Actions Have Consequences … QVC Cancels Hanoi Jane Fonda’s Appearance Over Protests to Her Vietnam War Opposition

Jane Fonda … Cry Me a River.

It’s about time that Hanoi Jane understands that there are consequences to one’s actions. This delusional lib actually thinks that she can be allowed to use her First Amendment rights of freedom of speech to write a book; however, others are not allowed their freedom of speech to protest and denounce the same said book.  Jane Fonda actually is whining (link is to Fonda’s liberal blog) over people protesting her book and her shilling it on QVC? Seriously? This from the woman, better known as Hanoi Jane, who sided with the enemy during the Vietnam War. How ironic that the leftist, pinko is now trying to make $’s using the capitalist system of QVC to sell books. Imagine taking pics with the very people who were shooting down American service men in Vietnam and some who this clown thinks she has never done anything against her country.

Hat Tip: Gateway Pundit & even more pics of Hanoi Jane

In 1972 “Hanoi” Jane Fonda applauded an NVA anti-aircraft gun crew during her trip to North Vietnam.

I was to have been on QVC today to introduce my book, “Prime Time,” about aging and the life cycle. The network said they got a lot of calls yesterday criticizing me for my opposition to the Vietnam War and threatening to boycott the show if I was allowed to appear. I am, to say the least, deeply disappointed that QVC caved to this kind of insane pressure by some well funded and organized political extremist groups.

Bottom line, this has gone on far too long, this spreading of lies about me! None of it is true. NONE OF IT! I love my country. I have never done anything to hurt my country or the men and women who have fought and continue to fight for us.

Really Jane? Because the picture above of you with the enemy didn’t hurt the United States or the soldiers fighting for this country or those being held in POW camps. You just go on believing that lie. As stated at Jammie Wearing Fool, all one has to do is a simple Google search to find Fonda’s long record of treason.

Let us not forget Dana Pretzer’s  SM’s commentary on Jane Fonda from 2007

KUDOS to QVC for actually listening to the people who use their services and who are protesting this traitor.

UPDATE I: Imagine if the outrage still exists against Hanoi Jane after all these years, what is the protest and boycotts going to be like against anyone, business or media outlet that pays Casey Anthony for making blood money off of Caylee Anthony?

Good for QVC. As her book about aging, how many surgeries, pills and botox has she had to keep her young appearance. I’m an old timer and one reason the hollywood commies were upset about the war, it ended the exporting of the drugs they so loved.

I am glad to see the public memory is long enough to send a message to Jane Fonda. Hollywood types need to stick to entertainment and realize no one gives a rats ass for their politics. After all, they make their living pretending to be something they are not.

Incredibly easy to disparage her father’s
formerly proud family name. Brainless twit
then remains a brainless twit today.

      1. treason
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
      (United States Constitution)

Sounds exactly like what Hanoi Jane did to our troops in The Nam

Her “I’m The Victim Here” mentality would be breathtaking if it weren’t expected, based on what we know of her.

I’m quite sure in front of the “right” crowd, she’s still damn proud of what she did, but that crowd don’t pay the bills.

And let’s not forget abou the connection between the treacherous Miss Fonda and a certain senator from Massachusetts:

She better hope that every soldier that was apart of Vietnam and every person fortunate enough to not get drafted “Dies Quickly” if she ever wants to sell one of those books. In over words I really don’t think it’s going to be a best seller anytime soon. Maybe they can do like they did with Dick Morris and put her in the “How To” section and pass it off as “How to be a Liberal”.

Hollywood actors act as though they are politicians. They need to stay out of politics.

As for Jane, IF she had come out and made a heart-felt appology quickly and maybe gotten involved in veteran affairs (actively that is), I could see being able to forgive and give her another chance. BUT, she waited years and gave I believe ONE little “I’m sorry for my actions” speech and that was that.

She would have to do a lot more including turn back time at this point to gain favor once again with the American people. Those who love our men/women in armed forces anyway….

Why doesn’t she sell her stuff on Vietnam TV’s QVC? Oh,they don’t have any money,or QVC, or probably television. My blood pressure goes up 10 points at the sound of her name. How many Allied veterans died because of her?

This is a little bit too fascist for my taste. Do not see what she did wrong and do not see how protesting against a war is treason, we don’t live in Nazi Germany after all do we? And she is partially right, everyone already despises american foreign ‘politics’.
SM: You just broke the cardinal rule of blogging … for you to be so idiotic to compare the US to Nazi Germany, you are a fool and beyond help. You have no concept what Nazi Germany was and there is no point to continue on any dialogue.

    15. Dave on April 12th, 2013 11:50 am

Yeah that’s right, as long as your a liberal, but if you get off the reservation and call it what it is then comes the Nazi remarks. I would never consider going to the movie. It is just Hollywood’s way of smacking Nam vets in the face. Could have surly found someone besides Hanoi jane. Man the country has truly gone to s—t that it is even a damn subject.
