President Obama’s Senior Political Adviser David Plouffe Says, “People Won’t Vote in 2012 Based on the Unemployment Rate”

Talk about wishful thinking and completely out of touch with America … More Obamanomics.

What does top Obama peep say when the President’s stimulus plan has failed and his efforts to create jobs have been a failure? Why the unemployment rate does not matter of course.So does this mean that Obama will have bumper stickers in 2012 that say, “Unemployment rate doesn’t matter … Vote Obama”

David Plouffe, President Barack Obama senior political adviser seems to have the philosophy that it’s NOT about the economy, stupid. He stated that in the 2012 Presidential election that people will not vote based on the unemployment rate. REALLY, WANNA BET? What world do these people live in? Plouffe seems to think that Barack Obama will win reelection with an unemployment rate over 8%.

Plouffe should probably hope that’s the case, since dismal job figures aren’t expected to get any better for Obama and the economy on Friday.

Most economists expect a report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics to show that the nation added about 100,000 jobs in June. That’s not enough to keep up with population growth, let alone lower the unemployment rate or make a dent in the 9 million jobs lost during the so called Great Recession.

An Obama reelection, really? Not only is the US unemployment rate is at 9.1%, also only 28% believe that the country is headed in the right direction, while 63% think we are headed on the wrong track. Also, the albatross of Obamacare still weighs as an anchor around Barack Obama as only 38% are in favor while 50% oppose. Who exactly does Plouffe thinks makes up the unemployment rate, but people?

What a gaffe by Obama’s top political adviser, way to ingratiate yourself to the 14+ million people that are out of work and the others that have taken a lesser job to put food on the table. Barack Obama was elected to fix the economy, or so he claimed. In poll after poll, the economy is rated as the number one issue on the minds of Americans and we are presented with the Obama Administration saying that the unemployment rate means little.

“People Won’t Vote in 2012 Based on the Unemployment Rate” … coming soon to a GOP political ad in 2012. A note to David Plouffe, Obama and the rest … to borrow a line from VP Biden, “the economy is a big F’n deal”.

What Are the Odds … Lightening Strikes Tree at Caylee Anthony Memorial Sight on Day Casey Sentenced & to be Released from Jail Next Week

On the very day that tot mom Casey Anthony was sentenced by Judge Belvin Perry for the 4 counts of lying to police that after time served will see her getting out of jail July 13 17 … there was a sign from above of displeasure of the juries decision.  On the very day that Casey Antony is only sentenced for four misdemeanors of lying to police rather than for the murdering of 2 year old Caylee …a tree at the memorial where the remains of Caylee Anthony was found was struck by lightening. I am thinking that many in Heaven are none to happy and have interesting ways of showing their feelings.

“It could be a sign from the angels that they aren’t happy with what’s happened,” said 40-year-old Keyla Lugo of Orlando, who has visited the memorial in the Chickasaw Oaks subdivision twice this week. “It’s a sad day for Orlando, for Caylee and for justice. The rain, the lightning, the storm — it’s the heavens indicating they aren’t happy.”

Coincidence? A sign? You make the call. What are the odds of such an act occurring? Some one upstairs does not seem to be too happy with the recent turn of events in the Casey Anthony murder trial. This act of nature reminds me of the the Natalee Holloway case in Aruba when Natural Bridge collapsed following the disappearance of the Alabama teen on “One Happy Island” as the Man upstairs was none too happy with that situation either.

How Reprehensible … Liberals Want SCOTUS Ruth Bader Ginsburg Gone by Any Means … Confident About Obama Reelection?

What  happened to the Libs and Democrats who say that Barack Obama will be reelected President?

It sure seems like there is trouble in paradise and some are in panic mode begging, wishing and demanding that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg retire from the SCOTUS. Why the rush libs? It would appear that many want her to retire now so that Obama can appoint an uber-lib to the SCOTUS.  Their fear is that is Ginsberg does not retire soon, a republican could win in 2012. WOW, I thought Obama was a shoe in by the LEFT to win in 2012. It appears not. However, how reprehensible that the NY Times appears to have a Bader Ginsber death watch on. Just sick.

How inappropriate could one be to demand that a SCOTUS step down and take one for the team. Democrats lost the House in 2010, they are on the way to losing the Senate in 2012 and maybe even the Presidency as well. Does it really matter though? If Obama tries to nominate a liberal justice, be prepared for a filibuster.

Some legal observers would like to be rid of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the Associated Press reported over the weekend. These aren’t conservatives who find her too activist but liberals who find her too old and worry that if she doesn’t get out soon, a Republican president will get to replace her

For her part, Ginsburg has said she will not yield to the ghoulish left’s entreaties. The AP reports that she “has said gracefully, and with apparent good humor, that the president should not expect a retirement letter before 2015,” the year she turns 82. (Her benchmark is the age at which Justice Louis Brandeis, the high court’s first Jew, left the bench.) Maybe, like Chief Justice William Rehnquist, she will never retire.

And there is a bright side for Chemerinsky, Kennedy and Garrow: If Ginsburg does retire in 2015, it is possible–at least for now–that Obama will appoint her successor.

Casey Anthony Sentenced to 4 Years … With Time Served, She is Out on July 13, 2011

JUSTICE SERVED IN DEATH OF CAYLEE ANTHONY, NOT!!!  TOT MOM CASEY ANTHONY WILL GET OUT OF JAIL ON JULY 13.

My what a much different look she has with no jury to fool

Following the juries ridiculous verdict earlier this week, Casey Anthony was sentenced today by Judge Belvin Perry for the 4 counts of lying to police in the death of Caylee Anthony.Casey Anthony was sentenced to 4 years in jail and $1000 per each defense which in the end amounts to less than a slap on the wrist. Miss Anthony will be leaving jail next Wednesday, July 13. Granted Judge Perry’s hands were tied in sentencing, much as the Caylee’s mouth was duct taped, thanks to a Panillis County jury of 12 that took 10 hours to deliberate a capital murder case and some how believe that Caylee died accidentally.

