Westport, Connecticut real estate broker Arthur “Art” Dean Reinhart has not been seen since March 22, 2011 when he was last seen by his brother, Bob Reinhart, in Lexington, NC Art left to return to his home in Connecticut. Arthur Dean Reinhart was last heard from April 2, 2011 in an email sent from Provincetown, MA. He was reported missing by his bother of Tuesday, April 12. There has been no updates on Reinhart’s Facebook page, his cellphone mailbox is full, and he has not returned any phone calls or emails.
Reinhart is white, 6 feet 4 inches tall, with gray hair and brown eyes.
However, on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 Reinhart’s 1982 Jeep Liberty was found locked and abandoned in a Portsmouth, NH, commuter parking lot. Portsmouth police searched the SUVon Thursday and looked for Reinhart at several hotels, hospitals and homeless shelters to no avail.
Arthur “Art” Dean Reinhart of Westport was last seen on March 22, and his silver, 1982 Jeep Liberty was found locked and abandoned in a Portsmouth, N.H., commuter parking lot 23 days later. Police said the car contains his luggage, toiletries, wallet and other personal belongings, which appear to be untouched.
“It is unclear as to why Mr. Reinhart’s vehicle was found in Portsmouth,” police Lt. Michael W. Maloney said. He added that the car shows no indication that foul play was involved.
Arthur Dean Reinhart worked for Jonathan Deak and Associates, the Prudential Connecticut office on Post Road East. Deak stated, “We have no idea why he would have gone to New Hampshire.” Maybe some one might also want to add why Reinhart would have gone to Provincetown, MA? It was reported that after leaving Lexington, NC on his way home to Connecticut, Reinhart called from a hotel in Pennsylvania, but didn’t specify which town or city. That would make sense in traveling from NC to CT; however, to have traveled to Provincetown, MA means that Reinhart would have had to have gone straight through Westport, CT and traveled up US route 95 to Massachusetts.

UPDATE I: The body of missing Arthur Dean Reinhart has been located in Portsmouth, NH. Reinhart’s body was found in the woods about 1/2 mile away from his vehicle that police had previously located in a Portsmouth commuter parking lot.
UPDATE II: Arthur Reinhart was seen at a Stratham, New Hampshire bank ATM at 3 p.m. on April 2, 2011. According to reports his cell phone went dead on April 5 and his vehicle was found on April 11 in the commuter parking lot. Who did Reinhart meet in Portsmouth, NH and why was he there? Did he know people in the area or did he meet someone in Provincetown or between there and the Granite state?
DuBois said surveillance images from an unspecified Stratham bank show Reinhart checking an account balance at 3 p.m. on April 2. On April 5, his cell phone stopped working in the area of the Greenland Road commuter lot, where his Jeep was found eight days later, said DuBois.
UPDATE III: According to Seacoast on Line, Arthur Reinhart’s body was located by search dogs in some woods off Greenland Road found behind Calvary Cemetery (Map link). Note: Rt. 33 is Greenland Rd.
Police Capt. Corey MacDonald said Arthur “Art” Dean Reinhart, 50, was found behind Calvary Cemetery and an autopsy is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday. MacDonald said the death is categorized as “untimely” and Reinhart was found far off a beaten path.

It would appear that Obama’s EPA was not privy to the memo. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Mathy Stanislaus testified this week before an Environment and Energy subcommittee hearing that “his agency does not take jobs into account when it issues new regulations”.
Watch the EPA official stammer over his answers to simple questions from Freshman US Rep. Cory Gardner. When one tries to answer a simple question and creates a ‘Who’s on first” comedy routine, you know we have a problem. As stated by Hot Air, Gardner did a great job of holding EPA Deputy Administrator Mathy Stanislaus’ feet to the fire, “He’s off to a great start”.

Actor Nicolas Cage Arrested in New Orleans on Domestic Abuse Charges … Taunted Police

Let this be a lesson to all, especially Nicolas Cage … don’t ever say to the police, “Why don’t you just arrest me?”
Actor Nicolas Cage was arrested by New Orleans police during the early hours of Saturday morning after he was arguing with his wife in the French Quarter. It appears according to TMZ that Cage also taunted police after they had told him to go home. Instead of heeding the police advice Cage reportedly said to police, “Why don’t you just arrest me?” Guess what, they did.

Cage was charged with one count of domestic abuse and one count of disturbing the peace, according to the gossip website TMZ.com.
Cage and Alice Kim, the actor’s third wife, were on a French Quarter street corner fighting when they were spotted by a cab driver. The driver called police and told investigators that the actor shoved Kim, according to TMZ.
Cage has been released from jail on $1,100 bond paid by bounty hunter and reality TV star Duane “Dog” Chapman.

