Remember When Joe Biden Said … “If he gives authorization to war… without Congressional approval, I will make it my business to impeach him!”

Remember when Joe Biden said regarding President George W. Bush and if  he takes a nation to war in Iran without Congressional approval, I WILL IMPEACH HIM (VIDEO). Bush did got to Congress, did Obama?

Hat Tip: Drudge Report: ‘If he gives authorization to war… without Congressional approval, I will make it my business to impeach him!’ So does now VP Joe Biden feel the same regarding President Barack Obama and his military action in Libya? Make ni mistake about it, firing cruise missiles at another country is an act of war.

The President of the greatest democracy on the face of the earth has been revealing his Marxist philosophy for over two years … a Marxist philosophy which a minimum amount of background research will expose.

Obama: ‘President Does Not Have Power Under Constitution to Unilaterally Authorize a Military Attack’

      Barack Obama’s Q&A
      By Charlie Savage
      Globe Staff / December 20, 2007

The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.

As Commander-in-Chief, the President does have a duty to protect and defend the United States. In instances of self-defense, the President would be within his constitutional authority to act before advising Congress or seeking its consent. History has shown us time and again, however, that military action is most successful when it is authorized and supported by the Legislative branch. It is always preferable to have the informed consent of Congress prior to any military action.

Oh please DOLT…spare me the we are not at war stuff…this absolutely is a war you (&()&&(*!…we stepped right into a CIVIL WAR.

France or GB do not have the capacity to lead this so called ahem “humantiarian effort;” you know the libtards escape on how to explain that Obama yet again broke another campaign promise.

If he was so concerned about “humanitarian efforts” why have we not gone to Dafur or Rwanda or any of the other places were genocide is 800X more of an issue than in Libya.

Frankly, I wish they would all kill each other.

Did you know that Libya per capita than any other country sends more so called “rebels” to Iraq to kill our troops; these same rebels we are helping…we are helping Al Qaeda and that’s a fact!

      Humanitarian effort, my arse!

They are going to have to remove Gaddafi and the only way to do that is put boots on the ground!

Hey LibDOLT – are so naive to think there aren’t boots on the ground already? How do you think those missles shot from ships get their coordinates on places to bomb?

    8. Dolf on March 24th, 2011 10:13 am

      scott. clueless as usual.

“Frankly, I wish they would all kill each other.”
Ofcourse you would, you that kind of guy.

and Libya doesn’t send that money..Gadaffi does..al the more reason to leave him in power and let him slaughter his ppl.

fyi: France or UK should be able to deal with this on their own.