Casey Anthony, who earlier this week was found not guilty of killing her daughter, was sentenced on Thursday to four years in jail. The precise amount of time she will spend in jail has not yet been determined but it is likely to be significantly less than one year and could be as short as a few weeks, given the nearly three years she has already served.

The Associated Press reported that she would be released from jail on Wednesday.

The judge in the case, Belvin Perry Jr., of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court, said he would need to meet with lawyers for at least an hour Thursday morning to decide Ms. Anthony’s jail term based on how much time she should be credited with, including time served for good behavior. A decision is to be reached sometime Thursday.

Imagine that, a little girl is dead, Casey never contacted authorities for 31 days, partied, drank and spent nights with her boyfriend as Caylee rotted in a garbage bag in the swamp down the street from her home and tot mom gets out of jail next week. UNBELIEVABLE. A jury actually set this woman free, not finding her guilty of anything that had teeth. Thanks to that Casey Anthony is out next week. A juror who went on TV stated, “just because she was found not guilty does not make her innocent”. OH REALLY? You most certainly did. This same juror said that bad behavior was not enough to convict some one of a crime. WRONG AGAIN! This juries behavior just set a pathological liar and a sociopath free.

What do we learn from this case … be a real good liar and it rewards you. The fact that this jury found that she was not responsible for the death of her daughter is unconscionable. I guess the Twinkie defense will now take a back seat to the “DROWNING” defense.

Thanks to Bill O’Reilly on FOX News for being one of the few that actually showed outrage. Which is more than I can say for the clueless Sean Hanity and the bias Baez slanted Geraldo Rivera.

CNN Cancels Eliot Spitzer Show, “In The Arena”

CNN gives Eliot Spitzer the axe as they cancel his show, “In The Arena.” Honestly, I am not sure how the show has lasted as long as it did. Maybe the show would have done better if CNN had called the show, CLIENT #9 AT 8.

CNN on Wednesday canceled Eliot Spitzer’s 8 p.m. political talk show, “In the Arena,” after only nine months amid a broader shake-up that shifts Anderson Cooper’s 10 p.m. nightly newscast into Mr. Spitzer’s time slot.

Mr. Spitzer will sign off on Wednesday night, a CNN spokeswoman said. His show will remain in the time slot until August 5.

The cable news channel also said that Erin Burnett, a new hire from CNBC, would take over the 7 p.m. time slot on weekdays, replacing John King, who will move to 6 p.m.

As Weasel Zippers stated, maybe he will be replaced with Anthony Weiner. Seems like the logical choice.

Casey Anthony … Jury Says “Not Guilty” as Sin … Why Did Cheney Mason Think Casey Would Get Life … Justice for Caylee?

A message to the jury in the murder trial of Casey Anthony … its called beyond all reasonable doubt, not beyond ALL doubts. It would appear that Cheney Mason had doubt prior to him joining TEAM CASEY.

In what has to be the most head scratching jury decision since the OJ Simpson verdict, an Orlando, Florida jury via Pinellas County acquitted Casey Antony on all major murder charges and provided the tot mom with a slap on the wrist in finding her guilty of lying to police. We can understand the motive behind jury nullification in the OJ case because of many social issues of the time, but what happened in Orlando? How did this jury let Casey Anthony walk?

Did the jury use the philosophy of, if the any doubt exists, then you must acquit? It would seem so, because it is hard to believe we both watched the same murder trial. Did a jury from another county not have a true vested interest in another communities crime? The Pinellas County jury could not get out of Dodge fast enough as they blew off the planned media press conference following to verdict to maybe shed some light and explanations.

NOTE TO JURY … did you know that even defense attorney Cheney Mason thought she would get life in prison and the “accidental” defense was bunk? Check out what Cheney Mason was saying about Casey Antony,defense attorney Jose Baez and the Anthony’s prior to his arrival as part of defense team. Did Cheney Mason just say that Jose Baez has no credibility? He most certainly did. But wait, it gets better or worse as the case may be for little Caylee … as Mason says, “an accidental death would be hard to swallow”. Not for this jury though, as they let the person who benefited the most from no Caylee, the caregiver to Caylee and the individual who never told anyone that her child was missing for 31 days and she partied and lived the beautiful life.

CHENEY MASON PREDICTED A LIFE SENTENCE FOR CASEY

Just curious, a question to the jury that seemed to be deliberations challenged, how n earth did prosecutors across American convict criminals of crimes prior to high tech machines and DNA? Maybe the jurors actually looked at the evidence. Many who have followed this case are shocked and sickened by the lack of JUSTICE that was done yesterday. More at the Other McCain … shock as well.

In a typical response from defense attorney Cheney Mason, following the verdict, Mason blamed the media for character assassination of Casey Anthony. REALLY SIR? Wasn’t it Jose Baez who called her a lying slut? You might have BS’d a jury that just wanted to go home, but please do do tell us that Casey Anthony is Mother of the Year. Your defense was she was a light slut, but that does not make her a murderer. So who committed character assassination?

In the end … see picture HERE … not only did Casey Anthony give us all a big “F YOU” so did Cheney Mason. Nice.

UPDATE I: Honesty, who celebrates a victory where a 2 year old girl is dead? What class. High-fiving and jumping up and down. Thanks guys, you just did not on the grave of Caylee Anthony. That would be if she had a grave and not discarded like trash in a swamp. A parting thought … thanks to the Anthony’s for lying for Casey to save her life. Looks like you did one better, you acquitted her at the cost of your grand daughter Caylee.
