Casey Anthony Murder Trial Day 10: FBI Expert Karen Lowe Testifies that Hair in Casey’s Trunk Came may be Caylee’s with Decomposition

Day 10 … and now for the forensics.

It was another bad day for defense attorney Jose Baez and his client tot mom Casey Anthony. The State was allowed to produce evidence against the tot mom and “death banding” of hair. Try as the defense would to disqualify this witness and not allow the testimony into evidence, Baez failed. FBI expert Karen Lowe was allowed to testify that one of the hairs found in the trunk of the car belonging to Casey Anthony came from a dead body. Just curious, why is Baez trying to disprove that an expired Caylee Anthony was in the trunk? Isn’t it the Defense’s position that Caylee drowned and George Anthony not only was aware but had keys to the vehicle? How did Caylee get from the back yard to where her remains were eventually found 1/2 mile away from the Anthony residence.

The trial of accused child killer Casey Anthony took another twist on Saturday when an FBI expert testified that a hair removed from her car’s trunk had characteristics consistent with that of a dead body.

Home Owners Foreclose on Bank of America … Turn About is Fair Play

Home owners foreclose on Bank …

After all of the banks that have incorrectly foreclosed on unsuspecting homeowners, its nice to see that the roles were reversed in a major way for once. According to WFMY News, the problems started five months ago when Bank of America filed foreclosure papers on the home of a couple, who didn’t owe a dime on their home. The home owners paid cash for their house, but BOA wanted to here nothing of it.

The case went to court and the homeowners were able to prove they didn’t owe Bank of America anything on the house. In fact, it was proven that the couple never even had a mortgage bill to pay.

A Collier County Judge agreed and after the hearing, Bank of America was ordered, by the court to pay the legal fees of the homeowners’, Maurenn Nyergers and her husband.

The Judge said the bank wrongfully tried to foreclose on the Nyergers’ house.

So what did Bank of America do when asked to pay legal fees by the courts? Ignore the order of course. Five  months went by and no sign of  the$2,534  legal fee payment for the error. payment nor was BOA returning calls. The Nyergers’ attorney then did what has to be one of the best things I have ever seen to get his clients rightful fees … attorney Todd Allan foreclosed on the bank and seized their assets.

Is This Pamplona, Boston or Orlando? The Running of the Casey Anthony Murder Trial Spectators to Get a Seat … YIKES! (VIDEO)

THE RUNNING OF THE COURT ROOM SPECTATORS …

If you thought that the below VIDEO was the “Running of the Bulls” in Pamplona, Spain you would be close; however, not correct. Or if you guessed the “Running of the Brides” at Filene’s Basement you wound also be wrong.Instead it was the “Running of the Spectators” in an effort to be the first 50+ individuals to be allowed into the court room to watch the Casey Anthony murder trial.

Are you serious, this isn’t a third world country, is it? Oops, wrong VIDEO. Below is the VIDEO of the running of the Casey Anthony Murder Trail spectators. Didn’t any one tell them that you should never run indoors? Hopefully none of them have scissors as well. You can obviously see in the mad dash to get a seat some people fell and others just walked over them. The people had to wait in line outside for hours for the Court to open, are you telling me that they could not wait in an orderly line and receive numbers or a stamp on their hand like Casey Anthony did when she entered the “Hot Body” contest at Fusion? Let’s consider the case, maybe the Orlando court needs ex-Casey Anthony boyfriend Tony Lazzaro to work the door.

Does anyone think that there might be a better way to do seating for a murder trial than having individuals running down each other in an effort to get general seating in a Court House? Let alone, since when is anyone ever allowed to do that in a Justice building? Usually security gives one a dirty look if your cell phone goes off in the hall way, let alone people running to get to the head of the line.You mean to tell me that we can put a man on the moon, or at least we used to be able to when we tried … but the Orlando folks can’t come up with a better way than this for people to get seats? Seriously? They might want to ask Ticketmaster.