Former Republican-turned-independent Gov. Charlie Crist gave $1,000 to the congressional campaign of Patrick Murphy, one of the Democrats who has opened a campaign for the seat of U.S. Rep. Allen West, R-Plantation.
Murphy’s political consultant, Eric Johnson, was an adviser to Crist’s failed independent campaign for Senate last year.
Crist, you can give all the money you want to Democrats, it still will not change the fact that you are a loser and got blown out by Marco Rubio in the Florida US Senate election in 2010. Republican and Tea Party favorite Allen West reported raising an eye popping $433,500 in the quarter. West is a politician with principle and conviction, which would be the anti-Crist. It would appear that Crist is continuing his political road to nowhere.

Air Traffic Controller Falls Asleep in Miami, FAA to Change Work Schedules
Didn’t Obama’s Transportation Secretary say that they “would not sleep” until this problem was solved? I am guess ing that Ray Lahood has had some zzz’s since Wenesday.
Another day, or should we say night, and another air traffic controller falls asleep … Why am I getting the feeling that the band Queen needs to do a remake of their 1980′s song and change it to “Another One Falls Asleep”.

Yet another air traffic controller has fallen asleep, this time it’s Moonlight over Miami. The Federal Aviation Administration has stated that it has happened again, an air traffic controller at a radar facility in Miami that handles high altitude air traffic fell asleep while on duty early Saturday morning. Add this one to the one earlier this week in Reno, NV and the numerous others reported before that.
It appears that finally the FAA will make changes in the scheduling of the controllers. FAA chief Randy Babbitt stated that changes will be made to work schedule for controllers that have been identified as most likely to cause fatigue. It’s about time. We had reported earlier this week that just adding air traffic controllers to an overnight shift was not the answer. It would not solve the root cause problem and just be yet another wasteful and ineffective solution by the government.
The FAA says 12 other controllers and two managers were working at the time.
The sleeping controller has been suspended.
FAA chief Randy Babbitt says changes will be made to work schedule that have been identified as most likely to cause fatigue within 72 hours.
Center for Immigration Studies: 70% of Illegal Immigrants Receive Welfare Assistance

A report released this week by the Center for Immigration Studies shows that 70% of illegal immigrants receive welfare assistance. Wonderful. The United States struggles with being able to afford welfare assistance for those in the US legally, do we really need to be paying for those here illegally? The US is in a financial crisis, the Medicaid program is a disaster, yet the powers that be just pretend like nothing is going on.
Thirteen years after Congress overhauled the American welfare system, 57 percent of immigrants with children — those in the country legally or not — use at least one government, welfare program according to a report released Tuesday by the Center for Immigration Studies.
In comparison, 39 percent of native-born Americans with children are signed up for welfare, the report found.
In Texas, 54 percent of legal immigrants and 70 percent of illegal immigrants receive welfare assistance, with illegal immigrants generally receiving benefits on behalf of their U.S.-born children, according to the study, written by a think tank that favors reducing immigration into the U.S.

Three Largest Online Poker Sites PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker, Absolute Poker Indicted & Shut Down by FBI

The FBI has indicted the founders of three of the largest online poker sites and charges executives with PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker, Absolute Poker with bank fraud and money laundering. Prosecutors are seeking to immediately shut down the sites in an effort to recover $3 billion from the companies.
New York prosecutors say they’ve issued restraining orders against more than 75 bank accounts in 14 countries used by the poker companies, which they say will interrupt the illegal flow of billions of dollars, according to The Associated Press.
The following online poker sites PokerStars.com, Fulltiltpoker.com and Absolute Poker.com have all been taken down and seized by the FBI with a disclaimer that reads as follows:

Abducted And Endangered In Tennessee: Help Find Holly Bobo
Parsons, Tennessee- After exiting her home on Swan Johnson Road in Parsons, Tennessee, 20 year old Holly Bobo was ambushed in the driveway while she approached her car to head to nursing class.
While there was a furry of erroneous reports early on, Investigators from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have now confirmed that Holly was not “dragged” through the carport, and her brother Clint did NOT see her accosted.

Wisconsin State Supreme Court Election: The Final Ballot Count has Prosser Defeating JoAnne Kloppenburg by 7,316
In the end, it was not never that close …
The final ballot count has been made in the Wisconsin Supreme Court election and the winner is incumbent Supreme Court Justice David Prosser. The final tally has Prosser defeating challenger Joanne Kloppenburg by 7,316 votes. Kloppenburh has until 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 20 to request a tax payer paid statewide recount.
A canvass of vote totals from the state’s 72 counties finalized Friday afternoon shows Prosser beating Kloppenburg, an assistant attorney general, by 7,316 votes. The final canvass of the April 5 vote was completed 10 days after the election, the maximum allowed by state law.
The margin – 0.488% – is within the 0.5% limit that would allow Kloppenburg to request a statewide recount at taxpayers’ expense.
