Royal Wedding: Prince William Marries Kate Middleton & Jokes to Father in Law … “We’re supposed to have just a small family affair”.

Every media outlet is covering the Royal Wedding except ESPN and the the Golf Channel and frankly I was not going to post on it at all as I frankly just don’t see the fascination, especially when there is so much other news in the world and the United States, namely the damage, death and missing persons following the horrific tornadoes that swept through the South this week, increased gas prices and the US economy.

However, we will report the following only because it makes the “Royals”, namely Prince William a little more like us and human. According to a lipreader from the UK Mirror, Prince William said the following to Kate at the alter of Westminster Abbey, “you look beautiful”. However, better than that, William joked  to his Father-in-Law … “We’re supposed to have just a small family affair”. HAHAHA. Good for you William. I will give them this, Kate Middleton did look classically beautiful ala Grace Kelly and with a sense of humor, that will take you a long way in providing perspective in life.

I will make this comment in the brief moments I saw of the wedding seeing that every channel had it on this AM, what a contrast William and Kate are to Lady Di Charles. Finally, what is a “Royal” wedding without new “Royal” titles:

Prince William thus becomes His Royal Highness The Duke of  Cambridge and Miss Catherine Middleton on marriage will become Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge.

Right After Barack Obama Lectured America That We Need to be Serious … Obama Plays the Class Clown and Runs off to Oprah and Fund Raisers

How can any one take Barack Obama serious when he lectures Americans about being serious and that serious times call for serious people when he then takes off and plays the clown on the Oprah Show and multiple fundraisers in New York.

So Obama goes from making comments like the United States does not need “carnival barkers” and we need serious people, yet them he goes on Oprah and does his best imitation of being the class clown and making jokes about his birth certificate. Didn’t Obama just say that this should not be a topic and should be a done deal? Obama stated that it was a distraction, yet Obama is the only one still talking about it.

Then what did Obama do, he jetted off to NYC and attended a bevy of fund raisers and continually brought up the distraction of the berth certificate and made jokes. So much for the serious President.

Marist Poll: Obama’s Job Approval on Economy Hits All Time Low at 40%

Democrats and Independents  are abandoning Obama in economy job approval …

A new McClatchy-Marist Poll finds that just 40% of Americans approve of the job that President Barack Obama is doing in handling the economy. The 40% job approval rating represents Obama’s lowest rating, while 57% disapprove with his handling of the economy. Obama’s poll numbers are in free fall as the poll numbers for January 2011 was 44% approve, 48% disapprove.

Registered voters nationally are not satisfied with how President Barack Obama is handling the nation’s economy.  According to this McClatchy-Marist Poll, four in ten voters — 40% — approve of how the president is dealing with the country’s economy while nearly six in ten — 57% — disapprove.  Only 3% are unsure.  Mr. Obama’s approval rating on the economy is the lowest of his presidency.  His previous low was last September when just 41% gave him a thumbs-up on the issue.

As the economy gets no better, gas prices continue to rise and the job market gets no better, all spell trouble for Barack Obama and his reelection bid for 2012. When gas prices hit $5 a gallon, Obama will be below 40%. The downward trending with Democrats and Independents should cause concern for Obama. One would think at some point he would do the right thing and get the economy going rather than sticking to his liberal agenda that is failing miserably.

There has been a change among Democrats and independents on this question.  While 71% of Democrats approve of how the president is handling the economy, 27% disapprove.  This is a 12 percentage point increase in the proportion of Democrats who disapprove since January.  Among independent voters, 34% approve while more than six in ten — 63% — disapprove. Here, too, there has been a jump in the proportion of voters who are dissatisfied with how Mr. Obama is dealing with the economy.  In January, half — 50% — shared this view.

Obama’s Serious Job Creation: Initial Jobless Claims Up 25,000 to a Seasonally Adjusted 429,000 … Inflation Up, Gas Prices Up …

Hey Barack Obama … WHY SO SERIOUS?