Has Orlando, Florida never heard of the now infamous Who Concert in 1979 in Cincinnati, OH where 11 people were trampled to death which put an end to festival or general admission seating. Granted, the size of the crowd for the Casey Anthony murder trial is much smaller than a Who concert, but one thing that should have been learned is we “Won’t  be Fooled Again”.  The Casey Anthony murder trial in the death of her daughter Casey Anthony has many weeks left. What are the odds that some one is going to get injured in this free for all and wind up suing the city of Orlando?

Out of curiosity, how does a disabled person get a seat for this murder trial? Orlando might want to rethink how they let people enter the court room in a responsible and orderly manner before some one gets gored by a bull. Just a thought.

Golf Summit: Obama Invites Speaker Boehner to Play Golf … Maybe Both Need to Leave Office

EVER WONDER WHY SO MANY SAY … GET RID OF THEM ALL ?

Are you serious … after all the comments that President Barack Obama has golfed 60+ times while the economy stinks, while unemployment has been at 9%, while people are out of work, losing their homes and businesses … GOP Speaker of the House Boehner will accept a golfing invite?

UNREAL … A GOLF SUMMIT??? It is obvious that both Obama and Boehner need to be retired in 2012 and a fresh start for America is needed. How could Boehner allow himself to fall for such an obvious trap by Obama? This really shows just how out of touch all of the establishment politicians really are, Dem or GOP. Does Baohner not comprehend that going golfing while supposedly doing the work opf the American people is no badge oh honor? The United Sates has real issues so the leaders of the two parties will discuss them over golf.  That’s the ticket … Let’s go Golfing.

President Barack Obama and House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) will finally hit the links for a round of golf – and al fresco negotiation – on June 18, a White House official told POLITICO.

Obama’s offer — and Boehner’s acceptance — comes six months after White House press secretary Robert Gibbs suggested the bipartisan pair could work out their differences on the course. Both men are passionate golfers; Obama prefers to hit public courses with a handful of friends and White House staffers while Boehner favors private courses, golf fundraisers and schmoozing sessions with other pols.

Word of the golf summit also came on a day when Boehner blasted the president for failing to get more directly involved in tense bipartisan talks over the budget and debt ceiling.

A note to the GOP … get a new Speaker in 2012 otherwise you will lose. Does the tool Boeghner realize he hs just legitmized Obama’s golfing instead of doing the work of the people? Thanks crybaby. Americans are sick and tired of this inside the Beltway BS. What will come of the Golf Summit?  Will Obama call multiple Mulligans … will Boehner cry when he does.

We have serious issues in this country and it calls for serious people to take them seriously. This is not it.

92% of Americans Still Believe in God

According to a recent Gallup poll, 92% of Americans still believe in God. It would seem that from the 1940′s to present, the believe in God has remained relatively the same. There is an interesting breakdown in the Gallup as to education level and geographic location. What a shock that those so-called intellectuals and libs from the East, presumably the North East would believe less than the rest of the country.

James Arness, Marshall Dillon of Gun Smoke Fame Dead at the Age of 88, RIP

James Arness, Marshall Matt Dillon  of  Gun Smoke fame has passed away at the age of 88 from natural causes. From 1955 to 1975 Arness graced TV screens as the larger than life Marshall Dillon keeping the streets of Dodge City safe from outlaws, Indians and desperadoes. How I loved this show growing up and never missed an episode. Interesting back then we had characters on TV that were heroic role models. What we didn’t know about James Arness, he served his country in the army during WWII at Anzio He was wounded in his right leg and received the Purple Heart.

REST IN PEACE JAMES ARNESS

Matt Dillon, the mythical marshal of Dodge City, stood tall — all 6 feet, 6 inches of him — on “Gunsmoke” from 1955 to 1975. He outlasted dozens of other Western heroes while making history on TV’s longest-running dramatic series, a record that held until NBC’s “Law & Order” tied the CBS Western’s record in 2010.

