Casey Anthony Murder Trial Day 16: 3-D Animated Flyover VIDEO of the Crime Scene Where Caylee was Found on Suburban Drive Orlando, FL – Dec 11, 2008

On day 16 of the Casey Anthony murder trial in the death of Caylee Anthony, the State released a 3-D animated video of the crime scene where Caylee Anthony’s remains were found off of Suburban Drive in Orlando, FL. The video was done by Gerald J. Johnston, owner of the land survey firm, Allen and Company, which shows a flyover of the crime scene and markings of the evidence collected.

During Saturday’s abbreviated court day in the Casey Anthony murder trial,  the prosecution’s last witness of the day was  Gerald J. Johnston, the individual who created the above video. See testimony recap below, Hat Tip: Magic Eyes.

Linda is up………..

He owns the land survey firm, Allen and Company.  He provided a survey for the OC Sheriff’s Office, in Dec 2008.  He has seen the video and the animation of what he provided, he used measurements provided to him.  Linda is showing him a piece of evidence, it is a CD of the video he provided of the crime scene.  The jury is now seeing the video.  It is in 3D, it is a combination of the ground topography conditions seen that day.  They stripped away the trees to show what was going on, on the ground.  The pavement is several feet higher than the woods as it falls away from the road.  It shows all views of a 3-Dimensional Fly Through of Suburban Drive on Dec 11, 2008.  It shows that trees were removed to show the ground.  It shows that the ground cover had been removed by CSI before this was taken.  It is now showing where flags indicated bones that were recovered from the OC Sheriff’s items, he was provided those measurements by the OC Sheriff’s Office.  Witness is excused.

Good grief, the Democrats and Weinergate are reminding me of the old Yankee Billy Martin and George Steinbrenner Miller Lite Commercials, you’re hired, you’re fired, you’re hired. Could the Democrat powers that be please make up their mind?

In a reversal of fortune from her previous position on Anthony Weiner, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi is now asking Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY) to resign from office. However, it’s not only Pelosi, but also Democrat power players Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Steve Israel, the chairmen of the Democratic National Committee and Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, who are now asking Weiner to step down. It was just yesterday that Nancy Pelosi said that Weiner could stay and declined to call for Weiner’s resignation.Of course this was rather hypocritical in that Pelosi has previously called for GOP members of the House to step down amid sex scandals. I guess Weiner sending messages to 17 year old girls has changed their minds.

Amid increasing calls for Rep. Anthony Weiner to resign, House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi says the decision should be up to the congressman and his New York constituents.

The former speaker said in San Francisco that she believes the decision should be made by “the individual member” and the people in his district.

STICK A FORK IN HIM, WEINER IS DONE. As stated at Weasel Zippers … He’s Toast. It doesn’t really matter any more what Weiner’s constituents think or that in a poll they said they want Weiner to stay, Democrats have heard an earful in the last two weeks across the country that they will not tolerate this type of behavior, even from a progressive Democrat. he must go. For Democrats it’s no longer about Weiner, it’s about the 2012 election and the shellacking they will take if they do nothing about Weiner.

However, a defiant, or is it deviant Weiner says he will not resign, but will instead take a leave from the House and enter sex rehab.

Barack Obama in Real Trouble in Battle Ground States that he Won in 2008 … Pennsylvania, the Keystone Electoral State

Battle Ground state of Pennsylvania proving more difficult for Obama in 2012 that 2008 … Looks like the Keystone state is looking for a change in 2012.

In 2008 Barack Obama ran on the sound bite of “Hope & Change” and the he was a Washington DC outsider. That and a complicit media who refused to challenge Obama allowed for his winning of many key battle ground states like Ohio, Florida and Pennsylvania in 2008.

Barack Obama won Pennsylvania in 2008 over John McCain 55% to 44% and received the 21 electoral college votes on his way to the presidency. My what a difference 2 and 1/2 years make and the failed policies of Barack Obama. The Obamamessiah has gone from a 55% victory in 2008 to a 41% approval rating in the Keystone state. The state of the economy is obviously holding down Obama’s approval rating. The fact that 50% of registered PA voters think  it is time to give a new person a chance is damning to Obama’s reelection chances. Obama is going to have to defend his record, not run on promises in 2012.

A new poll from Susquehanna Polling and Research says that 48% of Pennsylvanians disapprove of Obama’s performance, while 41% approve.

Also: Only 43% of registered voters in Pennsylvania say Obama has done well enough to deserve re-election, the poll said; 50% say ” it is time to give a new person a chance.”

It’s not just Pennsylvania (21) that Obama has to worry about in 2012, add Ohio (20), Florida (27), North Carolina (15), Virginia (13) and Indiana (11). This amounts to 107 electoral votes. Obama would be hard pressed to gain any of these states in 2012 with the rate the economy and his job approval are at this point. Obama is also going to have an issue winning New Hampshire, New Mexico, Maine, Colorado, Wisconsin and Nebraska’s 2nd congressional district.

Weinergate Continues to Have Legs … Police Investigate Anthony Weiner’s messages to an Underage Delaware Girl

Where there is smoke, there is fire and where there is a Weiner, there is most likely many more Tweets that have yet to be discovered. Nancy Pelosi claimed she was going to drain the swamp in the House, it would appear that she can’t even drain the scum from her own party as she now claims that Weiner can stay … I wonder what she thinks about this latest story in “As Weiner Turns”.

Just when Anthony Weiner thought it was safe to go back to Congress and ignore the calls for his resignations along comes this rather troublesome story. It would appear that the police are investigating messages that Anthony Weiner had sent an under age 17 year old Delaware girl.  Who on Earth really thinks that this admitted liar should be in office? Seriously folks, do you in NY really want a known liar representing you or maybe toy would like him tweeting your under age daughters?

