 22, 2009, organized by the Treasury Department. According to press reports, the Fox News Channel was specifically excluded from joining the pool of reporters which precipitated a backlash among the networks and a reversal by the Obama Treasury Department.

As the Gateway Pundit points out, documents obtained by Judicial Watch show that an Obama White House staffer threatened to stuff dead fish in the FOX News cubby.

However, despite this public position, internal Obama administration emails obtained by Judicial Watch provide evidence that FNC was specifically singled out for exclusion. According to one October 22, 2009, email exchange between Dag Vega, Director of Broadcast Media on the White House staff, to Jenni LeCompte, then-Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs in the Treasury Department, Vega informs LeCompte that “…we’d prefer if you skip Fox please.”

Regarding general anti-FNC bias within the Obama White House in an October 23, 2009, email exchange between Jennifer Psaki, Deputy White House Communications Director and LeCompte, Psaki writes, “I am putting some dead fish in the fox cubby – just cause”. In an email on the night of October 22, 2009, commenting on a report by Fox News Channel anchor Bret Baier noting the exclusion of the network from the pool, Psaki writes to Compte and fellow White House colleagues, “…brett baier just did a stupid piece on it — but he is a lunatic”.

Looks like the Obama White House got caught doing business, the Chicago way.