President Barack Obama’s serious job creation and Obamanomics takes another blow. Initial jobless claims rose 25,000 this week for a season adjusted 429,000. Of course these are the results from a “serious” President who has a serious plan to get Americans back to work.

More people sought unemployment benefits last week, the second rise in three weeks, a sign the job market’s recovery is slow and uneven.

Applications for unemployment benefits jumped 25,000 to a seasonally adjusted 429,000 for the week ending April 23, the Labor Department said Thursday. That’s the highest total since late January.

The four-week average of applications, a less volatile measure, rose to 408,500, its third straight rise and the first time it has topped 400,000 in two months.

So first time unemployment claims rise, GDP and economic growth slows to 1.8%, the value of the US$ continues to slide, inflation is on the rise, gas prices heading toward $5 a gallon and president Barack Obama is getting serious. Why because he told us so. The US economy is a disaster and Obama says its time to get serious and rid ourselves of “Carnival Barkers”. Don’t look now Barack, but during the 2008 Presidential campaign, you were that same “carnival barker” that you are referring to today.

But of course our serious president who lectured us all yesterday went and did what? With all the serious issues that Barack Obama talked about yesterday while provided his “long form” certificate of live birth … Obama then went to Chicago to do the Oprah Show and then went to NYC to attend three fund raisers. American, aren’t you glad we have such a serious President?

SOUTHERN NIGHTMARE … Deadly Tornadoes Rip Apart the South Killing 194 & 128 in Alabama

Please say a prayer for the folks in the South that were devastated by tornadoes yesterday. The pictures coming out of the devastation from the Southeast are beyond words.

Massive and deadly tornadoes and thunderstorms tore through the South killing a reported 178 194 people and 128 in Alabama alone. The state of Tennessee is reporting that 15 people have died and in Virginia 8 people died as a result of the horrible and relentless weather. The rain and wind kept coming and would not stop. The tornadoes that hit Alabama stayed on the ground for a reported 2 hours, 1.5 miles wide and laid waste to every thing in its path.

It can only be described as a complete and total catastrophe. There were a reported 164 tornado sightings and this has unofficially the deadliest tornado day in the United States since 310 people lost their lives on April 3, 1974.

The AP has reported that a total of 194 have died in 5 Southern states.

Dozens of tornadoes spawned by a powerful storm system wiped out entire towns across a wide swath of the South, killing at least 194 people, and officials said Thursday they expect the death toll to rise.

Alabama’s state emergency management agency said it had confirmed 128 deaths, while there were 32 in Mississippi, 15 in Tennessee, 11 in Georgia and eight in Virginia.

The National Weather Service’s Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Okla., said it received 137 tornado reports around the regions into Wednesday night.

President Andrew Shepherd Barack Obama must have been watching many movies this weekend including, “An American President” and Michael Douglas as “The One” did his best imitation of Michael Douglass. Although Obama missed the part about the President of the United States being all about character.

Don’t you think that Obama’s speech sounds a bit like Andrew Shepherd? Maybe he should have provided attribution … ‘We have serious problems to solve and we need serious people to solve them … this is a time for serious people and your 15 minutes are up. My name is Barack Obama Andrew Shepherd and I am the President “. Wow, in listening to this, its sounds much like the typical Democrat playbook, even going after the guns. Replace ACLU card with certificate of live birth.

President Barack Obama says in the below VIDEO that its time to get serious. He also stated that over the past 2 or 2 – 1/2 years that he has watched in amusement the issue over his birth certificate. Really, with just amusement. It would appear that you did more than that having your lawyers prevent the release of your birth certificate.

