Only found guilty of the 4 counts of lying to an officer. Will end up with a maximum of 4 years less I’m sure time served.

It is my opinion that Justice for Caylee was not served today I’m at a loss for words.

Indiana Police Find Female Body in Creek … Is it Missing IU Student Lauren Spierer

20 year old Indiana University student Lauren Spierer has been missing since June 3, 2011. However, there is breaking news in the case.

A body of a decomposed female was found Sunday recovered from Fall Creek on the northeast side of Indianapolis by authorities there. Could it be missing Lauren Spierer?  She was last seen about 4:30 am. June 3 walking alone toward her downtown Bloomington, Indiana apartment building after a night of partying with friends.

Investigators are awaiting forensic evidence to come back that will help them determine whether a decomposing body found in a creek Monday is that of missing Lauren Spierer. An autopsy will be performed on Tuesday, according to reports.

Investigators in the case of a missing Indiana University student hope forensic evidence will help them determine whether a decomposing body found in a creek Monday north of Indianapolis is connected with the disappearance of Lauren Spierer.

Bloomington police are in contact with the Indianapolis Metropolitan police, the agency that recovered the body, but there is not enough information for police to “determine the identity or a basic description of the body,” Lt. William Parker said in a statement.

From the Weekly Standard comes the following that Obama did not want “We the People” to see … Obama releases quarterly report On his ill-fated stimulus bill that shows that each jobs cost taxpayers $278,000. What a shock that Obama would want to release this under the cloak of a holiday. As Weasel Zippers states, “loose lips sink wannabe dictatorships”.

The report was written by the White House’s Council of Economic Advisors, a group of three economists who were all handpicked by Obama, and it chronicles the alleged success of the “stimulus” in adding or saving jobs. The council reports that, using “mainstream estimates of economic multipliers for the effects of fiscal stimulus” (which it describes as a “natural way to estimate the effects of” the legislation), the “stimulus” has added or saved just under 2.4 million jobs — whether private or public — at a cost (to date) of $666 billion. That’s a cost to taxpayers of $278,000 per job.

In other words, the government could simply have cut a $100,000 check to everyone whose employment was allegedly made possible by the “stimulus,” and taxpayers would have come out $427 billion ahead.

As further emphasized by Doug Ross, “it turns out that the Obama administration could have written a $100,000 check to each person whose employment was allegedly saved by the “Stimulus” and saved $427 billion”. Thanks Barack Obama, your stimulus was a complete and utter failure and further added to the debt.

This country fought a war of independence from tyranny and oppressive government rule. Tyranny comes in all forms and the losing of your God given rights is one of them. Never forget that.

Never more than since the birth of our great nation has the notion of “WE THE PEOPLE” been more important. For years we have allowed government to usurp their authority and take away our liberties. However, on this 4th of July I would like all to think about this great land and what made it great. America fights a war on terror for a reason. We the People want to protect our borders and our rule of law for a reason. We the People seek life liberty and the pursuit of happiness for a reason.

Casey Anthony Murder Trial: With Closing Statements on Sunday, Will Defense Atty Jose Baez Get Texted What to Say There as Well?

What ever happened to turning your cell phones and blackberries off during a trial?

It would appear that lead defense attorney Jose Baez did not get that memo. Check out the video below from Friday during the State’s rebuttal when the Gentiva supervisor Debbie Polisano was on the witness stand. You can obviously see Jose Baez bring his blackberry, iPhone or Droid to the podium and look down at it as he asks questions. Since when is such a thing allowed? Its one thing to get texted if you are at the Defense table, but while questioning a witness, getting prompted by outside help. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How did Judge Perry allow this to occur in a court of law? I felt like a was watching the squeal to “Runaway Jury”.

So who was texting Jose Baez questions to ask, defense counsel Ann Finnel, Geraldo Rivera, LKB? Or maybe it was Anthony Weiner sending Baez pics.

However, to no avail Baez could do nothing with any of the GENTIVA folks. During Debbie Polisano’s testimony, she buried Cindy Anthony’s testimony of making the searches at home while her time card says she was at work.

It’s pretty obvious that Cindy Anthony perjured herself when stating that she did the many searches on the home computer when she at Gentiva at the same time working. Game, Set, Match.

One thing is for certain, there will be no one texting Jose Baez when he makes closing statements tomorrow and no one to help Casey Anthony from from the facts of the case, the forensic & computer evidence and the actions of Casey of 31 days as her daughter Caylee was thrown in the swamp like trash.

AMBER ALERT: Four month old Katherine Phillips Missing Since 6/29/2011 in Ludington, Mich … Believed Abducted Sean Phillips

Four month old Katherine Phillips has been missing since Wednesday afternoon, June 29, 2011. The Ludington Police Department  believe that the baby was taken by 21 year old Sean Phillips, but so far he is not talking. Sean Phillips had an argument with baby Kate’s mother, Ariel Courtland, outside her Ludington home around 1 pm. on Wednesday. When Ariel Courtland went inside to get something, Sean Phillips left with Katherine. Katherine Phillips last was seen wearing pink shorts and a matching pink tank top with black and pink flowers.

Presently, Sean Phillips is in in jail, charged with kidnapping. He is being held on a $500,000 bond.  The Amber Alert remains in effect for Katherine.

Police are asking for volunteers to help with the search.

Today volunteers joined the search for the infant which is now focused in an area between US 31, Fountain Road, Amber Road and Dewey Road.

Anyone interested and available in helping in the search for Katherine Phillips should go to the Ludington City Hall at 400 S. Harrison.  Each volunteer will be given a copy of an informational flyer and asked to go to a local store/business and ask permission to stand in front of that business and ask customers to contact Mason-Oceana 911 at 231-869-5858 or to contact Silent Observer at 888-STOP CRIME (888-786-7274) with any information connected to either Katherine Phillips or Sean Phillips.

Anyone with information on Sean Phillips or Katherine is asked to call 911, or Ludington Police at (231) 843-3425.

UPDATE I: Pink outfit worn by Katherine Phillips when missing found by Police. Authorities have not stated where they found the clothing. is it really plausible that Sean Phillips could have done the unthinkable to baby Kate, or is it more likely that maybe he gave her to a family member or friend? How does a father kill his precious child?

The pink outfit worn by Katherine Phillips on the day she was reported missing was found, but Katherine is still missing according to Ludington Police.

Ludington Police held a news conference Saturday to talk about the search for Katherine Phillips, or baby Kate as some residents have called her.

Police released few new details at Saturday’s press conference. Police didn’t disclose where the baby’s clothing was found.