James Arness wrote a letter that was to be posted to his web site upon  his final farewell:

I had a wonderful life and was blessed with some many loving people and great friends. The best part of my life was my family, especially my wife Janet. Many of you met her at Dodge City so you understand what a special person she is.

I wanted to take this time to thank all of you for the many years of being a fan of Gunsmoke, The Thing, How the West Was Won and all the other fun projects I was lucky enough to have been allowed to be a part of. I had the privilege of working with so many great actors over the years.

I was honored to have served in the army for my country. I was at Anzio during WWII and it makes you realize how very precious life is.

Thank you again for all the many letters, cards, emails and gifts we received from you over the years. You are and always have been truly appreciated

Lab Tech Raymond Clark Sentenced to 44 Years in Prison For the Murder of Yale University Student Annie Le

26 year old lab tech Raymond Clark was sentenced to 44 years in prison for the murder of  24 year old Yale University student Annie Le. Clark’s sentence carries no possibility of parole or early release.Sadly, this waste of human life did not receive more time. However, a plea deal was reached in order to spare the families the grumble details of the murder and having to relive the death of Annie Le.The senseless and brutal murder shocked Yale University and News Haven, CT in 2009.

A lab technician convicted of killing a Yale University student, whose body was found stuffed behind a wall on the day she was to be married, was sentenced to 44 years in prison on Friday at an emotionally wrenching court hearing.

The sentence, which carries no possibility of parole or early release for Raymond Clark, 26, was the result of a plea deal with prosecutors in the death of Annie Le, 24, who disappeared on September 8, 2009.

Annie Le went missing on September 8, 2009, just five days before she was supposed to be married. Her body would be later found stuffed in a wall of a Yale Science building. Clark was arrested four days later and in March pleaded guilty to murder and attempted sexual assault.

Body thought to be missing Yale graduate student Annie Le found stuffed into a basement wall of her lab building. As previously speculated, thus the reason why investigators were never able to find video of Annie Le leaving the science building with all of the video cameras available. On thing is for certain, since this building required card access, investigators should know who was in the building at the same time that Annie Le was.

Two Time Presidental Democrat Candidate John Edwards Indicted on 6 Felony Charges of Campaign Finance Law

TWO AMERICAS … SIX FEDERAL INDICTMENTS!

John Edwards indicted on six felony charges that he broke federal campaign finance law. Make no mistake about it, much to what Democrat pundits will say, this case is not about sex, its about braking federal campaign finance law. Ask yourself this question, why would a Democrats President’s AG move on this case against a fellow Dem if there was not a case? This is hardly a political witch hunt … they are all Democrats.

How will the Breck Girl get treated in Jail, will he have a personal prison hair stylists?

58 year old John Edwards was indicted today by a grand jury in Raleigh, NC, for allegedly using more than $900,000 in campaign funds to hide his mistress during the 2008 Democratic presidential race. Edwards was charged with six felony counts of breaking campaign finance law. The charges include conspiracy, illegal campaign contributions and making false statements. If convicted, Edwards faces a maximum penalty of five years in jail and or a fine of up to $250,000 for each charge.

What happens with the MSM handles a news report about a Democrat in the same manner they they would cover it if it had been a Republic, the Liberal overreacts and calls the police. Sorry, Weiner is toast. Weiner’s office calls the police because a reporter dare contact them for an interview?  Does Weiner really think this story is going to do away, especially when he insults and treats the MSM like this? However, what else is a Lib to think when they have been given a pass their entire political career?

So CBS 2 political reporter Marcia Kramer decided to go to his office on Capitol Hill to try to get you some answers.

You’ll never believe what happened.

Kramer tried to get an interview with the six-term New York Democrat and as a result had the cops called on her.

This might have been the worst move that any politician could have done.  It is only a matter of time before the backlash begins. The MSM cam smell blood in the water, no matter what political party they might be from. As reported at Hot Air, Chris Matthews is pouncing again on Weinergate. The media are not going to let this go, Weiner is truly in a pickle.