So President Barack Obama now says these are serious times and normally he would not comment on things like this. However, Obama got incensed and insulted that after he made a speech on his budget, TAKE TWO, on a continued ruinous path for the United States with deficit spending … Obama could not believe the dominate story was his birth certificate. how dare those peons question the Obamamessiah. After all Barry O has just been so truthful and transparent during his time in office. Why do people question Obama’s palce of birth? Maybe because they have learned that Obama cannot state facts himself and that it is no longer but spin out of his mouth, but lies. As reported by Jake Tapper of ABC News, the week that Obama made his speech the #1 story was not Obama’s birth certificate as Barack claims. Tapper states, “according to Pew’s Project for Excellence in Journalism, that week the dominant news story was without question the economy”. What Obama lie, never.

Obama went on to say, I just want to make a larger point, we have some enormous challenges out there … we are going to have to make a series of difficult choice … but we are not going to do it if we are distracted or vilify each other, if we just make stuff up.

Since Obama took office, the economy has been terrible, job creation has been anemic, federal spending has made drunken sailors blush as Obama and Democrats focused on a socialist agenda of Obamacare. However, now that gas prices have more than doubled since Obama took office and his job approval ratings are back to when the GOP routed the Dems in the 2010 midterm elections. Suddenly Obama wants to get serious and stop the distractions and vilification. Too bad this “not ready for prime time” president could not do as he says himself.

Are you joking President Obama? All you, Democrats and your minions have done since you have been in office is distract and vilify Republicans, the Tea party and anyone who dare question the Obamamessiah. When Obama has not been playing one of his 63+ rounds of golf or yet another vacation, you have been demonizing or blaming others for your pathetic Presidency. As a matter of fact, you could not even finish your presser without vilifying Donald Trump by calling him a “carnival barker”.

After the Tuscon, Arizona shooting Obama said that all should learn from this and act in a more civil manner. Yet, that call to action of civility was not meant for those in the Democrat party. They have continually called the GOP racists, Nazi’s and every other name in the book because it’s ok for Democrats to have a pass and the MSM not to question them.

The question that will continue to haunt Obama is why if his “long form” birth certificate had nothing embarrassing or incriminating on it, why would Obama have let this issue fester forever and far too long that it damaged him in the polls to the point where most all questioned whether he was definitely born in the USA. How does a President, unless the are a rank, out of touch amateur, allow an issue that would seemingly be so benign and minor become an out of control forest fire issue? Question, why now? Then forced to do the unthinkable and reduce the Presidency and have to call a presser to address Donald Trump and the birth certificate issue. Obama was Trumped punked. What but a political neophyte allows them self to get into a lose-lose situation? Not only should this have been nipped in the bud, but it went on so long that Eric Cantor was right to criticize President Obama for addressing the birth certificate controversy due to political incompetence. How does the leader of the free world get caught up in such a silly issue? With all that is going on … Obama has to have a presser to prove he was born in Hawaii. And we though William Clinton diminished the office of the President.

It is obvious that not only cannot this President communicate anything to WE THE PEOPLE, it is also obvious that Americans do not trust him. Americans have given up on giving Obama the benefit of the doubt. Americans elected Obama to handle to serious issues of the day and all they got was a slogan of “Hope & Change” where all the people can do in 2012 is “HOPE” for a “CHANGE”.

Former Miss USA Susie Castillo wept in the VIDEO below as she recounted the groping that she received at the hands of a TSA agent in the airport in Dallas, TX. Castillio stated that she waited in a longer line to avoid going through the full body scanner; however, the pat down she received was more than she bargained for. As Castillio stated … “that the screener touched her vagina 4 times.” What a choice, full body scan or being molested.

She said she decided to stand in a longer line to avoid going through the full body scanner because she had heard the extra radiation could be a health risk.

AMBER ALERT Issued in West Viginia for Missing 13 Month Old Chloe Clark Since 4/24/11 – Taken by 32 Year Old Crystal Seigler Clark (Update: Chloe Found Safe)

An AMBER ALERT has been issued in Mingo County and state-wide in West Virginia after a 13 month old infant girl, Chloe Clark, has been taken by 32 year old Crystal Seigler Clark. Chloe has been missing since April 24, 2011 and is considered to be in extreme danger. It is believed that Crystal Seigler Clark, the child’s mother, abducted Chloe Clark from her home and is wanted by authorities for questioning in the homicide of her husband. It is believed that they are traveling in a silver 2000 Plymouth Voyager with North Carolina tags ABM2212.