Police here are investigating direct online communications between New York Rep. Anthony Weiner and a 17-year-old girl and are looking for any other young women who may be involved, though the nature of the communications wasn’t immediately clear.

According the the National Enquirer, Elizabeth Edwards could haunt ex-hubby John Edwards from the grave.

As per the tabloid, the dearly departed Elizabeth Edwards recorded a bombshell secret videotape for prosecutors that nails her cheating, dirt bag husband John Edwards. If true, it could not happen to a better person.

That’s the stunning secret behind the federal indictment brought against the disgraced former presidential candi­date on June 3 – following a two-year grand jury investigation into whether he illegally used campaign funds to cover up his affair with his then-pregnant mistress Rielle Hunter.

“Elizabeth wanted to exact revenge against John for destroy­ing their 33-year marriage and family by cheating with Rielle,” source close to the scandal told ENQUIRER.

“It was Elizabeth’s idea to secret­ly record a video and tell what knew of the affair and John’s horrific betrayal.”

Before any one questions the National Enquirer n this story, it was the tabloid that broke the John Edwards “baby daddy” affair with Reille Hunter and has been on this story and correct all along.

Gallup Poll Now Has Obama Under Water in Job Approval, 45% Approve – 46% Disapprove … Now Stock Market Falls

More bad polling data for “The One”.

Add the Gallup poll to a list of many that have President Barack Obama’s job approval under water and trending downward. The most recent Gallup poll has Obama’s job approval at 45% approval, 46% disapprove. Obama finds himself under the 50% threshold that is most important for incumbents who are looking for reelection.

At Gallup to a myriad of polls, Rasmussen, Fox News, CBS, CNN, Quinnipiac and ABC/WAPO that all have Barack Obama under 50% approval rating and trending down. Obama’s “Bin Laden” bounce is obviously done and now Obama will face the ramifications of a poor economy and no jobs.

UPDATE I: With gas prices high, unemployment rising and the number of new first time unemployment claims rising as well … add a falling stock market to the list as the Dow Jones Industrial Average closes below 12000 for the first time since mid-March. The NASDAQ is now has turned negative for the year. Thanks President Obama.

The Dow industrials sank 172.45 points, or 1.4%, to 11951.91, the sixth straight week of declines. The Standard & Poor’s 500-stock index shed 18.02, or 1.4%, to 1270.98. That broad index also has notched six weeks of declines, the longest losing streak since 2008.

Two closely watched stock indexes turned negative for the year Friday. The Nasdaq Composite Index fell 41.14, or 1.5%, to 2643.73. The small-capitalization Russell 2000 fell 13.10, or 1.7%, to 779.54.

The Search & Investigation Continues for Missing Indiana University Student Lauren Spierer … Corey Rossman Claims Memory Loss

It has been one week since 20 year old Lauren Spierer went missing. Spierer was last seen  Friday, June 3, 2011 at 4:30 AM in Bloomington, IN. Sadly, she has not been seen or heard from since.

Searches have continued for the missing college coed to no avail.  Several of the people who Lauren Spierer was with before she  disappeared have been questioned. Some have been repeatedly questioned and some received polygraph tests. As stated at FOX 59, the police have finally gone on record that Spierer was in an altercation with Corey Rossman prior to her going missing.

Fox59 News had previously learned police have searched the car of Lauren’s friend, the man she was last seen with before she vanished. Officers have finally gone on record saying there was a fight in Lauren’s building involving that same friend and friends of Lauren’s boyfriend. Bloomington police have firmly said Lauren was not involved in the fight but would not say for certain whether she was there when her friend was punched in the face.

However, the individual, Corey Rossman, that Lauren Spierer was last seen with alive claims he is suffering from memory loss. Convenient, eh? Rossman’s attorney claims that his client was punched and suffered memory loss. Rossman claims the first memory he has is the next morning when he wakes up in his bed, and that’s corroborated by several people. Hmm.

Two hours before Spierer vanished, surveillance cameras captured her coming from Kilroy Sports Bar back to her apartment building with a friend, Corey Rossman.  The cameras captured a scuffle between Rossman and another young man at the Smallwood Plaza apartment building complex.

Democrats Getting Frustated with Barack Obama … Focus on JOBS by Taxing the People … What about those Budget Deficits?

Democrats are beginning to see the handwriting on the wall for the 2012 elections … it’s about JOBS, JOBS, JOBS.

Those in Obama’s own party are becoming frustrated with the continual poor jobs creation and the lack luster growth in the economy. Democrats realize that their fate is directly tied to the economy, unemployment and jobs, all of which are presently terrible at best. However, the Democrats plan to create jobs is just more tax and spend liberal nonsense. Democrats know they are going to to shellacked in 2012 and lose the Senate and Presidency, so it would appear they want to pass as much of their liberal agenda as they can before the lose all power.

Senior Senate Democrats are growing frustrated by what they see as President Obama’s passivity on the economy, and are beginning to discuss a large infrastructure package funded by tax increases.

Some Democrats, such as Iowa Sen. Tom Harkin, who serves as chairman of the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, think such a package could lower the unemployment rate by as much as two percentage points.

But the plan is not without political risk — Republicans would be quick to slap Democrats with the old “tax-and-spend liberals” label. And the prospect of passing such a plan through the GOP-led House of Representatives — where conservative freshmen hold significant clout — is slim.

More at the RAW STORY. They seem to think that Democrats have been snookered. Hardly, deficits and jobs go hand in hand. Let’s face it, Democrats do not have a plan to deal with either … they could use all the snookering they can get.