According to the alert, 32-year-old Crystal Seigler Clark is accused of taking Chloe Clark from her home in Varney. They are believed to be traveling in a silver 2000 Plymouth Voyager with North Carolina tags and may be headed to North Carolina or Tennessee.

Media outlets report that Mingo County deputies discovered the man’s body at the residence Tuesday afternoon.

Crystal Seigler Clark is considered a “person of interest” in the shooting death of her estranged husband, David Clark. He was found dead, with multiple gunshot wounds.

Crystal Gale Clark (aka Crystal Siegler) was apprehended in Jackson, Tenn., this morning by United States Marshals and the FBI. Authorities also found her daughter, 13-month-old Chloe Clark, unharmed.

Krista Dittmeyer Missing in North Conway, NH: Police Search Pond Near Cranmore Mountain Ski Resort, 2nd Car Seized (UPDATE: Body of Krista Dittmeyer Found in Duck Pond)

The search for missing 20 year old Krista Dittmeyer continues …

It is being reported that investigators are searching a snow making pond (Map) about a quarter of a mile from the Cranmore Mountain Ski Resort parking lot where the vehicle of missing Krista Dittmeyer was located. The police are not commenting on whether they have found anything located at the pond; however, they have cordoned off the area and moved the media away.

Crews in New Hampshire cordoned off a snowmaking pond at a White Mountains ski resort on Wednesday in connection with the disappearance of Krista Dittmeyer, the Maine woman whose baby daughter was found abandoned in a car near this the weekend.

Krista Dittmeyer’s vehicle was found Saturday morning in the parking lot of the Cranmore Mountain Ski Resort in North Conway, NH. Her 14 month old infant was found in the back seat unharmed as the car was idling and the hazard lights flashing. A rather odd circumstance if some one wanted to abandon a car. Why would the individual have left the car in a manner that would have brought attention to it. Police believe that Krista Dittmeyer was abducted and may be in danger; however, who ever did this wanted the car and the baby to be located.

As reported at Fox News, the planned police press conference this afternoon has been canceled.Not always the best news when investigators are searching a specific area and confirmed that blood was found in the vehicle. However, Assistant Attorney General Jane Young would not comment on whether this was a homicide investigation or not. It would appear that the AG’s Office now is handling the case of missing 20 year old  Krista Dittmeyer investigation.

Investigators canceled a Wednesday afternoon press conference on Dittmeyer and referred all inquiries to the Attorney General’s Office. Assistant Attorney General Jane Young, one of the office’s homicide prosecutors, is in charge of the investigation.

Young told FoxNews.com Wednesday she had “no comment” on whether the case was now a homicide investigation or if Dittmeyer’s body had been found.

UPDATE I: It is also being reported that police are investigating a second vehicle found in Conway, NH. Conway police executed two search warrants, one warrant is for the Dittmeyer’s car, the other the police  won’t reveal information about. However, police have seized a second vehicle in addition to Dittmeyer’s car, but they would not disclose the name of the person who owns the car.

“We are processing some physical evidence that we seized at the scene and another location in Conway,” Conway Police Department Lt. Chris Perley said. “We don’t have any information that leads us to believe that she is not alive.”

UPDATE III: According to representative Jane Young of the Attorney General’s office, the body of Krista Dittmeyer was found in what locals call Duck Pond. An autopsy will be done Thursday. The death is labeled as suspicious.

As reported at the Portland Press Herald, a  hearse arrived at Cranmore Mountain ski resort in Conway, NH today at about 4:45 p.m. and left 15 minutes later. Our prayers go out to the family and friends of Krista Dittmeyer. May she rest in peace.
